    Gyro Wrap

First time here for brunch and it was delicious! The Philly cheesesteak wrap with the potatoes was my favorite. The meat was flavorful and tender. Both the chicken gyro and steak wraps are great options but the steak is my top recommendation. Our server Evan was so attentive and friendly. Overall, lovely spot for lunch or dinner! Will be returning!

It was so nice to sit outside in the sun and nice breeze. It honestly felt like we could be at the broadwalk. The food was good but a bit salty. Honestly, the taste got so tiring after a certain point that I lost my appetite. It kinda all started tasting the same and lost variety. Staff was super nice and accommodating though.

This was my first experiencing this restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed. The brunch was pretty good. I ordered the kefte and eggs. It was big and delicious. The service was nice. The place was awfully slow for brunch.

Omg, this place is absolutely incredible! We came for dinner after our spa treatments, and since I was craving Greek food, Ethos came up as a recommendation -- and it truly exceeded all expectations. We ordered the Silver Platter for two, which was the perfect sampler to try a little bit of everything. Every single item was delicious -- not a single critique to give. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole restaurant had the perfect vibe. They've definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Who ever is the manager here needs to know this! From the moment my friend and I got to the restaurant at the host table we were promptly seated and our waitress Melissa D. gave us a warm welcome. We asked about some items on the menu and Melissa seemed very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all of our questions. See the pictures of all the food we tried and every last one of the dishes were chefs kiss! Melissa was attentive during our visit frequently check in on us and ensured our food came out promptly. I believe even the manager was walking abound and when we made eye contact she waived and welcomed us. The food was mouthwatering and busting with flavor, the chicken thighs, salmon, rice, perfectly cook potatoes and so much more! I cannot stress how impressed we were of the received beginning to end! When we dock back from our cruise I have to stop by before we leave town!

Fennel salad w/ kafta. Generous portion and tasted so fresh just like I had it in Greece. Our server Danielle was very attentive. Seems popular and only 5 minutes from the beach.

Looks like French onion soup but it's moussaka!

It was ok. Thankfully we procured a table inside. The server (whose name I didn't get) was handsome and professional. A threesome, two of us ordered the meat platter and I got a bowl of the lemon chicken soup + moussaka. We shared a Greek salad which was delicious. My soup was ok. Could've used a side of pita bread but none was offered. Took the moussaka home and was decent after warming in the oven. The meat platter, I'm told is good but lacking. Raves on the lamb chops, chicken, rice and potatoes. But why so much gyro meat? Cost cutting. Could've used more chicken. Again, no pita bread. Perhaps we should've ordered it a la carte but come on, it's pita bread. I miss The Mad Greek (circa 1990s).

We were here to celebrate a friend's birthday. Note, use your gps to find this place. It's tucked deep into a strip mall on a busy street. I stopped nearby for directions! We had a great evening. The food was preordered and I think we had a bit of everything! A dip platter with the usual dips and lots of toasted pita. Stuffed grapeleaves (and they brought more when we asked). This was followed by too much to remember, including zucchini croquettes, calamari, and salad. The meat platter was superlative with grilled chicken, gyro meat, and salmon (and probably more). Dessert was baklava and triple layer cheesecake. I'd like to try the mastiha chocolate cake another time. The atmosphere was great on a rare Florida chilly evening. Service could not have been better.

Ethos absolutely delivers one of the best Greek dining experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, everything felt intentional the ambiance, the energy, and especially the service. Dana was incredible! He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the experience feel elevated. We started exploring the menu and honestly, not a single dish missed. The moussaka was easily one of the best I've ever had rich, perfectly layered, and packed with deep, comforting flavor. The octopus was cooked exactly right, tender with a beautiful char and the beef kebabs were juicy, well-seasoned, and executed flawlessly. Every plate that hit the table just reinforced the same thing, that this place knows what it's doing. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Ethos is the kind of spot you don't just try once you come back to.

