My 2017 Corvette suffered from clear coat failure on some panels. Ed was patient with me and answered all my questions about painting the hood, halo, and hatch. I am very particular and let him know that I do show the car as well as attend Cars and Coffee events. Not all body shops can (or should) work on Vettes because on C7's the hood is carbon fiber and the remainder is composite. Euro American does lots of Vettes and I was assured I'd be happy. The finish came out far better than OEM (no orange peel) and matched perfectly. I am really pleased on how it was treated while in the shop - no overspray under the hood or deck lid. If I need any further work done on my Vette, I am taking it to Ed again. read more

One star for this Bodyshop is more than what I would really give this place. The newer owner Ed puts up a good front but don't let that fool you. He will tell you that your car will never good as new. Considering frame and parts are newly replaced. August 2022 I was hit not even a bad crash more like rolled into me type of hit but bad enough to entitle frame damage as I was hit in just the right spot. CM Cadillac dealership recommended this Bodyshop from an earlier accident from a construction site, accidentally damaging the passenger lower door from a wheelbarrow being pushed over. That was a different owner John as Dennis who still worked there at the time of this visit too. He tried his best to take care of what he was able to do as Ed couldn't have cared pawning me off to the dealership from the embarrassment and incompetence he stands for. PLEASE, save the headache, YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO HERE. I'd stay far away from this joker (ED) at EURO/AMER BODY SHOP. Ed seemed receptive at first, until he saw and realized the added appalling damage his shop had done. As later he became brave with arrogance speaking down to me as a woman who called BS on him, then he became irritated because my truck had problems he couldn't and didn't want to handle after returning the vehicle to them 3 times. That was not my fault! (Ed) Has no intentions to follow through on what would be the right thing to do, nor will he offer to help with compensation of any kind, a loaner car would been the least he could've done. Then adding insult to their damage on top of the accident, he took responsibility he said and admitted they had made a mess of problems and they will fix my truck, and NOT TO WORRY.... I can tell you now, the reason, why, they are not approved with USAA and other Insurance Companies. As I found out the hard way. I trusted my servicing dealership advisors at Cadillac because they sent all their vehicles with body repair work there. Not knowing there were internal office problems happening short staff people left meanwhile no-one is telling the client ME anything other than they were waiting of parts to arrive. My new 2020 Escalade was inspected had a checklist of items including replacing the frame, as well as a New Wheel, New Tire, and all that not so fun stuff that comes with suspension after you take it apart. This accident happened not by my fault whatsoever. Being hit by a drunk driver who was arrested on scene. He had hit my driver door right at the point of the driver door and the fender meet. Just hard enough that bent the frame. After a month I would call and not hear back and then another 2 weeks I called and get a story that they are still waiting on parts, since they just found other damage in the suspension. It was only when I reached out to them that I would get an update on anything happening and even then, it was not the full truth. By the beginning of November, I was told it was going to be ready before thanksgiving hopefully, then 3 days before I called again, and they said that they were just starting to put it all back together.......My truck was finally returned AFTER Thanksgiving to come and find out the next Dayton see such HORROR. My husband had picked it up late that evening and as it was already dark out at that time. My accident in the Escalade had more damage when returned than it did going into the shop The paint, the body work not to mention added undercarriage suspension oversights lead to more problems because Ed does not know how to run a bodyshop clearly. The gash in rear bumper, the driver's door now has a blown door tweeter speaker, OVERSPRAY all over the engine and truck even paint on my leather steering wheel. My documented photos attached will show you the TAPE MARKS from paint. The "new hood" was bowed not lined up, they kept the old bumper without even putting the safety hard foam insulation behind it from keeping it being flimsy, the headlights were not lined up even, lower parking and driving lights had missing out bulbs. I have a video showing. Whoever at their shop worked on my truck must've used caulking or Bondo as filler, to look like paint. WTH! You'll see a gap filled in with something by front headlight and body line. OMG!!! The pictures speak volumes, and even after the 2 times the body shop took it back more and more problems were found, as they pawned it off on Cadillac as I've never heard another word from them since. No follow-up NOTHING! "To this day I am going on my 7th return visit to Cadillac" and one to an INDEPENDENT shop for their scope of repairs visible. As Im seeking to just have it fixed properly with correct follow through. The Service MGR is really trying to help pick up the pieces to this mess, in which I am very grateful. So, I'm here to share with you and others DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to EURO/AMERICAN, IF YOU LOVE your car, or truck! PERIOD! In the past year or 13 month I put almost a total of 700 miles. read more

