The food smelled amazing, the fries were still crispy, and I was fully prepared to leave a glowing 5-star review. Then halfway through my steak, I felt something brush the back of my tongue. I thought maybe it was a rogue fry--nope. I started pulling, and suddenly it was like Rapunzel had decided to move into my entrée. This hair was long. First, my order was wrong. They gave me one item I didn't even order, although I ordered two of the same items. I have no idea what genius messed that up. But, even the salmon plate received was only partially correct, missing an entire vegetable side. And, I do not know what day or week they cooked the fingerling potatoes, but they were burnt and hard like jerky. So, the only thing edible was the tiny sliver of salmon. 3.5 stars , five for service, three for food . We needed a relatively inexpensive place to host a party of 16, And this was Central for our various commutes. First and foremost, the service at this particular location was superb. Our table was well tended too and the service was perfect! We were allowed to bring in three birthday cakes, and we were not charged a cutting or service fee. We really appreciated that (we called ahead, and tipped extra). We arrived just at the tail end of happy hour and were able to take advantage of six appetizers and some of the first round of cocktails were also on the happy hour menu. We were there 3 hours and everybody enjoyed multiple cocktails and an entree. With tip, tax And plenty of food, we were out the door for $800. Though I eat meat, I would highly recommend the beet burger (I know, I thought it sounded disgusting as well, But it is amazing), everybody love the mac and cheese balls and especially the brussel sprouts. The marrow burger is delicious. There's a nice variety, this particular location is cozy inside with a great view of the private airport. There's a small lot in the front, parking in the back is steep at $15 but I understand because it's an airport. They have several locations. We came for the food and was disappointed. I ordered the salmon, string beans, and puréed potatoes the salmon was too salty as though someone was using the salt to hide the age of the salmon. Eureka! Is now on my list of one of my favorite spots! I came here with 3 of my friends for lunch and we were excited to try it based off all of the amazing reviews we saw. The restaurant was busy since it was popular but the staff were super nice and had no issue accommodating us on a table. The restaurant has an overall fun and modern vibe. It's the perfect location to catch a game since there are multiple tv's or to catch a drink and some food at if you are trying to head to a venue in the area. The menu is pretty extensive and literally had choices for anything you may be in the mood for. I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating and finished my whole plate. I got to check out the happy hour menu which was great and I definitely plan on coming back to check it out. Take time to look at the planes outside and enjoy your visit, definitely recommend this place! read more

The happy hour here can't be beat. 3 cocktails to choose from for $8.50 each. 3 appetizers ($6-7) and a burger and fries ($12) The cocktails are generous and refreshing, I chose the spa day which was a cucumber margarita with a tajin rim and my husband chose the old fashioned. We were pretty early for our event so we both chose another drink, I shockingly ordered another spa day.. it's good I can't help it. My husband chose a $5 happy hour beer on a recommendation from our server. We shared the fried pickles, which I found salty but my husband devoured them. The Mac n cheese balls, I can't say enough about how delicious they are. Our dinners consisted of the $12 burger and fries and I opted for the ahi tuna appetizer which was plenty for dinner. We've been coming to this location for years -- dine-in and takeout -- and usually the food and service are great. Unfortunately, our recent takeout experience was so poor it's turned us off completely. We ordered three burgers, including a Fresno Fig with a grilled chicken substitution -- something we've done many times before. I arrived five minutes early and ended up waiting another 20 minutes because the server forgot about my order. When I finally got home, the food was cold and they hadn't made the chicken substitution. Mistakes happen -- but what really disappointed us was the response when I called. Michelle picked up the phone and implied I was lying and just trying to get a free meal. She offered no apology, said she was too busy, and hung up. When I called back and said I'd return the incorrect order, I asked if they could have the replacement ready quickly. She said it would take 35-45 minutes because they were busy -- no attempt to prioritize fixing their mistake. When I arrived, the food was ready after about 35 minutes, and she gave me $20 in coupons. Enough for ~1 burger there...I calmly explained that accusing a customer of lying as you initial response isn't acceptable, especially before even checking. She said it was "restaurant policy" to question claims -- and they recently had 5 other people yesterday lodge complaints but didn't come back with the incorrect order. I understand doubt, but in the service industry, you can't treat your clients automatically like thieves. It's also probably a sign something is wrong with your kitchen if it keeps happening...After expressing my view, and suggested she should speak with her manager about the crappy rule, that's when I learned she was the manager! Unbelievable... Finally, to top it off, after getting home we found the replacement sandwich was missing bacon. After years of being loyal customers, this experience and the lack of accountability were enough for us. We won't be returning. Hopefully the manager Michelle learns from this and is able to deal with both a busy restaurant and poor customer service/mistakes at the same time. And at least give better compensation to an upset customer with a legitimate complaint who comes back to the restaurant to get it fixed. read more
