It was after 10 p.m., and the General Manager, Mariah, had already clocked out and was ready to head home. Just as she was leaving, a sudden rush of customers arrived. Instead of heading out, she immediately put her things down, stepped back onto the floor, and started filling waters and taking orders to help the team keep up. I stayed for another hour, and she was still there working hard. It was truly one of the most selfless and impressive displays of leadership I've ever seen in a bar. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, the food is incredible--the steaks and Philly sandwiches are easily the best of any bar in town. Other bar owners should definitely take notes on Mariah's example when looking for a top-tier general manager. Highly recommended!

It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

I was in need of some waffles or pancakes and don't forget the coffee. Coffee requirement was met by the delicious vanilla cold brew, which I'll definitely be coming back for next time I'm in town. Hunger pangs were cured by one waffle combo with bacon and eggs. I also sampled my girlfriend's potatoes which didn't disappoint either. The restaurant was crowded, but we managed to get in with no wait and appreciated the cleanliness and the simple decor.

We walked in around 1230pm on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all (which was to be expected) but there were quite a few tables being occupied so I can only imagine how busy it can get on the weekends. The place is clean, bright and very modern feeling. I liked the ambiance a lot, even if it was a little chilly in the dining room. Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) Overall, I'd absolutely eat here again, expecting that the service will be bad but the food will be good.

A Perfect Fall Breakfast!…read more Fall Croissant Sandwich A little messy to eat, but absolutely worth it! The first bite of the croissant is delightful -- buttery, soft, and perfectly crispy. The fluffy scrambled eggs are wrapped in creamy, savory cheese, while the maple-infused patty adds just the right touch of sweetness. And the pickled jalapeños? They bring everything together with a tangy little kick at the end. Such a delicious balance of flavors! Rustica Frittata Oh. My. God. This one was made for my taste buds! There's a delightful tanginess that lingers with every bite, followed by a subtle, comforting cheesiness that I absolutely love as a cheese lover. The combination of kale, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions makes the Rustica so flavorful and satisfying. Every ingredient works beautifully together. I could happily eat this again and again! Lemon Ricotta Pancakes A creative twist on ordinary pancakes! The lemon custard brings a refreshing, bright flavor that makes these pancakes feel like something entirely new. And the warm syrup served alongside them? Such a thoughtful finishing touch that makes the whole experience even better. What a perfect way to start my morning. Breakfast was an absolute success!

I had really high expectations for The Stove Las Vegas, but unfortunately our experience was one…read moredisappointment after another. We reserved the private room in the back to celebrate a birthday, expecting the same fun, energetic atmosphere that The Stove Las Vegas is known for. Instead, it felt like we were completely forgotten. Our food took over two hours to come out because we were told the printer in the back wasn't working. Throughout, we kept hearing different explanations for the delays. At one point, our server even mentioned that she was serving six tables. While I understand that unexpected issues happen, those are internal operational challenges. As guests celebrating a special occasion, we expected solutions and proactive communication--not a series of reasons why things weren't going well. When my food finally arrived, it was underwhelming. I ordered the Hangover Heaven Burger, and it was extremely dry and sloppily assembled. The fries were also a much smaller portion than expected. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching the main dining room. Guests out there were enjoying the full party atmosphere--birthday signs, tequila shots, music, and staff celebrating with them. In our private room, none of that happened. The birthday girl wasn't acknowledged at all. No sign, no tequila shots, and no birthday celebration despite booking the private room for that very purpose. We also were never informed when booking that the private room required a $500 room rental fee or that there was a minimum food and beverage spend. Those are important details that should be communicated upfront before guests commit to hosting an event. To make matters worse, the private room was extremely hot and uncomfortable throughout the evening, making an already frustrating experience even less enjoyable. Overall, what should have been a memorable birthday celebration turned into a disappointing evening. Between the two-hour wait for food, poor food quality, lack of communication, hidden room costs, uncomfortable environment, and the complete lack of birthday recognition, I cannot recommend The Stove Las Vegas for private events. There are too many restaurants in Las Vegas that provide better communication, better hospitality, and a much better experience for celebrating life's special moments.
