The Secret Garden was the site of my most perfect dream wedding reception.. I stumbled upon this…read moreplace by driving down Dean Martin Way - and it truly is a secret garden.. hidden gem. Beautiful, quaint grounds. There is amazing Las Vegas history there - you get the charm of a Vegas wedding, without the feeling of a quintessential "Vegas wedding." Shannon and Cheryl met with us 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month prior to our wedding for planning and prep, and answered any and all questions via email and text in between. As someone who works in the entertainment/events industry, and is extremely picky and particular about every detail, I felt so happy and impressed with the outcome. They allowed me to direct my own vision and their team made it all come to life. Having them there to help coordinate allowed me to relax and enjoy my night, without a worry of having to handle things on my own. Trust me, do the Twilight Reception.. it's so worth it.. the garden comes alive at night - the chandeliers and lights in the trees were a dream for me - and to dance the night away under the stars... ugh.... Amazing! You get the best photos on the grounds. I didn't feel like I needed to add an abundance of décor, flowers, etc. because the grounds were so beautiful on their own.. especially in the spring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will be dreaming about our wedding night and this little special pocket of a gem forever... Take a tour, it's so charming.

They checked into and said she was on another tour right now and she will be with us. She later approached us and said "I heard you were looking for me?". She was all scattered and seemed disorganized. My Fiance and I just looked at each other. She was not prepared and no paperwork ready to give to us. Not a good first impression. We were very disappointed.

I highly recommend the Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village for anyone looking for a modern,…read morecomfortable, and quieter alternative to staying directly on the Las Vegas Strip. Located about 6 miles south of the Strip, this newer 3-star hotel offers a more relaxed atmosphere away from the airport flight path, making it noticeably quieter than some other Las Vegas locations. It's also a great value thanks to its free parking and no resort fees. The staff truly make the experience stand out -- everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. A unique touch is that the reception desk staff also serve as bartenders at the hotel's 24-hour bar, creating a relaxed and personable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, featuring Hyatt's signature Cozy Corner sofa sleepers, mini-fridges, and swiveling HDTVs. The amenities were excellent, including a heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, 24-hour fitness center, EV charging stations, and complimentary hot breakfast every morning. Another major advantage is the location. The hotel is only a short 5-10 minute walk from Silverton Casino Lodge, where you'll find restaurants, Bass Pro Shops, and the famous 117,000-gallon aquarium. Plus, the Las Vegas Strip is only about a 15-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy the action while still returning to a peaceful hotel at the end of the day. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, value, and service, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Reached out to this venue to see if they were available for my son's first birthday. Received…read moreunprofessional correspondence from the head of events, Elena English. I filled out an online inquiry and she sent over the rate sheet but I was unable to open it and read it. So I sent in some additional questions about what they provide and if the date I was looking for was available. She answered my additional questions and resent the rate sheet, but failed to tell me before hand that the date I was looking for was already unavailable. I felt like I wasted my time and hers and I didn't feel like she wanted my business anyways. I felt like I was bothering her for wanting additional information. Have better communication and better customer service.

Before coming to the Oasis, I went to other ceremony locations. I was very disappointed because some did not want to allow guests to take pictures, others wanted to over charge for a simple floral arrangement, and others were out in the open public (I saw a video of bystanders). I kept looking and found this gem! They allow you to decorate however you want! It say's that it's for 100 guests, but you can fit 50 more. Kevin, event coordinator, is the best! He is very professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond for you! He provides excellent customer service. He listened to all my concerns and everything came out perfect!

Vendors were ALL picked and our international guests were given notice of the date to get tickets. Ashley called us the day AFTER my dad was in the hospital letting us know that the business "might" not be in business or it "might" not be an event center any longer. In an email later, Ashley informs us it's "Force Majeure" and that it would be impractical and impossible for the venue to host our wedding. After I spent about 15 minutes laughing at a non attorney explaining the law to the two of us (two attorneys)and that too incorrectly... I proceeded to freak out. This is bad business and we have been told they are looking to sell the business. I for one will be keeping an eye on this corporation and the officers involved. NO bride and groom should have to go through this while planning their wedding and the damage caused emotionally and financially is unforgivable. Get an ACTUAL attorney to do your work instead of a sales girl hired by daddy. Bad business practice that will follow them.
