Since I been looking for a person who I can trust and let in to my house and clean my carpets I asked him if he can come to my place and take care of my carpets. He gave me an estimate and we made a schedule. When he arrived at my place he saw my chairs need cleaning too and told me he can do that to. I hired Ersova to clean a shared indoor area within my condo complex, which had not been professionally cleaned in many years and was in bad condition (lots of dirt, cobwebs, leaves, etc.).  Erick was responsive and helpful, and he met with me in advance to inspect the area and provide an estimate.  He was able to give some advice about some of the challenges, different ways they could be addressed, and the pros and cons in terms of effectiveness and cost.  I chose not to have the carpet cleaned (other than vacuuming), since he said they could not use an extraction method like a carpet cleaning machine, but instead would apply a solution and scrub without rinsing/extracting.  I appreciated that he was upfront with me about the method they would use so I could make an informed decision on the scope.  He also remembered to look for a power source during the inspection (which is lacking in that common space!) and work with me on how they'd plug in their equipment, and I was glad he thought of that in advance and made plans for it rather than discovering the problem on the day of the cleaning. Erick was able to schedule the job for the following week so we didn't have a long wait.  He and his coworker arrived on time and completed the work quickly.  They did a good job removing cobwebs and dusting the walls in the high-ceiling area, and I know they tried several different methods and tools to clean the walls in order to find the best one.  The carpet was well-vacuumed and all the corners cleaned out, as well as the door frames and window ledges dusted and wiped.  The railings were also well-cleaned. Considering how bad the area looked before, I was very happy with the results.  I knew it wouldn't be perfect at the end because of how damaged it was before the cleaning, but I was happy to see how much better it looks after Ersova's work. The only disappointment was the team didn't take the covers off the wall lights and dust them out to remove the cobwebs and dead bugs.  When I did the final walkthrough I pointed it out and asked Erick to clean that before leaving.  He said they could not clean it because they didn't bring a ladder to reach the lights (which are not super high up, but they're a bit above my reach so you would need a step ladder).  I could have brought out my own step ladder if he'd let me know of the problem, but he also said the lights weren't part of the scope we agreed to.  It's true that we didn't specifically discuss the lights - but we did discuss removing all the dirt and cobwebs, and I just assumed that would include dumping out a light cover since it seems like a basic level of cleaning to me.  It didn't seem worth arguing over, so I let it go and will have to finish that part of the cleaning myself.  But, lesson learned!  Next time I'll make sure every possible aspect of cleaning is laid out in the scope ahead of time. Overall, working with Ersova was a good experience.  Erick was both friendly and helpful.  The team was able to do the work quickly, and the quality of the work was good.  I also feel the price was fair and a good value for the service provided.  I would hire them again in the future, and would just make sure we communicate clearly about the scope of work. read more

Erick did a great job at my office. I hired him to come in and clean the carpets of my office, Healthworks Chiropractic in Milpitas. He showed up promptly at the 1:15 pm time we agreed upon and was ready to rock. He ran through the office with me for a quick review and then got to work moving furniture around. He went through and vacuumed everywhere first, then went through two separate cleaning/washing phases. In the two hours he was here he didn't stop moving once and my carpets now look great! I even had some water damage by my back door from heavy rain years ago he was able to get out (from, ya know, the days when it used to rain here). I thought it was stained forever! We had to get a professional cleaning done for our move out. I was able to contact Jose and schedule a walkthrough same day and we were able to work out the schedule on a short notice. They did a great job. We had high carpet that needed washing as well and it looks like new again. Jose was very accommodating and also responsive enough to get back and be on time. We wanted to do move-out cleaning including carpet cleaning. Most people I called only serviced one of the two and had vague estimates. When I called Erick, he told me he can do both and he will need take a look at the apartment to give me an accurate quote. He happened to be in the area, so was able to come within 15mins, and gave us a reasonable quote plus an estimate for how long it would take (which turned out to be quite accurate!). We had Eric do steam cleaning of the carpets in new house today and the whole experience was very good. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we move in. Since our move in was just a day away and carpet cleaning requires some drying time, I started making frantic calls. Most of my calls went unanswered, luckily Eric answered the call and told me that he was busy and won't be able to do it but still took the time to explain the different carpet cleaning methods. That is when I knew I wanted him or someone else he recommends to do the work for us. He said he would see if any of his friends could do the work but after I repeatedly requested him to accommodate us, he was nice enough to agree and came in the same day after finishing his work at hand. After taking a look at the house he gave us a reasonable quote and was also honest in telling us that he dint think it requires steam cleaning. We still decided to get it done anyway and Eric did a good job. He explained how steam cleaning works and also gave us tips to maintain the carpet.
