I do believe that there are certain steps you can take to prevent cross contamination and being able to store things properly in order to prevent contamination. There is also a point I'd like to make how there should be some kind of sign outside or when making a reservation to pronounce on their end that they can't accommodate. At the end of the day I'm disappointed, I almost chose to leave my family, and we all ended up walking out without ordering since they can't accommodate to my allergy. I hope they take steps in the future to prevent cross contamination or pronounce they cannot accommodate to certain allergies before making a reservation.

I normally don't like beets but there were sweet and not overcooked. Surely the star of the night was the wagyu. I asked for it to be between medium rare and medium and that is exactly what they did. The great part was that the char was super nice and crunchy with a perfect salt and pepper rub while the inside was still at the temp I requested. Good overall meal, come prepared to drop a pretty penny for the experience.
