    Gyro Wrap

First time here for brunch and it was delicious! The Philly cheesesteak wrap with the potatoes was my favorite. The meat was flavorful and tender. Both the chicken gyro and steak wraps are great options but the steak is my top recommendation. Our server Evan was so attentive and friendly. Overall, lovely spot for lunch or dinner! Will be returning!

Fennel salad w/ kafta. Generous portion and tasted so fresh just like I had it in Greece. Our server Danielle was very attentive. Seems popular and only 5 minutes from the beach.

Omg, this place is absolutely incredible! We came for dinner after our spa treatments, and since I was craving Greek food, Ethos came up as a recommendation -- and it truly exceeded all expectations. We ordered the Silver Platter for two, which was the perfect sampler to try a little bit of everything. Every single item was delicious -- not a single critique to give. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole restaurant had the perfect vibe. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Who ever is the manager here needs to know this! From the moment my friend and I got to the restaurant at the host table we were promptly seated and our waitress Melissa D. gave us a warm welcome. We asked about some items on the menu and Melissa seemed very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of our questions. See the pictures of all the food we tried and every last one of the dishes were chefs kiss! Melissa was attentive during our visit frequently check in on us and ensured our food came out promptly. I believe even the manager was walking abound and when we made eye contact she waived and welcomed us. The food was mouthwatering and busting with flavor, the chicken thighs, salmon, rice, perfectly cook potatoes and so much more! I cannot stress how impressed we were of the received beginning to end! When we dock back from our cruise I have to stop by before we leave town!

We were here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Note, use your gps to find this place. It's tucked deep into a strip mall on a busy street. I stopped nearby for directions! We had a great evening. The food was preordered and I think we had a bit of everything! A dip platter with the usual dips and lots of toasted pita. Stuffed grapeleaves (and they brought more when we asked). This was followed by too much to remember, including zucchini croquettes, calamari, and salad. The meat platter was superlative with grilled chicken, gyro meat, and salmon (and probably more). Dessert was baklava and triple layer cheesecake. I'd like to try the mastiha chocolate cake another time. The atmosphere was great on a rare Florida chilly evening. Service could not have been better.

Ethos absolutely delivers one of the best Greek dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, everything felt intentional the ambiance, the energy, and especially the service. Dana was incredible! He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience feel elevated. We started exploring the menu and honestly, not a single dish missed. The moussaka was easily one of the best I've ever had rich, perfectly layered, and packed with deep, comforting flavor. The octopus was cooked exactly right, tender with a beautiful char and the beef kebabs were juicy, well-seasoned, and executed flawlessly. Every plate that hit the table just reinforced the same thing, that this place knows what it's doing. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Ethos is the kind of spot you don't just try once you come back to.

Looks like French onion soup but it's moussaka!

It was ok. Thankfully we procured a table inside. The server (whose name I didn't get) was handsome and professional. A threesome, two of us ordered the meat platter and I got a bowl of the lemon chicken soup + moussaka. We shared a Greek salad which was delicious. My soup was ok. Could've used a side of pita bread but none was offered. Took the moussaka home and was decent after warming in the oven. The meat platter, I'm told is good but lacking. Raves on the lamb chops, chicken, rice and potatoes. But why so much gyro meat? Cost cutting. Could've used more chicken. Again, no pita bread. Perhaps we should've ordered it a la carte but come on, it's pita bread. I miss The Mad Greek (circa 1990s).

Ethos IS my favorite Greek in Ft Lauderdale / Wilton Manors area. Everything about Ethos is first rate -- from the atmosphere to the food to the service. My favorite time to visit Ethos is for dinner, and I always start with some mezes -- they are all so tasty! In fact, you simply can't go wrong with any of them--the stuffed grape leaves, hummus, tzatziki, and creamy feta... gimme Ethos mezes any day of the week. Next up are the mains. And let me start by saying that Ethos' Greek Platters are fire! Oh, and the portion sizes on the platters are huge. I usually eat all of mine, but my friends often have food to take home for the next day! Some of my favorite Platters include the Bronzini Platter, the Kefte Saganaki Platter (my super all time favorite), and Shrimp Saganaki Platter. These giant platters come with the tastiest rice, lemon potatoes, Greek Salad, AND Tzatziki. HUGE, I say! By the way, if you don't know what Kefte is, it's a long-shaped meatball made of beef and lamb. The ones at Ethos are SO tender and tasty and, in the case of the Kefte Saganaki Platter, they are covered with a super tasty tomato sauce and Feta cheese! Get this dish! My second favorite time to visit Ethos is for brunch. Imagine all of the things I've talked about above partnered with eggs! Doh! Get the Philly Cheesesteak or Gyro Omelette -- both are yummy. Oh, and they offer an all-you-can-drink brunch cocktail option if you wanna get your brunch drink on! Speaking of drinks, Ethos has a full bar, and they can make just about any cocktail you want. And, of course, they have wine, too... which is only $6 a glass during their happy hour, which runs to about 6p on weekdays. The atmosphere at Ethos is also nice! Their main dining room opens to an outdoor area that spills into the sidewalk. If the weather's not too hot, stick to. outside. Otherwise, inside is just as inviting! Final thoughts = Ethos rules! Try this place out if you're in Wilton Manors for travel or if you live in the area. You'll be glad you did!

