he will try disguise the problem, very dishonest. He sold me a car that was rotted. He used great foam spray to hide damage.

This was the single most distressing visit to a used car dealer I have ever made. The owner…read moreMichael was surly, scornful, condescending, and willing to lie. The place is a big storage unit, no lift at the facility, not a real dealer. He treated me as a woman with patronizing comments when I asked questions. He treated my other family member, who is knowledgeable about cars, in an even worse manner. If you want to make an offer, he won't even counter. He said " sounds like I will be paying you money to take the car". He said "you wasted my time". Anything you say, he says--"what do you expect from a 20 year old car". He told me a car from Maryland can't have rust because they don't get snow and don't use salt. Simply not true. There were many many things wrong with this car that were not disclosed in the description, and he would not admit that they were an issue. He would not make any adjustment for the repairs that needed made. No matter how great the car, do not go here unless you are willing to subject yourself to ridicule and condescension!

Very dishonest and misleading dealership. Their listing for a 2014 Honda CR-V stated that the…read morevehicle had new brakes all around and excellent tires. In addition, during a phone call with Michael Megresh, the owner, he told me the tires were new all around. I live about an hour away, so I did not want to drive there until I had financing arranged through a third party. I relied on the statements in their listing and on what I was told over the phone. Those statements, which are still on their website, were completely false and, in my opinion, borderline fraudulent. Because I was seriously interested in the vehicle, I paid $195 to have a well-respected independent pre-purchase inspection company inspect the car. The inspection found that the brake pads were only about 50%. The tires were mismatched, with three of one kind and one different tire. The tread depth was only 4/32nds. One tire had a gash in the sidewall, and another tire was badly worn on the outside edge. One of the most important things to me was finding a vehicle with good tires and good brakes so I would not immediately have to spend money on maintenance. I assumed the description they posted on every site where they listed the car was truthful. It was not. It could not have been more misleading. When I called the salesperson I had been dealing with, he said he had given the matter to his boss. That is when I called Mr. Megresh. I have never been treated so rudely as a customer. He told me my inspection company was lying to me and did not know what they were doing. What possible motive would an independent inspection company have to give me false information? Despite the inspection results, he still insisted the tires were excellent and the brakes were new. Then he had the nerve to offer only $200 off the price of the vehicle. The only reason I paid for the inspection was because I relied on their representations that the vehicle had new brakes and excellent, or supposedly new, tires. Both of those statements were false. All I asked for was reimbursement of my $195 inspection fee because their misleading listing caused me to spend that money. Whatever you do, stay away from this dealership. In my opinion, they made false and fraudulent statements in their listing and over the phone, treated me rudely when confronted with the inspection results, and refused to take responsibility. They will tell you anything to sell a car. Be very careful.

This dealership does some shady business. They refuse to cancel my extended warranty. They never…read moresubmitted my warranty over to the warranty company. The manager then lied and told me he canceled the warranty, but when I asked for proof of refund and cancellation, he couldn't provide either. It's been a month and no word. The warranty company still doesn't have my warranty on file. The total amount of the warranties have been added to my principal loan amount and I'm continuing to pay interest for something that I requested to have canceled the day after purchasing. I was told today by another financial manager that my warranty was never even sent to the warranty company because they are going to cancel it themselves. I asked for proof of cancellation and refund again, still unable to provide. I strongly would not recommend doing business here. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it's been the worst experience ever. Not to mention the new car broke down on me 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. They don't care about the customers. Unprofessional and untrustworthy business and associates.

I have since moved to a new home so their location is nearly an hour away, but I returned because my initial purchase included scheduled maintenance for the first 24,000 miles. Both times I scheduled for a Saturday morning and waited for the service to be completed and both times it took over TWO HOURS for them to do a lube, oil, and filter and to rotate the tires. The saving grace is that my included maintenance is over so now I can go elsewhere.

I cannot even fathom the nerve of this "car dealer" I came to see the black 2013 Volkswagen CC…read moreSport they had for sale and my god was it an absolute lemon. The guy said it had a clean carfax but when I got there they had painted over rust to hide it, lots and lots of plastic components were cracked as if the car had taken a huge impact hit at one point, and the passenger side door was hard to open and wouldn't close properly. Next, when I would turn left the nastiest noise was coming from the car and the car would start shaking and jumping while I was just casually cruising. As if it could not get any worse from here, I tried turning the car off and it would not turn back on and took me several attempts until it finally did turn back on. Needless to say, I brought the car back immediately and left. This experience was so outrageously horrible and the car only had 50,000 miles!! I implore anyone considering buying from Elite Automotive to stay as far away as possible!!! I was completely deceived about the car having no issues as it was loaded with issues and cover ups. Save yourself and do not ever buy from here no matter what!! I wish I would've read the reviews on this place before I came. Absolutely horrifying.
