In fact, we fought this and because there was no proof, you guys agreed to pay for the car to be sent to Toyota and be fixed. Which we were grateful for but then we got the vehicle back with scratches all over the soft top of our convertible that were not there before. It's very disgusting to be taken advantage of in such a way. We did a BBB report and called our insurance company to let them know everything that happened and they need to be careful who they contract with. There are many complaints similar to this. A car brought in due to body damage and the engine damage is over looked. Instead of fighting your customers when they catch it (everyone makes mistakes) Just say, hey- my bad- sorry- we'll get this taken care of. It's that easy. I'm not pissed at the mistakes, I'm pissed at trying to make us look like we don't know what we are talking about when we catch an issue. Anyway, long time ago now- hope they've changed their ways
