I am a very conservative Yelp reviewer but I HAVE to talk about how amazing Luxe Pups is!! We have been regularly going to Riley and Rosalie for over a year now, every 8 weeks and I leave my puppy with peace of mind knowing his wellbeing is being put first. He always comes out feeling and looking amazing. For owners with anxious pets, my dog is not the easiest because he tends to get very anxious but he NEVER looks distressed after his grooms. During one session, Riley notified me that Juno couldn't finish a groom because he was very stressed after the car ride. I am extremely grateful for their promptness and knowing each pet's limit. I was recommend to luxe pups on Facebook(ALOT OF RECOMMENDATIONS) & Riley reached out and set me up with an appointment within 2 days. I had explained my dogs situation and my concerns & she was super reassuring & explained how they were appointments only and are taken back to be groomed right away. Love this place!! We met Riley before learning of Luxe Pups. Riley was helping us locate an owner of a lost pup. While we were waiting for the owner to pick up their pup, Riley told us about her shop and we had to check it out, we learned Riley uses her personal time to help reunite owners with their lost pups When I first arrived at Luxe Pups I was surprised to see how cute the lobby decor was with velvet chairs. You don't see this at dog grooming locations. I loved it. This was our first visit for our 3 yr old Siberian Husky (Lahni) and 2 yr old Shepsky (Koa). Being little nervous with the recent illness going around with the pups I was very happy to see how clean and neat the shop was and I especially loved the fact that Koa and Lahni had the place to themselves. They were not held in a crate, this also helps with anxiety of other dogs crying/barking. Dropped Koa and Lahni off for a bath, and they were both ready about 2.5 hrs later. Picked them up and they both looked and smelled great. They don't need grooming (cuts) so I can't speak to that. However Lahni did get a trim around her booty for sanitary purposes:) Happy when a dog salon works well with med/large dogs. My husband and I were very happy with Riley and her services. I am totally disappointed and give up on this place. I had an appointment at 3:30 on Saturday and arrived about 20 minutes early because someone at my home was fixing the air conditioner so just a drop them off little early, but the clerk asked me to wait until 3:30 for drop them off . It is possible that their place is too small and they cannot even accommodate and take care of two puppies. Last time, when my dogs were finished, they kept texting me for time to pick them up, which was quite stressful for me when I was on driving, after picked up my puppies and put them in the car and I found a lot of broken dog hair left over in my car. I came to this store because it is close to my home. To be honest, there are grooming services everywhere out there but the attitude of the clerk is not that good. Finally same day I found a new place " Wag ....... " just grand opening, store was big and super clean the clerk very nice, drop them off at 6pm pick them up at 8:30pm ( same day service no HASSLE ) Happy .. Happy. read more

I trusted my two senior doggies to be groomed by Luxe Pups and they treated them with kindness and respect for their age. My oldest dog ,Lucky, who is 17-18 years old (rescue dog) had a hard time standing for a long time so they had two groomers assist with his appointment. He is a Corgi/golden retriever with a double coat and some fat masses. They did a fantastic job on him and his fur was so soft! My other dog ,Ella, is approximately nine years old (rescue dog) and is a Cocker Spaniel mix. She had some dandruff on her back that they treated with a mask that completely got rid of the flakes. Brought my puppy here for the first time after coming across Riley's page through the Nextdoor app. Riley and her partner (forgot to ask for her name) did such a great job , despite my boy being a little anxious and still not 100% comfortable with being groomed. But upon picking him up, he seemed so happy and excited, on top of looking and smelling so fresh and clean. The little Easter themed bandana that was also included is so cute too Riley also discovered that he has two dew claws on one of his back feet and she was able to get to the nail that was curled up.
