He and my dad drove them to the HOI and told the salesmen they should have taken him seriously. Thought maybe they learned a lesson. Apparently not. I stopped going there a year ago. Patrick offered me an alternative, but it was the wrong color and packed with overpriced dealer extras I didn't want (including door edge guards). After I explained my preferences, he sent me a link to a perfect option arriving in about a month. I was elated and ready to drive 45 minutes just to put down a deposit. Then came the official quote. The base selling price--before any taxes or fees--was even higher than the over-accessorized alternative he had first pitched. When I told him I wasn't interested, Patrick actually tells me that the total was higher because of taxes and fees... as if I didn't know how buying a car works. This isn't my first vehicle; I am fully aware that taxes and registration are standard. The real issue was that they added over $1,500 in unwanted dealer add-ons (including "elite door cups/edge guards") into the pre-tax price. Patrick claims these extras are standard. So had I agreed to purchase the alternative vehicle that was being sold with edge guards, I'd also be acquiring "elite door cups"? Patrick then tried to justify the markup because RAV4s are so popular and "pre-sold before they even reach the lot." To me, it just felt like they were exploiting Toyota's high demand to take advantage of customers. I chose AutoNation specifically because of their "haggle-free" reputation. I didn't want to play games; I just wanted to pay a fair, transparent price. In fact, if that first alternative vehicle had been the right color, I would have bought it without a fight. I wasn't looking for discounts or freebies--just honesty. Dealing with Patrick at Autonation has reminded me just how annoying car buying can be. Do your research before coming here. Plenty of other dealerships have access to the exact same inventory without forcing you to pay for extras you don't want or need.

This review is for the service department…read more Took my vehicle in for wheel alignment . Everything went well until I got home and took a closer look at the computerized wheel alignment report. Right front caster is out of limits by 1 degree and in red. Granted is out by very little but the fact that they just let it go tells me the degree of workmanship at Buena Park Honda. It would have taken very little time to do the adjustment but it's close enough, I guess. Now I'm I going to take it back and loose another 3 hours of my time, probably not. Would I trust them with more technical and complicated jobs, NO!

The whole process was so easy, and hard to turn down. Rich, I believe, was our dealer and we had a great experience with him (sorry for all the silliness!). He walked us through the whole process, then connected us to the Tesla app to finish our application. By noon the next day, our car was already ready! Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Never has getting a new car felt so easy. And already in love with my new Tesla. I was nervous to drive it at first, but it is very easy to drive. Best of all, no more high priced gas to put in!

As a result of this experience, Tesla has officially lost a repeat customer. With the current market full of competitive EV manufacturers, there is no reason to stay loyal to a brand that rips off its owners for routine maintenance. The truck was never serviced either, needed an oil change, front brakes and alignment (small things that I can take care of anyways) Reached out to the dealership in good faith to see if they'd help in one way or another, wasn't expecting the repairs to get completed all by them but who knows.... I was referred to a shop for it to get checked out and they found nothing wrong with the transmission I guess, being so busy, I took time to see another person yet one month after their referral, the check engine light went on and boom, there indeed was a transmission issue. The dealership and 3 other shops all quoted total repairs at $4k to $6k in repairs, or more if I replace the transmission. Side note: Before I realized the issues in my truck, I did refer a friend to the place too and they noted that the cars they checked up on did seem like they needed maintenance too, again, small problems but something to note Can't say you all will have this experience but do carefully examine your vehicles, CAREFULLY, before signing those papers! This has been an EXPERIENCE in my books TWO stars instead of one, since I know the salesman and office staff there definitely deserve some credit I put this review on Google and Yelp since I feel it's important everyone hears me out on this honest review AND YES, I HAVE INVOICES AND RECEIPTS AND PROOF IF ANYONE DOUBTS THIS REVIEW.

I was very upfront when I went to see it that I was not going to purchase that night but Christian still took the time to show me the Bronco and we even took a test drive. As I drove home Christian texted me to see if I wanted to maybe come back and purchase but I told him I wasn't ready yet. He was very respectful and didn't keep calling and waited on me. Which I respected very much!! So 2 days later I texted him and purchased my bronco!! Christian is such a nice guy! I would buy a car from him anytime! The girl that did my finance paper work was so sweet and so funny .. she had this great laugh I loved it! The service manager is also a pretty awesome guy!! I could go on and on...
