I went there with my wife, who is from Brazil, and my sister and brother in law on St. Patricks evening. Wednesday is Date Night there so we took advantage of the special, dinner for 2, a bottle of wine and dessert for $85.00 per couple. Knowing my wife was from Brazil, and it was not busy, they were very accommodating we received excellent service and the food was delicious. You should be very hungry and ready to eat a lot to get your money's worth because it is not an inexpensive meal. The problem started with the bill. They charged us for one more drink that we had. My wife had an after dinner limoncello and they then came over and filled her glass without asking for a second drink and charged us for it. That is not the right way to serve a customer. When the bill came, we split it and my brother and law and I gave our cards to the server. I did not notice until Friday morning that they had charged my debit card for both meals. With tip the bill was close to $360.00 An honest mistake maybe, but with the overcharging for the drinks and what happened after led us both to believe that they have a dishonest employee or employees there. We paid out bill at 9:12 PM. Both my brother and law and I had activity on our cards that were not done by us. His credit card was used at 11:15 PM to buy $352.00 worth of merchandise at Walmart.com. Someone tried to use my card to charge something at Marriott.com but since mine was a debit card, whatever they tried to charge did not go through because of lack of funds in my checking account to cover the charge. I went to see the manager as soon as I saw this. He was understanding but did not ask for my name and number to say he would look into it and call me with his findings. My wife, being s Brazilian citizen was so embarrassed and disappointed that her countrymen would act this way. We cannot prove that someone in the restaurant did this, but for both my brother in law and I, our cards had not left our sight for a very long time and the fact that is happened to both of us within hours of leaving the restaurant is to much of a coincidence to ignore. Needless to say, I will never go back there to eat and both of us are filing reports with the police. read more

Good food, good service, but expensive. Dined here with friends Saturday, the settings is adjacent to a large mall. Decor is okay. Servers constantly arrive at table offering different servings of meats. They were all good and you can eat all you want. Salad is provided by a salad bar with usual fare plus some Bralizian dishes. Melbourne has a new restaurant that is hard to beat. What I appreciated about the salad bar was that it was unique and diverse. There is literally something for everybody. I'm also picky about my Caesar salad dressing and theirs was amazing. Using the card system (green for more, red for stop) was seriously the best! Being able to enjoy a few meat types at a time made it easier to eat---there was no rush to finish things before they got cold and tough. My favorite meat was the garlic beef and the filet mignon. Another area of praise for the meat servers was that they asked what area of the meat I wanted---rare, medium, well done...etc. It was awesome getting the cuts and cooking temps I wanted even though it's an all you can eat style. The service was absolutely amazing and what I really enjoyed was everyone's attitudes. The happiness was infectious and you could tell they all took pride in their jobs. The price is expensive compared to other restaurants, but I found it to be completely worth it. I was there with my mom on a lunch date, but plan to return with my husband for a date night very soon! read more

They are my favorite Brazilian steakhouse with friendly and warm servers, a wonderful selection of meats, and some absolutely tasty Brazilian drinks ( the caipirinha is the best). I took friends to Estampa Gaucha for a birthday celebration 5/24/23 afternoon to Estampa Gaucha and we had such a wonderful time. From the moment we individually entered and were greeted we were treated like the only customers in the place. Marlon our host and Pedro our server along with the Gauchos were friendly and professional. It seemed they were fulfilling our wishes before we knew we wished for something. The Salad bar is a fresh and fabulous array of veggies, meats, cheeses and salads to temp any pallet. The selection of meats brought to the table carved off the skewers onto our plates were all succulent, tender and seasoned lightly to perfection. I had to admit the skirt steak was even better than my own. Rolls and side dishes of polenta, mashed potatoes and bananas were served and kept replenished as well our drinks. Marlon learned we were there for a birthday and brought over the dessert offerings as a gift for the birthday gal. The Chocolate chip cookie cake was her selection and so big that the 3 of us shared one piece and savored every delicious bite. The decor is pleasant. The entire place is clean and fresh feeling. I highly recommend Estampa Gaucha as one of the best establishments in Melbourne Fl. I will be returning there again soon. read more

