The filters are hardly ever checked - let alone cleaned, half the time they don't even test the chlorine, and when we do before and after he leaves... There is no change. skimming the pool? if he feels like it. The pompous attitude expressed by this person is atrocious. The latest comment? " well the pool is safe enough for my kids so whatever". I do not recommend this pool to be used for commercial, personal or any other use. I'm wondering if they are even this point to do the job they are supposed to be doing.

Manager Brian put me on hold for more than 20 minutes when I called and I had to call him again by calling him with different phone, and he insisted the pool filter cleaning job is completed when the backwash switch had not pushed back completely to the original position after the filter cleaning. The picture here is showing the incomplete job, even his technician Nick told me that he needs come back to finish the job by replacing O-ring on the day of my pool filter got cleaned.

Wanted to trust this place but after an inappropriate remark, we will not be back. My Mom and I…read morewent in because we were having an issue with cloudy water in an above ground pool. Joe tested our water with the strips and told us our levels were unsafe and not to swim in it. He sold my mom some powders and told us to come back the next day to test our water again. We came back the next day and it was a different gentleman. He tested our water in a machine, took a picture of it with my phone so we would have record of the numbers and gave us more advice and told us to bring another sample tomorrow. Once again we came back with a water sample and he tested it in the machine again. He told us that the water needed liquid chlorine, but since we had been such troopers, he gave us a gallon of chlorine for free. We asked when it would be safe to go swimming again and he told us within two hours of pouring the chlorine but we could go now "If we wanted the carpet to match the drapes". I was appalled and had to explain to my mom what that meant when we got in the car. I told her we would NOT be going back. We took our water sample the next day to a different pool supply place which tested our water and we showed them the pictures of the machine at Sun Pool and Spa and he noticed that their machine wasn't working correctly because it had a orange triangle at the top in the picture. We had to drain the pool and we are starting over fresh. Women, beware....
