Hosted a birthday party for my son's 8th birthday and really appreciated how smoothly the staff handled this rowdy bunch; especially the lead staff member, Sam. They were super professional, were clear with instructions and expectations upfront, and were ready to help throughout the entire event. The kids had a blast! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

First time experience...Sam was fantastic! Very patient with me. Our group tried Kitchen Panic... it was so much fun. The levels are insane. Will do this again ... bring comfy shoes can u gotta move! Afterward Sam offered us water and we even got a couple of pics. So unexpected to have so much fun in an hour. Thank you!

We brought our teenage son and his friend for his birthday. The four of us played the Manor escape room. We had so much fun!!!!! It combined VR gaming, an escape room where we all had to work together and a scary house but it was not too scary at all. Worth every penny. We will definitely be going back to try out a different one soon!

Just went to this escape to VR. It was the best experience with the owner Sam hands on. I will definitely be back with friends. We only tried one of many experiences.

Getting ready to play! They are in the VR lobby which is an arcade and you really get to play games like the claw drop and basketball!

I went here for the 1st time with my boyfriend and his 11 year old son. I did not expect it to feel so real, but it did! The game we played was the pirate escape and your pirate lizards so of course you know it's not you. But when your in the game WOW... you really feel like you're picking up the bombs and throwing them over the ship. I loved out so much I took my nephews to another VR room in Long Beach and it was not as good at all. I've gone back now 2 times boyfriends and his kid and some friends and I can't wait to go again. The prices are great too! I recommend for any family or friends looking to spend quality time and having fun! I can't believe the technology!

We hosted a large party with 17 people last Sat. Everyone had an amazing time, the staff was super nice. I thought 2.5 hours was long but it went by so fast we wanted to keep playing. The headsets worked great, and no issues even with such a large group. I was very impressed with the setup and professionalism of the setup. Pirate lizards was my favorite game.

I highly recommend escape to VR, I have done three sessions here on various of their games, the underwater game, the medieval game, and also A Star Wars like Game and they were all amazing. It is such a fun group activity, all the guys that work there are super nice and accommodating, I can't wait to do more virtuality experiences through them. I am in my mid-30s, however I have also gone with my parents who are in their 60s and they had such a great time, whether you're going for a special occasion, or just to do something different you will not be disappointed. And the first time I went it was kind of hard to find, the actual virtual reality room is above the mattress store in the parking lot there, I called to make reservations and they're super quick to respond, like I said you won't be disappointed I've been to many other VR places and they don't compare. Thanks Guys, Nick B.

We had a great time here! Game was super fun & we beat it with no hints nice spacious area, covid safe, everything was clean! The owner was very nice as well! Was a fun date night but we definitely will bring a group back!

Such an awesome experience! Went for my birthday and the host was more than accommodating and absolutely wonderful to work with! Even being a little late we weren't given any grief or anything. Just pure fun! Thanks again! -Dakota & Group!

It's a VR play store where they have individual stalls (about 8) each equipped with a screen, one VR headset, and hand remotes. You can play by yourself or join someone else's game in the other stalls. There's a 100 different games to choose from. There are also 2 virtual driving stations. Due to the complexity of using the remotes, I'd say these activities are best suited for 7-8 year olds and above. They also do birthday packages which I'm sure are popular among the kids. The owner Jordan is awesome. He is super friendly and helpful. I don't know how he does it but he is able to manage all 8 individual stalls and troubleshoot for each person right away. You pay every 30 min. They offer happy hour which is half off Monday-Thursday from 5pm to close. So we paid $10 for 30 mins for each stall which was a good deal. They also have a punch card so the more you play, the more free play time you can earn. My kids are already asking to go back lol :p we shall return soon for more fun!

The meeting area is in front but there's only 1 small couch, a coffee table, and maybe 2 folding chairs. There was a party ahead of ours so they were finishing up cake/food on the couch/table while we stood around after our start time and also ate a bit. The host was able to put their food in the ledge but could be improved by separating the areas or having more tables/seating (that aren't counter height off to the side). I imagine they were cleaning off the equipment/controllers after the previous party, as they had cake, and before our party. There are plenty of different games to enjoy and switch off even for numerous kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. Another option for kids' birthday parties these days :)

It's very easy to mess but if you drive slowly, it is literally right next to the building. You turn in and there should be a wellness center on your left. Continue to go forward and turn left and the parking garage is there. It has multiple levels going down. It's typically about $1 for an hour and no they do not validate. There is free parking nearby in another garage but for a dollar to be able to walk up and be right there is much better in my opinion. When you arrive, you call the phone number on the front door and they come unlock the door to let you in the inside. Has multiple VR experiences aside from VR room itself. There are multiple spaces so more than one group could have an experience at the same time. Once you sign the waivers, they take you back to your space that is reserved and put the headsets on for you. After putting on the headset to your timer starts and you start your gaming experience. Pretty easy to understand instructions from the game guide. Just try your best not to walk into any walls and respect the boundaries. It's a lot of fun. Sometimes the airflow is not great so you definitely feel sweaty on your face but other times they'll turn on the fans and it feels good the whole time you're there. Definitely great for less active activity but still very engaging. They don't really explain the game to you and kind of leave you to figure it out on your own, but the games are not super complicated to understand. The game guides are pretty nice and quick to help out with technical issues. You cannot hear other games that are happening at the same time as you. They are there and the space is open, but VR headset quickly muffles out any other sound so it's very easy to focus on your own game. Great place if you don't have anything to do for an hour in the afternoon. And it's so close to the 3rd St Promenade that you can walk over and experience that when you're done. We typically like to walk over to Go Greek on Ocean Avenue afterward for a fun FroYo snack.

Ot was only for 1 second and the manager yelled at me to keep my headset on. The second time was to adjust the blurry spot. And he yelled at me again. Explaining that it would mess up the game. Which it didn't. And I've been at the century location before. He was extremely rude. I beleive his name was Mike. He had no clue how to be polite to us. Besides that and the creepy part. When our game finished he wrapped it up immediately like he didn't want us there. And walked us out as soon as he could. He was extremely rude and if I was the owner of the store I wouldn't allow this. Discrimination against customers is highly looked down upon. And it was sad to see how strict he was despite not being helpful. We have oculus quest 3 at home. It's not like we don't know how to use the equipment. Don't know why he was so upset. Not only that we were the only people in the store. I don't know if this is the manager but, definitely needs some more training. Dude was so rude and slow it was sad.
