I can't get over the poor to-go packaging and overcooked brick of noodles to even say if it would be good or not. The noodles were separate from the broth, but the container of noodles sit down in the larger container of hot broth. So, in the 5 minutes it took me to get home, they are a brick of mush that I can't even begin to separate with chopsticks or even a fork. It's so completely ruined for me. Also, every other ramen place I've gotten ramen to go has provided a bowl with the noodles and toppings. I had to provide my own bowl for this which for me, defeats part of the purpose of an easy dish washing free take out experience. And the noodle container was covered on the bottom by broth, so it was a messy process. I can't express how mushy and gross these noodles are. It's inedible and I wasted my money and time. So much for a close ramen place. There's no reason to go back if this is their normal packaging because this result is inevitable. read more

By far one of my favorite spots to eat! They're always fast to get your order out, even when they are busy. The food is always hot and fresh, and the quality is perfect. The ramen here is amazing! The broth tastes like it is crafted well and made in house, it doesn't take away from the other ingredients in the ramen and blends together perfectly with the high quality noodles. Side note- I love getting the vegetable tempura and dipping it in their tempura sauce, it always comes out to crispy perfection. We've been here several times and it has never disappointed. The ramen is super tasty. My kids LOVE it. I usually get the basic ramen bowl but went with a poke bowl today. It was excellent. The inside dining area is a little cramped but they also have take out and delivery. I ordered ramen delivery a few weeks ago and everything was packaged perfectly. I had picked up takeout for my daughter-in-law a couple of times but today she, my wife, and I are at the restaurant. There are electronic touch screens for ordering, and with three of us huddled around one screen and my eyesight, it was tough. There are pictures of dishes and descriptions on the adjacent wall, but I couldn't see them from the ordering area. It would work better if the ordering screens were placed after the descriptive wall, but the demands of the space prohibit that. I had the Red Tonkotsu Ramen. It was very good. The pork was tasty, the broth was spicy, and the other ingredients made for a good meal. My only complaint was the only soft drinks were Pepsi products; usually I substitute Dr. Pepper for Diet Coke but that wasn't working. My daughter-in-law had the Black Tonkotsu Ramen and enjoyed it, and my wife was happy with her crispy chicken dish. On our next visit I'll study the online menu beforehand. read more

My favorite ramen spot in Cedar Park. The black tonkotsu ramen isn't heavy or rich at all. It has the perfect balance in flavor and doesn't give you that blehhhhhhhhh feeling after eating the entire bowl. I am super picky with ramen and almost never order it as all the broth are either super rich for me in taste or flavorless. This is the only ramen I will order because it is just SO GOOD! The only downside of the place is that it will get really busy during dinner hour. Seating is basically first come, first serve. You order at the little ipads in the front, grab a number, and go to an empty table. If you don't time right, your food may come out before you can even get a seat to eat so be aware of that. My little ones always ask the wait staff for a small lolly after our meal and I really appreciate the small treat they give for them after their meal. read more

I used to REALLY love this place. Ive gone here once a week for over a year. This last experience may be my last. A new employee that started there has allowed me to see how dirty and completely unsanitary this place actually is. When I say dirty.....I mean like crusty dirty, nose picking and making sushi without gloves or hand washing, crusty foggy glasses for their specialty drinks, and dirty dishes- when it was brought up to this new employee, he just ignored it and walked back to the kitchen with an attitude. This type of stuff will put a business out of business. I hope management sees this and addresses the cleanliness because that is soooo gross. Update- my daughter begged me to give them another chance. It's truly her favorite place. It appeared much cleaner and that someone must have addressed my concerns. We happened to stumble upon EurAsia Ramen by accident while shopping in Cedar Park. The wife was in the mood for some noodles, so we decided to give them a try. I ordered the Black Tonkatsu which comes with Pork broth, chashu, ajitama, kikurage, scallions, black garlic oil, menma, and topped with nori. It was creamy, hot, savory, and perfectly balanced. My wife ordered the EurAsia Reaper Ramen which comes with Creamy pork broth topped with ajitama, kikurage, bean sprout, scallions, menma, and topped with nori as well. It came with shrimp tempura on the side. Luckily, my wife was willing to share some with me, because this bowl was very different from mine, but equally as delicious. The Reaper was a little less heavy than the Black Tonkatsu and definitely packs a spicy kick, so beware if you're not into hot food. It's nice to find a new ramen shop with great ramen that's not called Ramen Tatsuya. Cedar Park should definitely support EurAsia Ramen. We know we'll be back! read more

I like the broth on the tonkatsu black the best. The menu options for sushi is fairly limited and the sushi is nothing special, but not bad either. The decor and seating inside is very ramen tatsuya looking which is nice. I think this is a great ramen option for those that don't feel like driving down to Austin. Another great thing here is they offer online ordering through Yelp and the to go containers for the ramen are awesome. Parking can be an issue in this plaza depending on the time of day. I would love to support this place as Austin is in dire need of good authentic Asian food. I really tried to convince myself that it was passable ramen. I really wanted to leave a good review as coworkers raved about this place for weeks on end. One star - "Not Good" as Yelp spelled it out for me. Ordered two bowls of ramen and neither were passable. The broth was watered down, zero depth of flavor, tasted like it was cheap instant mix rather than proper bone broth. One bowl had undercooked noodles, the other had overcooked noodles. The chashu was overly fatty, poor quality, underdone, and flavorless. Bamboo and corn tasted like it's straight from a can. As a kicker to the nether region, it was expensive given the quality. I had to make a bowl of instant Nissin Black Tonkatsu ramen when I got home to cleanse the palate. Ramen Tatsuya still reigns supreme for Central Texas ramen. If you're a fan of Eurasia Sushi Bar way down 71, you should be a fan of this perky younger sibling way up Cedar Park. The focus here is ramen, poké, and sushi rolls, and I think the most expensive thing is $13. Cool. I did the $5 karaage app with the $11 Signature Black tonkotsu ($17.32 total), and sure didn't leave here hungry. The chicken was tasty if a tad dry, and the ramen gets props for not smacking me with overt heat, but having my nose run all over the place by the time I finished. Now that's subtle seasoning. They're apparently open eleven hours a day, the guy working the counter cashier was great, and I can take or leave contemporary fast casual Asian ambiance, although I realize how hip & cool it is - I'm sitting on a cube of what exactly? Incidentally, I've never seen a ramen place next door to a pho place before. Cool. The bottom line is Tatsuya probably won't be cutting its losses & closing its doors, if you want strict comfort food comparisons the Anderson Lane Haru/Hanabi offers more choices, and if you're not frequenting a particular poké or sushi roll place by now you may be really hard to please. But if this part of town is your hood, or you're around Cedar Park for whatever reason, you won't go wrong getting your noodle on at Eurasia Ramen. read more

Price wise may be a little high for what we had, but still not disappointed. Only my 2nd restaurant trying ramen and I've gotta say both were excellent. The portion seemed a bit on the stingy side, seems like a large bowl but it's cones shaped so the portion is not as great as you think. I had the Gyudon Bowl. It consisted of Japanese style shredded beef over mixed greens with cucumbers and a very tasty pickled radish. The dressing was different than any I have had before. Wish they bottled it so I could take some home. This is a welcomed addition to the numerous choices in and around 1890's Ranch. I think it will fit the tastes of a lot of people. read more
