Although I was pleasantly surprised that she had gluten-free options! Only one woman running the whole place when I went. So do expect to wait a little bit. Food is overpriced and not great. My sandwhich was filled with that black stuff from the pan , at 7 dollars I couldn't eat my sandwhich at all. Great little cafe out of nowhere! I needed a place to get a good quality quick bite and work and this cafe fit the bill! Ordered chicken pesto with roasted red peppers panini and a cup of Joe. Interior is nothing fancy and I noticed that overall tables aren't very clean... because this is literally a one man shop. The owner lady was constantly busy making things! Coffee was rather watery and not too good. My panini took a few minutes but it was solid- good quality and decent quantity with nice flavor of roasted peppers. Only gripe was that I couldn't find a single outlet anywhere so I had to cut my work short at an hour mark... but judging from the space, it probably isn't that kind of cafe anyways... it's likely a lunch spot for ppl who work around the area. So I was ok with that but cafe warriors be warned. Not much of an atmosphere to write about but it was comfortable for its purpose. The lady was super nice and she came over to chat with me briefly when she saw I was working on music. If I ever worked around here, I'd visit once or twice a week for lunch and fresh juice! Sometimes, you find a tasty spot to eat in the most unlikeliest of places. Illy coffee and tasty breakfast wraps made on site. With a smile and pleasant service. Nice little cafe to hang in while waiting for a friend or family having a medical procedure in the surgical center it's located in. While my gal was having surgery I grabbed a bite to eat and some iced coffee. Definitely a step up from hospital food. Plenty of seating along with an outside patio area. They also bake their own products here such as cookies, scones, cakes, and other pastries. Many are gluten free too. The owner who also works the counter does it all herself. I saw people come in to make a purchase and they weren't even there to see a doctor. This spot made trekking out to NJ at 6am a bit more reasonable. read more

Be aware that Esti's is in the lobby of an office building, but that shouldn't stop you from sampling some of the wonderful treats here! My friend and I both enjoyed Esti's special homemade green tea and ginger which was delicious. I had the "best shortbread" cookies (they lived up to their name) and my friend had the gluten-and dairy-free version. I'm not even a grilled cheese fan but I must say after having hers I am now, btw she makes her own bread. I also ordered this mango coconut dessert and it was AMAZING !!! Esti's is deceiving. Because it's situated in the lobby of a huge medical complex, it's easy for your first assumption to be that it's just a run of the mill refreshment stand. You couldn't be more wrong. This woman runs a full scale bistro, but because of the price of rents in the area, it's more affordable for her to have her shop in the building as opposed to owning a store front. She makes fresh soups, salads and juice. She grows her own wheat grass. She makes wraps with fresh ingredients, not cold cuts. She also does catering. But her signature are her cakes, cookies and pastries. Carrot cake, shortbread cookies, oatmeal cookies, baklava, cheesecake, etc. My favorite is the Ferrero Rocher cake. So delicious! I was looking for a cafe to meet up with a coworker on a Monday afternoon. Esti's Cafe came up in my Yelp search, it had good reviews, and had cute pictures, so my coworker and I decided to meet up here. When I arrived, I thought I was at the wrong location. I had no idea it was in a medical building. I came back on Yelp to double check and sure enough Esti's Cafe is located in the middle of the Medical Building. It was such a weird experience to go to this cafe when I had no reason to be in the Medical Building, but when I walked in it sure smelled delicious! I decided to have the fresh brewed chocolate raspberry coffee and it was great! The coffee was fresh, hot, and smooth. I ordered the turkey ranch on a whole wheat wrap and that was very good also. A little heavy on the ranch, but the wrap wasn't massive and was just the right size for a lunch portion. My coworker ordered the tomato, mozz, pesto on a whole wheat wrap and she enjoyed her meal as well. Also, the prices are right at Esti's Cafe. We enjoyed a nice little lunch, for a great price, in the weirdest location, but it was worth it. I will definitely be back - especially for that chocolate raspberry coffee! read more

Came here in August 2018, I was looking for coffee in the area other than Dunkin's & found this on Yelp. It's noted to be a cafe within a medical building, so0o it was a bit challenging to be certain of its location. Upon entering the driveway, make a right & park towards the entrance. When you walk in, you'll see Esti's Cafe straight ahead. Instead I got hot cocoa which the barista mentioned she would source her cocoa powder from Germany, therefore is high quality cocoa. It was good that it wasn't that sweet, but I felt it needed more richness. There's lots of snacks available, I didn't have much time to scout out but the menu also included sandwiches, soups & salads. When I'm in the area, I would come back to try something else. read more

Interesting place. I didn't think I would find a place that made Gluten Free desserts in addition to their regular menu. It is tucked into a Medical Building so it is tough to find at first. As a Celiac, I am always in search of high quality food, esp desserts since most of the time they taste like *&^%. I took the last reviewers suggestion and tried the Tuna Wrap. It was very good, since I was in the mood for Tuna. I would rate the Tuna a 3.5, only because I have had Tuna at many different places and not all tuna is created equal let's say... Don't let that stop you though from trying it! I like the fact that she makes her own hand made Gluten free wrap and it actually has the ability to bend, unlike the other wraps at the different places I have tried in the past. You can purchase her wraps to go for $2.00 if you wan to take it home and freeze it until you decide to use it. The rugelach is pretty good. I would recommend the GF Carrot Cake- That is pretty awesome and not many people can actually make that. It costs $6.00 for a slice, which isn't bad at all for that kind of quality. Remember, for those of us who are Celiacs we need to keep finding Quality places to eat cause most people don't give a *^%$ about our Allergies. Reading so many positive reviews on Yelp, we decided to visit Esti's Cafe on a Saturday morning. The menu is extensive with a variety of gluten free options. We ordered the Ferrero Rocher Pastry, Gluten free Pecan Pie,a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and a Veggie Sandwich with Homemade Brioche. The pastry and pie were wonderful and fresh. However, we cannot comment on the buffalo chicken wrap as we were given a normal chicken wrap (opened and checked once we reached home). And the lady behind the counter did not take our order for the veggie sandwich. The reason for such a mix up was that she was constantly on the phone from the time we reached till the time we left. This means that she was on the phone as she took our order ( or rather mixed it up), prepared our order single handedly and billed us. This is one of the worst customer service experience.