Katherine was awesome My review is gone from that night A must go too Food was awesome, drinks were great. Great date place or just hang with friends

Met a friend here for lunch and we had a really nice experience. It's a nice size restaurant with some seating on the outside however we chose to sit inside since it was a bit of a wait for an outside table. The restaurant was very busy with just about every table filled. Our server came over immediately and bought us the menu and some water right away. I ordered the grape leaves platter and my friend ordered the spanakopita (spinach pie) platter. All platters come with a Greek salad, spinach rice, lemon rosemary potatoes, pita bread, and your choice of tzatziki or hummus. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was on each of our plates! We both ended up taking half our meals home for dinner. I loved everything that was on my plate. My grape leaves had a lemon sauce on it which I've never had before and it was a nice addition and the flavors just really popped. The hummus was so creamy and flavorful. The only thing I didn't absolutely love was the pita bread. It was very good but it had some kind of herb in it and I personally just prefer plain pita bread so that the pita doesn't interfere with the flavors of the food itself. Our server was great, he kept our water glasses and iced tea glasses full and even offered me a to go cup of iced tea when we were finished with lunch. I look forward to returning here and trying out some other of their menu items.

Such a delicious evening. We started off with the Grape Leaves. The little one absolutely love them and it was her 1st time having them. For entrees, we shared the lamb which was perfectly seasoned and the fish which arrived deboned and gone by the end of dinner. The drinks came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the adorable water cup they had for our child. We were able to sit inside without reservations. Music was uptempo / popular songs at a decent level. Not the traditional Greek songs.

Loved Ethos! Food was delicious and service was excellent! Our waiter, Adam, was a delight. Very much recommend.

    Zucchini croquets - very good!

This was a great experience - location, outdoor seating and close by parking, open windows and friendly staff. The food was really good. Drinks were not the best but the food was authentic Greek style. Great spot for indoor-outdoor seating and fresh air.

You're forced to pay for poor service, and in this case service the curly-haired young man, was very poor. The food itself was good, nothing wowing, but expectations met, and that alone is appreciated Try the hash, the Hubby enjoyed. I asked for my coffee to be EXTRA hot, it came out lukewarm, and that's bc it sat on the counter waiting for our server to bring it to us. He was no where to be found to voice my concern. We had to ask for several things a few times, and we never received refills on water. I asked to keep a menu to order an extra drink or cocktail but was never able to bc the server was no where to be found! He never came by to ask how we were, but he spent at least 7 minutes chitchatting with the table behind us stating how he "remembers them", and will try to "remember your orders for next time bc you come here a lot". Imagine if he offered services like that to ALL the guest? Well, enough was enough, and I was ready to leave. Guess who appeared with the bill and WOULD NOT LEAVE OUR TABLE-SIDE bc he was seriously focused on the amount of the "extra" tip my Hubby was going to leave. He didn't bother to clear any of the dirty dishes from our table, and never asked about ordering anything else even after picking up the menu I'd asked him to leave earlier. He was focused on the my Hubby completing the payment. That's when I spoke up and said looking directly at the server, "a gratuity is automatically included, so do not leave an extra tip bc the service did not deserve the gratuity he's already getting". The young man looked at me shocked but didn't say anything. The food was okay but the service reduced any possible off a better rating.

As titanium Marriott bonvoy members, we received a breakfast voucher each morning of our stay, which is good for your choice of coffee or orange juice and an entree from a select menu (see pics). I found the select menu to have many great options. I had the "smothered burrito" which was huge and delicious and did not have any beans. The "traditional eggs Benedict" was typical and came with a large portion of their potatoes- yum. The "huevos rancheros" was great too but I wished it had those potatoes. My husband had the "applewood bacon and poached egg avocado toast" twice because it was so good. We ordered two additional eggs sunny to go with it, as that dish only had one poached egg. He also got the "two eggs your way" which comes with choice of protein, potatoes and two slices of sourdough toast w butter (no jam). He ordered bacon egg and cheese taco with that dish to maximize his protein intake. That was tasty. Everything we ate here was a good portion. I saw the regular menu. Dishes are about $16. The pancakes looked awesome- maybe we will get that next time. Pancakes would pair well with the hash- it looks like a huge dish. They have a breakfast cocktail menu. I had the bloody Maria (nothing special but it said house made bloody mix so I wanted to try it), which came with a celery stick. I think next time I'll do the coffee inspired cocktails. Those sound amazing. We ate inside because the wind was crazy like 25mph. We ate outside one day, when the wind wasn't as bad, and found that there are some pesky birds trying to steal food off of server trays. So if you don't want the birds, sit inside. The place gets busy; you can make a reservation. We never had to wait in line long or wait for a table, but I think that's because we're hotel guests. Once sat, we did wait more than 20 min to receive our food. But it's ok. The coffee is good. The restaurant turns into Lona for lunch and dinner. They give you the Lona drink menu for breakfast too if you're more in the mood for a margarita. Bar seating is first come first served. Bathrooms are inside the hotel lobby. There is no parking for the restaurant but you can valet.

Honestly you'll have a better, fresher meal at IHOP or Waffle House or Denny's, for a fraction of the price and you'll get coffee refills.

The Alchemist Café is an absolute must-visit! We discovered this gem eight years ago, and now it's…read morea tradition--we make it a point to come back every single time we are in town. I especially love coming here for their coffee. The service style is great; you order at the counter and then pick a spot to sit, and the friendly staff brings everything right to your table. We stopped in today and caught it at a great time when it wasn't as busy as usual. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, four-cheese pizza, and avocado toast, along with the Alchemist coffee, passionfruit tea, and a Sprite. Everything was delicious, and sitting in the outdoor seating area is always a highlight. This place is an absolute five stars to me--after eight years, it never lets us down!

I enjoy their cold coffees and freshly made food: the Greek or Mediterranean toast with olives and feta is my favor: you'll be surprised how filled up you get. The service is what it is. Please when it's time to order and when they bring the food but that's okay. There's nothing formal about this place. It's cozy and beautiful with the greenery. They have lots of parking and I've never had an issue. The best feeling is having breakfast alone in the am. I could stay there forever. Definitely recommend
