Stopped by for a snack and a bev, wound up with the jalapeño soft pretzel and cheese. The size is large, and it is surprisingly filled with cheese! The flavor of jalapeños doesn't come thru much, and the cheese sauce is just okay. For around $7 it isn't bad for a snack but some of their wraps are only $8 and probably more filling. Today I also decided to try a 'Mexican Mocha'. This hot espresso drink has chocolate, cinnamon and cayenne! -- Wow, so much flavor, a little tingle, this is definitely my new favorite! We were a little disappointed they were completely out of fresh pressed juices (at 1:00pm on a weekday) but got a couple Coconut La Croixs as a substitute. All-in-all, we always enjoy coming thru this little coffee hut, the girls are always incredibly sweet and kind, and the quality of food and beverages is definitely above average.

Service was fast, Food was great for a quality breakfast on the go, and drinks were tasty. 10/10 quality all around.

Summit is by far one of my favorite coffee shops in Fairbanks AK. It' stands by the everything in AK is bigger and better. The Mt. McKinley burrito is massive!! It's full of all the meats you desire and heavy on the hash browns, eggs, cheese, onions, and much more. Definitely worth the $11. The London fog is sweet and creamy, the best in town. For the fast lines and great food and prices it's a stop to make.

Whatever they use for chai is horrible. I got a slightly warm milk with a touch of chai flavor. Their actual coffee seems decent.

Best coffee hut in town hands down. Only cold pressed fresh juice in town. The wellness shots, burritos, wraps, and coffee are top notch.

The café has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed breakfast, brunch, or afternoon treat. Staff are friendly and attentive, making the experience feel personal and enjoyable. Whether you're a local or just visiting Fairbanks, The Crepery is a delightful spot that consistently delivers tasty crepes and a warm, inviting environment.

I was really excited to try The Crepery since the menu listed vegan options. Unfortunately, when we…read morearrived, I noticed that all the crepes were being placed on the same skillet once finished. That meant egg-based crepes were potentially touching the vegan ones. I asked if one skillet could be wiped down so I could safely order, but they weren't able to accommodate that (it also wasn't very busy at the time, which is why I asked). Because of this, I decided not to risk ordering a crepe. I did end up getting the hot chocolate, which was actually excellent. It was really well balanced, rich, and chocolatey without being overly sweet. Everyone else in my group ordered crepes and loved them, so it's clear the food is good. I just wish there was a bit more flexibility around cross-contact for people ordering vegan options or with dietary restrictions. Based on my personal experience, I would lean toward a 2, but since others really enjoyed their crepes and the hot chocolate was great, it feels fair to land on a 3 for my rating.

I ordered the Brr Berry, which was absolutely delicious. The blackberry soft top was out of this world, making the drink unique. The drink was incredibly refreshing and unlike anything I've had before. I also tried the trail bites and had all three flavors. My favorite was the white chocolate, super yummy. They're also vegan and gluten-free, which is great. They have a lot of drink options, along with some food choices. Overall, a really great coffee stop with creative drinks and friendly service. Would definitely go back.

We only wanted a drink so we were in that line. I got a specialty drink - a pizookie but no salt (it's salted caramel) so I got regular caramel - iced. It was so good. Not too sweet, a good taste of coffee. We also mentioned how we were out of town and the girl at the window gave us a little treat!!! She was super sweet ! I wish I got her name. The line was pretty long but went by at a moderate speed. I came in Feb so it was only drive thru (I'm not sure if it's different without all the snow lol). Overall an amazing experience! If I'm ever back in town, will def be back!

I ordered a…read morebreakfast bagel, egg cheese and veggies on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and my husband ordered the ham and cheese on a baguette. We also ordered a caramel macchiato and a plain black coffee. If you are dining in, they do offer a refillable mug and you can get up to three free refills. The drinks came out pretty quick and to be honest, we were very disappointed. The caramel macchiato tasted medicinal and the black coffee didn't taste like coffee at all. It put quite the damper on what to expect for food if our drinks were this bad. Our food came out shortly after we got our drinks. However, the baguette sandwich wasn't anything to write home about. It was dense and pretty dry. The bagel sandwich on the other hand exceeded my expectations. I didn't have high hopes especially after having the coffee and trying the baguette sandwich, but the bagel was perfection. The cheddar on the bagel was toasted and crushed to perfected, the cheese, egg, and veggie combo was fluffy and gooey. My husband agreed that the bagel sandwich was definitely worth it and would come back for. Customer service was nice, everything came out very promptly and fairly quickly. There is quite a bit of tables inside with a variety of high and low chairs and felt very cozy.

The people who run this place are putting out some very bad, judgemental, shitty energy. The party I arrived with all purchased and paid for their items separately. After we left, we discussed our experience and we agreed that my feeling was not isolated. I ordered last and got some items to consume on site and a half dozen of bagels to go. I let the cashier know Id let their help chosing, but I would like to include a Rosemary Salt and to exclude sweet bagels such as Raisin. She confirmed my order. When I got home, I had no Rosemary and TWO Raisin. In hindsight I'm sure it was spite. She just seemed like that kind of person (mean girl, anyone?) Since I told her I was from Anchorage she knew there was nothing I could do about it. I gave her a good tip. WTF?!?! As a business owner that is just another D move. I hope she gets a flat tire when its -35 and whoever she calls for help doesnt answer her call.

My husband had a normal breakfast sandwich, and I had a gluten-free one. We were comparing the textures and consistencies, and they looked pretty close. Coffee and Matcha were very tasty, but slightly not warm enough. Overall, a great experience though. I ended up buying a couple of pastries to go, which all were gluten-free. There was a large selection in their Bakery case of all gluten-free items. Some dairy free Options too. One of the pastries I ended up taking back home with me to Florida and it held up.
