Our dishes were very expensive and grossly overcooked. 50$ tenderloin dishes all cooked to well done. We were told upon entering that a 20% gratuity would be added to our check which we were fine with however it was not. The table next to us was told that they each had to spend $50. We were presented with waters and charged for bottled water we didn't ask for. We were charged for sides that we didn't ask for which was the servers error. When I asked him to take it off he said he took the bottled water off which is more expensive.... Which again we didn't ask for. My second time here, and perhaps my last. I ordered the steak with the gnocchi and it was okay, not bad. I had an issue, however with the drinks. The drinks tasted like they were just water down/filled with a bunch of sugary stuff in order to get you to order more. They have a pool up there, a Bar, and then all the other spaces for people. The restaurant is located inside a Ciqala hotel, once inside off the elevator you're greeted with neon lights with bush backdrop perfect for pics! The room had two small windows and looked like they moved the table and chairs from upstairs into this room. The ambiance was weird and uncomfortable, and quiet as there was no music but odd purple lighting. This looked like a storage room or hotel room turned restaurant at the last minute. We were sat at a table with one chair. It took 5 minutes for the staff to bring a second chair for my boyfriend. He is wearing light khaki pants and sat on a WET chair because they brought it from upstairs and didn't dry it properly. Upon looking around uncomfortably, there was a high table behind us with a person in a wheelchair sat at the head of the table, craning their neck to see the high table and the food. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I was APPALLED. The table we were at was wobbly and barely staying put. We asked the waiter to fix it and he looked completely annoyed that we asked, but the base of the table and the legs were completely unstable. I get that you have to pivot as a rooftop lounge when it rains but this was unacceptable and certainly not worth the prices listed. Needless to say, we left--and no one cared to ask why or apologize for the situation. PR is well known for being rainy and they should be more than equipped/prepared to accommodate people in an acceptable fashion--or they should be prepared to call people and cancel reservations, or make people aware of the situation upon arrival. read more

You could taste the alcohol but it wasn't crazy or anything. For food I had the baked chicken with rice and beans and a side of plantain. The chicken was well seasoned and portioned, but it was the slightest bit undercooked, as was my dates salmon. The plantain was a bit dryer than I'd like personally, but it was still decent.
