I've been watching this place since they first built it by my house on Saint Rose, so I was really excited to finally try it. A friend came down to visit, and this was the first spot I took him to eat and we loved everything about it! He tried a few whiskey flights and really enjoyed them. I went with my go-to, a French 75, which was perfect. We started with the fried mac & cheese balls, and OMG they were amazing! For our meals, we both got burgers. My friend went with the burger special of the week and said it was so good. I always swap my fries for sweet potato fries (my favorite), and they were cooked perfectly. We came here for 2 things, checking out their outside space for an upcoming event I'm looking to book. And for something to eat. Floyd is the GM was amazing to work with. We walked thru the space and was very happy of how he's able to help us with the upcoming event. As it's new, decor and layout are great, inside and out. We are excited to host an event here. Now to grab some food to eat. It was still happy hour, we got to order some spirits plus food from the HH menu and regular menu. Danny was great to help us with the food and drinks orders. Great service from him from the moment we sat until we left. Truffle fries is good. The cheese dip on the side is the way to go. The ahi tuna, good and refreshing a nice kick of spice. We finally tried this place after seeing its cool decor from afar! We were very curious and this place was as beautiful inside as we imagined. The food was delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked. The chimichurri added great flavor. The fries were a great addition. The spicy chicken sandwich was a fierce competitor against the Chicken and Pickle sandwiches. We loved it. This place is both intimate and relaxed. Football was on their screens by the bar but it didn't take over the ambience, leaving room for conversation and a great date night dinner. We walked in there on a Saturday night without reservation and were able to snag a table very quickly, we were a party of 3 and sat at a nice and clean table. The waiter was super nice and attentive, we started with appetizers, we got the pretzel bites with a dip, and they were actually pretty good and plenty for the 3 of us. For dinner I decided to go with the tomato soup that came with the grilled cheese. I was actually very impressed with the portion size, it was a big bowl and it was delish, very creamy, very tasty, the grilled cheese was ok, I didn't really care for the giant slices of tomato it had. I decided to also get a side of their "corn" in a cup, and that was a big NO. It was supposed to be their interpretation of "esquites" which is a Mexican treat, that is steamed corn kennels with some broth, some lime, mayo, and graded cheese. This corn had what it appeared to be sour cream and it wasn't tasty at all, it was bland. I couldn't finish it, there was no flavor to it and if you know Mexican food, you know the flavors kick in as soon as you take the first bite, this wasn't the case, rather disappointing. Their drink menu had plenty alcoholic beverages, including beer which my friends really appreciated, they also had a few mocktails which is always a plus in my book, I decided to go with their passion fruit lemonade I believe and it was ok, a bit too sour so if I had to do it again, I probably would have shush stayed with water lol. For dessert we decided to have the cheesecake that came with some berries and some sauce, it was a beautiful little cake, and it was actually pretty good, I wouldn't say the best I've ever had but it was a nice little treat. The prices were fair, I'd say average of the rest of the restaurants around the same area but fairly cheaper compared to the strip or inside the casinos/hotels. The place had dimmed lights which made it nice and personal even though the establishment was fairly big, they had a full bar and clean restrooms. Wow so happy I tried this new bar!! The drinks are sooo good. You can tell they are made with love and seemed like an artwork to the bartenders. Just made it to happy hour within the last ten minutes. Got sat right away to a dirty booth that wasn't cleaned properly but moved to the next one that was cleaner, the seats has some crumbs left behind. No server for at least 5mins so went to get one to put in our order real quick. If we were rating based off just the food experience I would give it a 4 star rating but because the service was just ok, I have to knock a few stars off. We started off going in with our 2 young girls, which you would think they would bring children menus not adults so I was a little flustered trying to find something kid friendly to eat. Thankfully my husband saw a little girl a few tables down with a kids menu so we asked for those. Next off when we went to order we asked our waitress what sides are available for the kids meals to which she told us that we can order any side off the adult menu. When we started asking questions she said well no, the kids are all served with fries. Ok, so your menu should state fries not choice of side. The service was just ok, nothing great. Sadly it was very slow in there also so there was really no excuse for the service not being better. Thankfully the food made up for the so so service and we will give it another try based off of that. My husband had the bone marrow burger and I had the bbq bacon burger, which both were tasty. The Mac n cheese balls and truffle fries are a must (although the fries were just warm not hot). The Mexican street corn was good, not great. The corn was in a ton of liquid so it took away a lot of the flavor. I personally would skip this item. We will go back on account of the food and hope that the service was just a one time not so great experience. I really hope that they will read the reviews and work on their service, as it seems to be a common occurrence happening but we will see! read more

