Shelly is very sweet and always does her best to greet us. Know that this is a two person operation and they are busy! When Shelly isn't there the woman who grooms as well greets you and isn't as sweet but has never been rude to us in the last two years. They are always booked so don't expect to make a last minute appointment. The price is also very fair. read more

I officially dub this place the only groomer my dog will go to from now on! I have a stubborn, high maintenance Maltese that strongly believes that taking a bath is a one-way ticket through Satan's gates of hell. Needless to say, he's a tough dog to groom but the professionals here know exactly how to handle his kind. For around $25 dollars they did a beautiful job making his coat extremely soft and white and his paws were perfectly rounded. To top it off, they always clean up his face the way I like (as oppose to the annoying lottery haircuts I seemed to get from PetSmart). I'm happy. My dog is happy. My wallet is happy. read more

I took two of my little ones yesterday and they really wow'ed me it takes a lot to wow me by the way. They were very attentive asked if all of my information was up to date,went over previous cuts my doggies have had in the past, they really took their time to please me as a customer , my doggies looked amazing once I picked them up. They also remembered that I had just taken my dads dog a week before and asked how she was . They use to have bad service but it seems as if though they gave readjusted their attitudes. Just took my 2 dogs here and it was excellent. They took my dogs in even if I was running late which I'm grateful for and did them very quickly. It only took an hour and they smell wonderful for the fall with a spice scent. I'm very happy with their haircuts as the last shave one of my dogs have gotten from petsmart, made him look like a naked mole rat. But they did an excellent job on their hair cuts and cleaning them. Everyone was friendly and they kept to the time schedule they had promise. It was a good experience. One thing, and its minor, but would have been nice to see little bows on their heads. Terrible customer service. They're good at what they do with pets but clearly don't know how to treat paying customers. Walked in with my pet after receiving blank stares as if I was lost and didn't belong someone finally walked up and greeted me. The lady continued to make annoying comments, the older lady was extremely rude when I returned to pick up my pet as if it was a crime to come in a little earlier and wait. just an uncomfortable atmosphere.
