It's very good! I usually go for brunch. It is quite pricey as is typical of a Brazilian Steakhouse. But the meat, especially the picanha is so tender and delicious. My mouth waters just thinking about the picanha and chimmichurri. My only comment is that I wish they had more quality sides on the salad bar, like some cooked beans or rice or something. Maybe they do at dinner, but not the couple times I've been there for brunch. Regardless of that it's an amazing experience, serve is very good, and the meat is divine. Just keep in mind, if you've never been to a place like this before, that you will pay a flat rate for all you can eat meat. You'll have a chance to go to the salad bar for sides, sauce, and salad. But otherwise servers will come around with various grilled/rotisserie/barbecued meats (steak, chicken, pork, sausage, etc) and offer you small pieces continuously until you flip the table marker to red, signaling that you're finished. You will also have a waiter that checks on drink refills and things as well. I think they may have other menu options, but the main idea for coming here is all you can eat delicious meat! So might not be the best option for children, picky eaters, vegetarians, or vegans.... But that's just my personal opinion! read more

Well... my family out numbered me so that's the answer. However, this is good to know because for all you non steak eaters out there like me there is something for everyone. Let's start off with pricing. It is about $25 for lunch and I believe $35 for dinner. We had it for lunch and it was still good. I'm thinking dinner has a little more options but we had a good variety. The salad bar is pretty amazing. All the cheese and cold cuts you can think of. There were about 5/6 different steaks going around. They had lamb chops (soooo good)!!! The sausage and chicken were my favorite. Also pork ribs were also on the menu. I am so impressed by this restaurant. I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses in New York in Jersey even in Brazil but this one is way more attentive maybe because it seats less people so they are walking around with all the meat and it has so much flavor that it is unreal. All of the steaks were served seasoned pretty food. They do not have that nice Smokey flavor of other equivalent Brazilian steakhouses of this style. If you know the bigger two brands, YES they are better. My point is the price you pay here is perfect its a great price point for the food quality and service. Estampa Gaucha is much better than the previous restaurant that was here. Service and ambiance were great. However, the temp on red meat was not asked. All the meat that was cut was pretty much rare. When asked if our table can receive Medium to Medium well. It still was mostly red (medium rare). :-( Have been to numerous Brazilian steakhouses, and this is the first time that the temp was not asked or even remotely close to how we prefer it when asked. The manager, Jair, keeps walking through the room all the time making sure everything is in order and that all guests are happy. The food - from the extensive cold and hot buffet, to the several non-stop cuts of meats delights vegetarians and carnivores. It is all-that-you-can-it style and you would wish you had more room in your stomach... There is an extensive list of drinks, including the famous Brazilian caipirinha, which is prepared on demand with a selection of fresh fruits. The deserts will make you feel guilty, but they are worth it - Brazilians are famous for their sweets and it is hard to say no to them. Even though I live almost 3 hours driving from Estampa, I make an effort to go there every time there is an opportunity. Every time they do not disappoint and make me want to go back. Had to give one star to put this review in. Otherwise I would have given them ZERO. Arrived at 7:25 for a 7:30 reservation for two. There were about 20 people standing in the entrance. We made our way to the hostess stand and stood there for about five minutes waiting for someone to speak to us. When the presumed "manager" did, we found out that everyone standing there also had a 7:30 reservation. This was approximately 11 groups of 2-4 people. Several MORE people arrived after us that had 7:30 reservations as well. In about 15 more minutes, an older gentleman arrives with his date & walked up to the hostess stand, stood there about 5 minutes until he was approached by a DIFFERENT staff member. He told the staff member he ALSO had a 7:30 reservation AND WAS SEATED IMMEDIATELY! Several of us patrons in line voiced our disapproval on deaf ears as he continued to seat the couple (who also ignored the disgruntled crowd). When the "manager" returned, we voiced our grievances to him, which also fell on deaf ears. The only thing he said was, "I don't have enough tables, I don't have enough staff, and and we are doing the best we can". My family and I went to Estampa Gaucha tonight and it was my first Brazilian Steakhouse experience. It was EXCELLENT!! Amazing salad bar with many unique and delicious options. The waitstaff was timely and never let our plates go unfilled. The absolute best piece of meat, in my opinion, was the sirloin! Than the meat starting coming out some was ok overly salty and some meat looked like it wasn't cooked at all and the Lamb tasted very funny after a few bites I stopped eating all together.The waiters were walking around so fast that food flung onto our table from a plate that a waiter was carrying. The staff looked dirty and unkept not what I would expect in a restaurant of any caliber. So after paying a hefty price for dinner we left saying we would never go back and Within just a couple of hours Both my husband and I got violently sick from FOOD POISONING so bad in fact that we were both not able to work the following day AND ALMOST WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. I reached out to the restaurant 3 times and was completely ignored very clear they care nothing about their Customers. It was so bad I filled a claim with The Florida Health Administration. Amazing place, I wish I could go there every day! I have been several times, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. It's not just the food, but the quality of the people that work there and make the place come alive. All the gauchos have the best energy and attitude possible, they will go the extra mile for every little comment or request you have. I am not sure of who the manager is but there is one gentleman that has been every time I've been and he is AMAZING. Me and my wife love spending our time there and feel like we are at home. I am originally from Argentina, where the good steak is and I can say this is the best I've ever tasted. Their wide selection of meats is unbelievable, my personal favorites are: Parmesan pork tenderloins, bacon wrapped filet mignon, picanha (mind blowing!!), chorizos and the fraldinha. Our first time eating here. What a wonderful experience. The salad bar was outstanding, the meats were awesome. A taste for everyone. The staff were fabulous. They were very attentive and made sure we had clean plates, our drinks replenished, and making sure we were served with the meats we wanted to try. I enjoyed eating here because I wasn't stuck just eating one piece of meat... one can sample all that they have. There is plenty of seating. This is FINE dining, so one will pay equivalent to Yellow Dog, Chart House or Ruth Chris's (if one is familiar with any of these restaurants). The desserts are tantilizing and made on the premises.