Five star deliciousness !!! We have always loved Eureka! restaurant, and we have been to several other Eureka! locations and always had a great experience. This location definitely didn't disappoint either. We had a wonderful experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted immediately with a smile and very welcoming service from the staff. The entire restaurant has an open concept with a beautiful decor , very comfortable and warm welcoming atmosphere . The restaurant has a huge patio space with a small fountain adding a nice touch to the mood. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed it a lot! As an appetizer we ordered the wings which was so flavorful and juicy! We have also ordered: the double smash burger and it was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. My wife had the Fresno fig burger and she said the same thing as well as the figs had just enough sweet which complimented well with the melted goat cheese. We truly loved everything that we ate and it was such an enjoyable experience. Went here with my friend the other night, such a nice spot! Salina our server was great, very attentive and friendly. The food was soooo good and the drinks were great! We got truffle fries, goat citrus salad, and ahi tuna stack- all delicious and fresh. We also got the wild child cocktail and the punk lemonade cider. I loved their unique selection of different beers AND ciders! A lot of places don't think twice about gluten intolerances or offering ciders so I was very pleased with their selection. This was my second visit to this location to try their Hoppy Hour. The interior is super nice, new, and clean. The first time I came with the bf, we had a great time and service so thought it would be a good place to tru again. I had a reservation with my girlfriends for 5:30. When we arrived, they were sort of panicking because they didn't find our reservation. Thankfully, there was a table available so they did seat us. We were able to order a round of drinks from the Hoppy Hour menu and truffle cheese fries for the table. The only disappointment of the night was that after our initial round was delivered to the table, the server did not come back until 6:03pm. It was 20 mins later. Because of this, we were not able to order from the happy hour menu. I found this quite rude because everything we ordered was from that menu, yet we paid full price to no fault of our own. We didn't let that ruin the night though. We ordered multiple rounds of drinks and dessert as well. The food was good. The spa margaritas were great. Service was not. I don't know if I will come back because of this experience alone - which is sad because I had high hopes for this place to be a regular. read more

After having a great time at the San Diego location, I was excited to try Eureka! in Las Vegas but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We came in on a Friday night and were surprised that it wasn't busy just a few tables seated and a couple of people at the bar. We were seated at a high-top table, which I didn't mind, and were told our server would be right with us. But then... nothing. We sat there for 20 minutes with no greeting, no water, no acknowledgment, just awkwardly waiting while multiple staff members passed us by. Eventually, a hostess came over and mentioned there had been a "mix-up," which was confusing because the restaurant wasn't even crowded. It was clear we were waiting, yet no one stepped in to help. When someone finally came to take our drink and appetizer order, I was already frustrated but tried to be patient. She let us know someone else would come by to take our food order again, which was more waiting. When our next server arrived, there was no greeting, no warmth just a blunt "What are you guys eating today?" I went ahead and ordered because, frankly, I was over it at that point. Now, to the food: The truffle cheese fries, spicy chicken sandwich, and Eureka! American burger were all fantastic. Everything was cooked well, full of flavor, and definitely what I expected based on my previous visit to a different location. No complaints at all there just wish the service matched the quality of the food. Unfortunately, it didn't improve from there. Our server rarely checked on us, only twice the entire meal, and didn't clear any plates, which left our table feeling cluttered. I asked for extra sauces, and she brought them over, but completely ignored my empty drink glass. I guess I assumed she might offer a refill, but it felt like she, and honestly the rest of the staff, just didn't care. No one thanked us for coming in, either, which was disappointing and unwelcoming. The ambience and bar area were really nice. The decor is modern, and it has the potential to be a great casual spot which makes the service we received even more frustrating. I really hope this was just an off night, because the food deserves better service to go with it. I'd be open to giving this location another try in a month or so, but if the service doesn't improve, I wouldn't come back. read more

The street corn, horrible. When you hear street corn you think Mexican corn on the cob with crema, tajin and cheese. Even though it wasn't on the cob, which is fine, it tasted like canned corn with some kind of sour cream sauce. No flavor and by the texture it was not fresh. The drinks were good, and the pours were nice. Even though it was a bit slow, an hour and a half for dinner. We liked the food and the service. This place is very cute and aesthetically pleasing, so my friends and I were really excited to try this place out. The service wasn't anything of note, we barely saw our server because she was talking it up with the host stand. Our drinks weren't good either, the passionfruit lemonade didn't taste like either passionfruit OR lemonade, it was like watered down lemon juice, not sweet. My friend agreed, and for a $6 drink it was disappointing. The mac and cheese balls were notably bland, all of us agreed, and it was served with ranch, which was strange. The fried pickles were crunchy and we enjoyed those. I got the double smash burger, it was very very bland, the patties were not seasoned at all. My friend got the american burger, she also said it was really bland. And for $18+ for a burger!!! Very disappointing.