e were in Melbourne for a family & friends gathering 2/5/2022. We were looking for a place that would be able to accommodate 30 people. I called this location and was passed to the manager Jair. When we got there they had arranged for us to have the private room where we had plenty of room. The servers already had a plan to handle the service for many people and they quickly took our orders. Everything was great and no issues. Food was delicious served hot especially for the many people . I would recommend this place for small and large parties. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Delightful. Service is exceptional as is many Brazilian restaurants but the fact that the place is not full, it is over the top. Surprise, surprise to find a good Brazilian steakhouse in the middle of the Melbourne Mall. all the meat was well cooked and i was able to pick my choice of doneness (rare and medium if you please) and not a bad salad bar for the size of the store. the only issue is my server didn't find the wine i picked and instead brought a bottle 3x the cost, which i pointed out wasn't my choice. Went here for my birthday and the wait staff delivered the most amazing service. Definitely going back next time I'm in Melbourne! We arrived around 5pm and were seated immediately. Every time someone passed the table I felt like all eyes were on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I felt like I had stepped back in time and was seated at the royal table where staff are standing quietly nearby. The salad bar had an amazing assortment of fresh vegetables and cheese. I bit into a Clamato olive with a pit and thought I cracked a crown, so I spit the pit into my napkin in the most lady like manner as I could muster and checked the napkin to make sure it wasn't a crown. Thank God it wasn't, but I didn't realize anyone was watching me until I looked up and met the eyes of one of the wait staff who came to my table with a fresh napkin and asked if I was okay. Wow! They were prompt and very attentive without hovering in an annoying way. I don't know how they do it but it was clear to me that the front line staff and the back of the house staff definitely work together as a team. Seriously Im quite impressed. The first time I went to EG it was a mess, they just barely open the place and the service was not good. Last night I visited EG again, and I was surprised, we were big group, the service was amazing! Water always refilled, bread and sides always refilled, and the steak and cuts were really good. This was my first time eating at a Brazilian steakhouse and I was not let down at all. This place is amazing. The quality of cuts of meat was fantastic. They have chicken, fillet mignon, ny strip, and lamb and more! The price point at lunch was so worth it being at 25$ a head. At dinner time it is around 33$ I believe. The quality of service is fantastic. The staff there are very genuine and nice. They do whatever it takes to explain how the experience works and really try to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. There is also an unlimited salad bar which I definitely enjoyed as well! There's an amazing salad bar with unique offerings, cheese bread basket and the a few sides brought to the table. Fried plantains and polenta. We enjoyed the sirloin, lamb. Was not a fan of the garlic steak or the filet as it was over cooked for our liking. I gave it a 4 as the staff was a bit too attentive. Service is super fast in between each meat offering. We came today for lunch and we were greeted by Edwardo. He explained the service, of which we were quite familiar with. Fantastic salad bar and endless meat. We had bacon wrapped filet mignon, ribeye steak, picanha, beacon wrapped chicken, awesome and exciting chicken wings a taste I'll never forget. Flank steak, lamb, top sirloin, New York strip and more. I can't believe we got all this for $19.99 lunch price. I went to Estampa Gaucha with 12 friends for lunch. The salad bar was loaded with fresh offerings and there was a dazzling assortment of tasty, tender, juicy meats. I enjoyed everything I tried but the lamb chops were my favorite. Service was excellent and attentive. During one round I wanted a slice of beef more rare than what was left on the skewer and *pronto* out it came. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxing and the decor very attractive. Meat selections include picanha (Brazilian top sirloin), filet mignon, beef short ribs, prom ribs, chicken breast, bacon wrapped chicken, pork sausage, flank steak, sirloin, garlic beef steak, leg of lamb, Lamb chops, I think it was a wide variety for $30/person for dinner. We just had an excellent dinner and even better service at this revamped version of a Brazilian steakhouse. You in no way feel like you are hurried through anything, the service is discreet but super on top of it. You don't wait for anything. They are constantly circling the room with delicious meats of all sorts. The cold bar had all kinds of salads, vegetables, cured meats and cheeses. Simply amazing! I've been to many many Brazilian steak houses and by far this one - for the money- has not only been the best value but also the best experience. Perfectly cooked meats, great selection, the lamb leg and chops were my favorite. This place is right on par with Texas de Brazil and fogo which I love. A huge improvement since rodizio is they carpeted the ground. We've seen so many people slip and full at rodizio flipping hilarious they fixed that. Service was attentive but not intrusive the Meats came around often. This is a huge upgrade from rodizio and I think Melbourne deserve a good Brazilian steak house like this. You'll have to ask for Chimichurri but it's excellent. If you've never been to a Brazilian steak or been to them all this was will definitely stand out as one of the best. All the servers were waiting on you hand and foot. As soon as you flip that card green you have about three gauchos at your table offering you a variety of meats.
