My first time at this establishment I wanted some ramen so I thought I try this place, I was in the area you walk in and order at the counter excellent customer service they greet you at the door and very patient and helpful at the counter I ordered the spicy chicken ramen with 3 sushi rolls I ordered the shrimp tempura roll,the spider roll and the so dang good roll so they give you a number and you pick where u want to sit they also drop off plates and soy sauce and they have spoons , chopsticks and napkins already at the table it was very convenient so all you have to do is wait on your food no need to ask for utensils or napkins. The spicy chicken ramen was super succulent the ramen broth was very rich with a mild kick the veggies and chicken were super fresh I was delighted with it. The music is awesome and actually relates to the restaurant (pretty sure it's either J-Pop or K-Pop). It's really awesome. -Service: The people here are so chill and some of the kindest people that I've met here in this area. If nothing else, come here for the service alone. Went in for the first time and the food was actually good but the customer service was terrible. One of the workers was being plain rude to all the customers that were coming in. He was using his headset to talk on the phone ,eating and preparing the customers food all at the same time. He was using the same pair of gloves to make the food,eat his own food,sweep/mop,clean the tables, handle the register and blow his nose. He was not interested at all in engaging with us even after thanking him for bringing us our meals. Really good Asian food and sushi/rolls. The decor is perfectly adequate, very casual, and clean. The counter employee was very helpful and hooked me up with a drink concoction of my own design. I ordered the Spider Roll and the King Shaggy and both were fresh, great taste, a super combination of ingredients, and VERY reasonably priced. Second visit. Thoroughly letdown and disappointed. 3 of 4 dishes we had were terrible. Let's start with their Poke Bowls. We tried the California Poke ($10) and the Maguro Poke ($13). The California is literally a deconstructed California roll on a bed of rice. The ratio of rice is 80% of the dish. Flavor is severally lacking as well. The Maguro has small cubes of bluefin tuna and for $3 more than the California Bowl you get fish added. Nothing special here. In fact, it was practically flavorless. Fish were like cubes of gelatin, not at all fresh, I'm starting to question if it was even fish. The other big disappointment was the EuraAsia Tan Tan Ramen. Don't order this Vegan unless you want vermicelli noodles. They were dry. It was like they put noodles that were sitting out in the bowl of ramen. What I didn't know about asking for vegan was that they'd substitute normal yellow ramen noodles for thin vermicelli noodles. Which leads me to this, not all the staff know how to communicate their menu or choices very well. For example, since I asked for vegan EurAsia Tan Tan Ramen they could've said something like, "The noodles will be replaced with thin vermicelli noodles. Is that okay?" The cook could've also done the decent thing and taste the noodles before serving them and they would've known how dry they were. To the business: I absolutely want you to succeed. However, I think your poke bowls are okay compared to your competition (Poke Fit and Poke Bowl). Your main attraction is Ramen. Focus on making them the best. IMO, ditch the vermicelli noodles for vegan for a vegan ramen noodles (Whole Foods 365 carries them and they look and taste just like regular egg based ramen noodles). read more

This is the most RIP-OFF bowl of ramen I've ever had. There was plenty of soup but the amount of noodles in there was ridiculous. It was exactly 2 bites of noodles for me. That amount of noodles is how much I serve my toddler. For $11 a bowl, all I ate was mostly the soup, 2 bites of noodles, a piece of tofu, and 3 meatballs. I'm appalled!!!! I had this noodles in Indonesia so I know how it should be. I tried to tell the guy appeared to be the manager. He said that's how this dish is...a bunch of BS!!! The flavor was good, but it was a bit overly spicy for not having a little chili symbol next to it. I fear trying those now, I'm worried those would burn our faces off! If there was a way to tone down the heat a bit it would have been perfect. We also had the Maguro Poke Bowl and that disappeared fast! The Shrimp Tempura sushi roll was delicious.