Ethos IS my favorite Greek in Ft Lauderdale / Wilton Manors area. Everything about Ethos is first rate -- from the atmosphere to the food to the service. My favorite time to visit Ethos is for dinner, and I always start with some mezes -- they are all so tasty! In fact, you simply can't go wrong with any of them--the stuffed grape leaves, hummus, tzatziki, and creamy feta... gimme Ethos mezes any day of the week. Next up are the mains. And let me start by saying that Ethos' Greek Platters are fire! Oh, and the portion sizes on the platters are huge. I usually eat all of mine, but my friends often have food to take home for the next day! Some of my favorite Platters include the Bronzini Platter, the Kefte Saganaki Platter (my super all time favorite), and Shrimp Saganaki Platter. These giant platters come with the tastiest rice, lemon potatoes, Greek Salad, AND Tzatziki. HUGE, I say! By the way, if you don't know what Kefte is, it's a long-shaped meatball made of beef and lamb. The ones at Ethos are SO tender and tasty and, in the case of the Kefte Saganaki Platter, they are covered with a super tasty tomato sauce and Feta cheese! Get this dish! My second favorite time to visit Ethos is for brunch. Imagine all of the things I've talked about above partnered with eggs! Doh! Get the Philly Cheesesteak or Gyro Omelette -- both are yummy. Oh, and they offer an all-you-can-drink brunch cocktail option if you wanna get your brunch drink on! Speaking of drinks, Ethos has a full bar, and they can make just about any cocktail you want. And, of course, they have wine, too... which is only $6 a glass during their happy hour, which runs to about 6p on weekdays. The atmosphere at Ethos is also nice! Their main dining room opens to an outdoor area that spills into the sidewalk. If the weather's not too hot, stick to. outside. Otherwise, inside is just as inviting! Final thoughts = Ethos rules! Try this place out if you're in Wilton Manors for travel or if you live in the area. You'll be glad you did!

Met a friend here for lunch and we had a really nice experience. It's a nice size restaurant with some seating on the outside however we chose to sit inside since it was a bit of a wait for an outside table. The restaurant was very busy with just about every table filled. Our server came over immediately and bought us the menu and some water right away. I ordered the grape leaves platter and my friend ordered the spanakopita (spinach pie) platter. All platters come with a Greek salad, spinach rice, lemon rosemary potatoes, pita bread, and your choice of tzatziki or hummus. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was on each of our plates! We both ended up taking half our meals home for dinner. I loved everything that was on my plate. My grape leaves had a lemon sauce on it which I've never had before and it was a nice addition and the flavors just really popped. The hummus was so creamy and flavorful. The only thing I didn't absolutely love was the pita bread. It was very good but it had some kind of herb in it and I personally just prefer plain pita bread so that the pita doesn't interfere with the flavors of the food itself. Our server was great, he kept our water glasses and iced tea glasses full and even offered me a to go cup of iced tea when we were finished with lunch. I look forward to returning here and trying out some other of their menu items.

Such a delicious evening. We started off with the Grape Leaves. The little one absolutely love them and it was her 1st time having them. For entrees, we shared the lamb which was perfectly seasoned and the fish which arrived deboned and gone by the end of dinner. The drinks came quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the adorable water cup they had for our child. We were able to sit inside without reservations. Music was uptempo / popular songs at a decent level. Not the traditional Greek songs.

They were honestly some of the best fries I've ever had, and definitely not something I expected to be raving about at a Greek restaurant! This was an amazing dining experience from start to finish, and I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

For appetizers, we ordered the Ali Nazik and Eggplant Carpaccio. The Ali Nazik was phenomenal. We were given a side of bread, which paired really well with the dish. The lamb was packed with flavor, and the smoked eggplant yogurt was fire. The two complemented each other perfectly. The Eggplant Carpaccio was good as well. I will say, though, that if you aren't a fan of dishes with a heavy vinegar flavor, this may not be for you. I'd also be curious to see how this dish would taste served warm. For our entree, we ordered the Beef Souvlaki, which came with six skewers of filet mignon. The beef was perfectly cooked and very tender, so no complaints there. However, the rest of the dish didn't really stand out to me. The fries were decent, but nothing crazy. As a first-time visitor, I also feel like this probably wasn't the best dish to order if you want to get a full sense of what the restaurant has to offer. One of my biggest disappointments was that the restaurant primarily had outdoor seating. Maybe it was just the night we went, but it was extremely hot and humid, and the fans in our area weren't cutting it. It was also very dark, making it difficult to see the menus and even our food. I think better lighting, especially toward the front of the restaurant, would make a big difference. The food came out very quickly, which we appreciated. I do wish our server had been a little more helpful, though. We wanted to learn more about the menu and were hoping for some guidance and recommendations, but he didn't really guide us through the menu the way I had hoped. Overall, Mandolin was a solid experience, and the Ali Nazik in particular was a standout. I'd be interested in coming back and trying some of their other dishes to get a better feel for what the restaurant does best.
