This is the absolute worst Starbucks I've been to in my life…read more 1- the barista was very rude, she had no sociable skills and needs an attitude adjustment. (Reddish hair, no name tag, bigger chest) For example laughing behind the counter, throwing cups and lids on the floor. 2- Out of everything. No brewed coffee, no vanilla, and apparently no espresso for the drinks? Instead of asking what we want, you should start with the plethora of items not in stock. 3. Once we finally got the drinks, the hot ones were mostly foam. And referring to the comment about no vanilla, she was still selling drinks that usually have vanilla at the base. So she just sold the drinks knowing ingredients would be missing. (Vanilla latte, macchiato, mocha, etc). The espresso drinks also didn't taste like any espresso was there and we didn't even hear the machine run so not sure if any coffee even made it in there at all. Not professional, not prepared, and not a basic experience. Zero stars.

Paid through the app and scanned it twice due to the first scan not going through, according to one of the girls working there. Mind you I reloaded my app with an additional $15 at home before I went there. While I was waiting for my drinks because I thought my order went through after scanning it twice, one of the workers stated I still needed to owe about $13. With that, I was confused and explained to them I already scanned twice and now I only have $1.27 left on my app. The "on shift supervisor" then went on to say there must be something wrong with my app cause on their side it said nothing went through. I then explained to her that I have proof on my app that I just reloaded $15 and now it's gone. Then she went back and forth telling me there's nothing they can do because it says nothing was charged. On app, it also did not show the order going through, but somehow I was able to get over 100 stars added and my money was gone. While another coworker of hers, said this has happened before in the past and sometimes there's a glitch with their system. The "on shift manager" then said her coworker was a liar to her face and that has never happened. I asked okay so what or who should I call because no one seems to be able to help me with this issue. The on shift manager then said you gotta call the Starbucks company. I said okay I just need some kind of receipt just case Starbucks asked for some type of evidence because my app did not show the transactions. They said there was no receipt because that is the stores receipt so I then asked for their names at least. This back and forth interaction went on for about 10 minutes and eventually the food court manager intervened and was not the most pleasant while trying to help the situation. The only worker that day that tried to help me was the taller girl on shift and I appreciate her. Other than that, none of the other workers were helpful and didn't seem to care. In the end, I called Starbucks directly and they stated that I was charged $13 something at that store and they were able to refund me. Overall, I don't blame the workers for the "glitch in the system" but I definitely felt disrespected and frustrated with the service. Left with no drinks or food and the worst customer experience I've had at Starbucks.

The girl snapped back "we are all out of base so I added more milk". I asked if a replacement syrup could be added and she said "that's not how it comes. An espresso frap is just milk ice and espresso blended". As people were in line, I left to avoid a further argument. Really displeased. I get this drink on occasion and it's always been wonderful but today was a new experience.
