I rarely write reviews, but I could not wait to write this one. Tim and his family came out to deliver and install a slightly used spa he was reselling today. The team work between him and his family was incredible. Very impressive!! There were a number challenges in removing the old spa and installing the new spa, but Tim was not discouraged at all with the numerous situations that came up with access to our backyard. Without a doubt he is a solution oriented individual. Ultimately, our experience with Tim and his team was nothing short of extraordinary. I needed to replace my old spa which required the demo of my hardscape. Tim was great. He provided really helpful advice and brought in an electrician (Rusty) sort out problems with the power supply. Due to some unfortunate events, we needed our hot tub out of it's cement vault under the ground and we needed it done as soon as possible. I found Tim and his crew through Yelp and thank God! Want great customer service? Look no further. Tim immediately picked up the phone when I called and booked me for an appointment a few days later. He also picked up my other follow up calls unlike other companies where all I reached was their voicemail. In person, Tim is super friendly, professional and positive. Our job ended up being much harder than he anticipated but with some brainstorming, persistence, and patience, they were able to get it out of the vault! Tim and his partner met me out in Carmel Valley to look at a spa, he opened it up, tested all the bells and whistles and told me what the fair buying price would be (much lower than the person was asking for it)... He told me what it would cost to fix up and I used that info to negotiate with the seller... the seller didn't want to make any concessions, so I moved on with my search. Today, we found the right spa, just one year old and in good working condition. Tim gave it the green light and moved it for me from Murrieta to San Marcos... These guys were great! They came nice and early on a Saturday to haul away an old broken hot tub left by previous owners. They were very communicative and showed up on time. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to haul any additional junk we had that could fit inside the hot tub. We were able to get a nice little purge of odds and ends that we otherwise didn't have a plan for. They even did a good job cleaning up all the debris that had accumulated under the thing over the years. Best of all they came in much cheaper than I expected. I had this company come over and give me an estimate, which after shopping I found was higher than everyone else. He told me he could only move a spa for me the following week on Thursday between 2-3. After waiting for the day to come and confirming the night before he canceled on me and said my spot was filled. Amazing business with great prices. I thought I had prepared my old Jacuzzi well, to be removed. Turns out it was more challenging for the guys than expected. We stumbled across a working jacuzzi on our local Buy Nothing group and jumped at the chance to have one of our own! The next 5 weeks were wasted waiting on the TWO different companies we tried to contract first to actually show up and do the job. The person giving the spa away was so patient, and both companies advertising on Craigslist (with LA phone numbers, beware!) ghosted us multiple times after agreeing to do the job and confirming. Tim recently helped us move our jacuzzi to a rental property. He has a great set up with adequate moving equipment, and I felt very sure that he was taking good care of our jacuzzi during the process. He had to deal with several obstacles, and even had to cut down part of a tree to get the jacuzzi to fit through the side yard access, but he made it work. I really liked that he offers full service - he drains and disconnects it before the move, and sets it up at the destination, including reconnection. Definitely recommend. read more
