I am a very conservative Yelp reviewer but I HAVE to talk about how amazing Luxe Pups is!! We have been regularly going to Riley and Rosalie for over a year now, every 8 weeks and I leave my puppy with peace of mind knowing his wellbeing is being put first. He always comes out feeling and looking amazing. For owners with anxious pets, my dog is not the easiest because he tends to get very anxious but he NEVER looks distressed after his grooms. During one session, Riley notified me that Juno couldn't finish a groom because he was very stressed after the car ride. I am extremely grateful for their promptness and knowing each pet's limit. I was trying to find a groomer for my husky puppy. After reading many reviews for different places I decided Luxe Pups looked like a good place to try. Made the appointment. Showed up with my puppy and was told she was not on the schedule. I was confused and started to check the texts I had received. As I was doing this, the owner checked the schedule and informed me I had booked the appt for another day. Then she rudely told me they did not have any openings today. I was caught off guard because I wasn't upset or rude when I was told my puppy wasn't on the schedule I was merely confused and didn't understand why I was being treated as if I had been rudely demanding an appointment today. I just said oh that's fine. I understand. We will be back next week. When I walked out I had even asked my boyfriend if I had been rude because I certainly didn't mean to be. He told me no and that they were actually rude to me. Despite this interaction, I made another appointment because everyone has a bad day and I figured the owner must have been having one. Next appointment comes around. We showed up a little early about 10 minutes or so. We were told we had to wait to bring our puppy in until the exact appointment time. Again, we were told this in a rude tone. We simply agreed and walked our puppy around the parking lot until the appointment time. We come back drop our puppy off and decide to run some errands nearby until she is ready. We were across the street when we received the text that she would be ready in 20 minutes. We were finishing up shopping so it was perfect timing. Less than 10 minutes later we received another text asking us to come pick her up as soon as possible as she was being "extremely loud". We were in a checkout line, I immediately put aside the items I had in my hand and we left the line to go pick up my puppy. I was quite upset to have to rush over because we were told it would be 20 minutes. I also did not care for my dog to be referred to as "extremely loud". We walked in and were told how the appointment went. They claimed my puppy was not cooperative. I paid and we left. I was so excited to take pictures since this was her first grooming and she didn't not even receive a bandana (which I wanted for the photos). Overall this was not a great experience. I only gave a 2 star review because my dog was clean, nails trimmed, and they didn't injure her in anyway. So, basically the bare minimum was done. Customer service would her zero stars if it was a separate category. If you are uncomfortable or unfamiliar with large breed puppies you should make that clear on your website. I had already explained she was a puppy and it was her first time being groomed and I feel like the staff was not understanding. In hindsight, the fact that the staff was rude to me on multiple occasions should have been my red flag to go somewhere else. The experience was so upsetting I have been so nervous to try anywhere else. I finally did try somewhere new today and received nothing compliments about how well behaved my dog is. As it was a night and day compared to my experience with Luxe Pups I decided it was time to finally post my review. read more

I was recommend to luxe pups on Facebook(ALOT OF RECOMMENDATIONS) & Riley reached out and set me up with an appointment within 2 days. I had explained my dogs situation and my concerns & she was super reassuring & explained how they were appointments only and are taken back to be groomed right away. Today when I walked in everything she said was as she had explained previously. My baby girl took a liking to her right away. Riley was super gentle and made sure Suzy was okay before I left. Love this place!! We met Riley before learning of Luxe Pups. Riley was helping us locate an owner of a lost pup. While we were waiting for the owner to pick up their pup, Riley told us about her shop and we had to check it out, we learned Riley uses her personal time to help reunite owners with their lost pups When I first arrived at Luxe Pups I was surprised to see how cute the lobby decor was with velvet chairs. You don't see this at dog grooming locations. I loved it. This was our first visit for our 3 yr old Siberian Husky (Lahni) and 2 yr old Shepsky (Koa). Being little nervous with the recent illness going around with the pups I was very happy to see how clean and neat the shop was and I especially loved the fact that Koa and Lahni had the place to themselves. They were not held in a crate, this also helps with anxiety of other dogs crying/barking. Dropped Koa and Lahni off for a bath, and they were both ready about 2.5 hrs later. Picked them up and they both looked and smelled great. They don't need grooming (cuts) so I can't speak to that. However Lahni did get a trim around her booty for sanitary purposes:) Happy when a dog salon works well with med/large dogs. My husband and I were very happy with Riley and her services. I am totally disappointed and give up on this place. I had an appointment at 3:30 on Saturday and arrived about 20 minutes early because someone at my home was fixing the air conditioner so just a drop them off little early, but the clerk asked me to wait until 3:30 for drop them off . It is possible that their place is too small and they cannot even accommodate and take care of two puppies. Last time, when my dogs were finished, they kept texting me for time to pick them up, which was quite stressful for me when I was on driving, after picked up my puppies and put them in the car and I found a lot of broken dog hair left over in my car. I came to this store because it is close to my home. To be honest, there are grooming services everywhere out there but the attitude of the clerk is not that good. Finally same day I found a new place " Wag ....... " just grand opening, store was big and super clean the clerk very nice, drop them off at 6pm pick them up at 8:30pm ( same day service no HASSLE ) Happy .. Happy. read more

Staff is extremely friendly and talented. I took my chihuahua here for a simple bath, she gets a bath, her nails done, her ears cleaned and her anal glands squeezed for $45. At her vet, getting her glands and nails done is around $90, so I'm looking forward to going here more to get more done for less. I would rather spend more money monthly going here. She feels amazing, her nails look great, she's soft and smells so good. They also give the dogs a balm on their paws for the summer months, which I can tell wad great for her paws.