After using euro-american for over 20 years for all my paint and body repair needs on the multiple vehicles in my family I can say this Body Shop is as consistent as any I have ever seen and I have been dealing in the automobile business for many many years. The quality of the body work and prep and also the finished product the paint application to clear coat finishing it all has turned out absolutely fabulous! I went in last Friday to pick up my vehicle and the owner Ed personally walked me out to the body shop to inspect the finished product and asked me if I had any concerns and I was very happy he took his time to assist me and make sure I was happy with the service which of course I was! My review on my experience with EuroAmerican is a bit late. Let me explain by starting at the beginning; actually before the beginning, I purchased a brand new C8 Corvette. Joy is all I felt when I got in and punched the start button, when I opened the garage door, just looking at the car made me smile. One day my wife asked me to buy her a new device to replace one. Sure I said, any chance to drive my car was ok with me.. so I fired her up and left. There is a 5 way traffic intersection near our home. This is an intersection I have successfully navigated for over 15 years.. this time a lady in an old Acura banged into my new dream car. Needless to say I was upset. I phoned her insurance company and mine and set about figuring out where to take my car to get fixed. Based on where my car was serviced I asked Mike the service writer I had done business with for well over a decade advised me to take it to EA, so I called and spoke with the owner, Ed. Ed was very sympathetic, explained his team was very experienced either C8 Corvette body repairs and certified by GM to work on them. I drove it over and ha my wife pick me up. It took some time to get the car inspected before work could begin and parts could be ordered. When there were parts supply problems Ed suggested I get involved which I did successfully. When there were insurance issues Ed suggested I did which kept the project on target for a reasonable delivery back to me. When I picked up the car it was detailed and looked great. As I walked around the car there was a small issue with the bumper fitment. I thought at first I could live with it but as time wore on I just couldn't stop focusing on the problem. EA guarantees their work forever. Ed told me if I couldn't live with the flaw to bring it back anytime and so I did. Their team worked on it for a couple hours, uninstalling and reinstalling the bumper and it got slightly better but I was still focusing on this tiny flaw. Fast forward to my first oil change. I changed dealers bc I felt that Mike's dealership, Connell Chevrolet was overcharging for the oil change. I had purchased a couple of cars at Simpson so I called my sales rep there and he recommended Luis as a top service writer. I took the car over there and he remarked how beautiful the car was. I expressed my difficulty with this tiny flaw. He took one look and said "I know exactly what will fix it" he took me to the parts department where I called Ed. Ed asked for the part number and ordered the $7.00 part and said come back next Tuesday and we will try it. I called back to Dennis the manager of EA and he confirmed he received the part. I took the car over this morning hoping for the best. The care was taken into the shop right away. 20 minutes later my apprehension turned to smiles and high fives all around. A happy ending. Here is why EuroAmerican gets 5 stars and a five star review; Any body shop can tell you they are the best but after you settle the bill that's it. It takes a high level of integrity to take a customer's word and be willing to order a part, do the work under their lifetime warranty with no thought to whether or not it will work. That ability to include the client in the whole process is startlingly refreshing. The car is back to perfect. I had trouble finding a body shop that would work on such high end cars. Luckily I found Euro American Collision who does amazing work! My 2019 Corvette ZR1 Sebring Orange special edition had some curb damage while avoiding an even bigger accident with a delivery truck. I was so upset, especially because of how much this car means to me. I was concerned with matching this accent on the rocker panel as well as how the paint would line up. Luckily, Dennis took good care of me. This shop works on a lot of Corvettes so they knew what they were doing with carbon fiber and composite materials. I even saw some of the newer Corvette C8s there they were working on. The line, which does curve, was perfect. The color matched the darker orange accents. It's impossible to tell this was repaired! I tend to be unlucky on the receiving end of accidents. But I feel better knowing I have a great place to get my repair work done. So, the business owner has commented on my car repair saying that the price of damage ($17,000) justified the length of time. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and constant lack of professionalism. UPDATE: Euro American didn't even bother to clean the interior of the car, as coolant, fuel etc. spilled over and dried all over the interior of the car. I was aware of this when I had to take my car for maintenance and there was pink residue on the interior of the car. Also, since my car accident, my car's horn and high beam lights do not turn on or work. So, for 4 months and on, I'm driving a car that is unsuitable and unsafe. Since the Lexus dealership said that I would have to go to back to the body shop to get this fixed since it's a electrical problem and only the body shop can fix it, I have no other choice but to go back to this shady body shop. If all the things that I mentioned before; miscommunication, unprofessionalism, delayed completion time and overall disrespect from Dennis and the owner, do you think I would go back to this dealership regardless of their lifetime repair guarantee? Doesn't a body shop embody trust, reliability and transparency? Instead of paranoia, fear and manipulation? Notice how the owner only cared to mention the cost of damages of the car. Never did he mention the lack of trust or amount of DEFINED completion time. Nor did he mention how Dennis was completely trying to get me off the phone when I was trying to get a transparent answer. I don't blame Dennis, because he is essentially doing his job, so I blame the owner and this shady operation of a business. I want to wipe my hands clean off of this business, but the more messages/texts I get from Dennis, the regional manager and the owner, the more infuriated I get on how I was treated. I already have a bad taste in my mouth and you text/message me to take off this yelp review? Coming back to this as I figured it out a week or so after the first update on the review. Turns out our battery was also completely empty. Like it would turn over and turn on but when I had it checked the readings literally said 0% percent. Couldn't hold a charge. So I guess there wasn't really anything the shop did but that's also kind of the problem? They didn't check or run diagnostics. We had no oil and a completely dead battery when we got the car back. Idunno maybe it's just me but I feel like if you're working on a car for over a month and doing tests drives those are some things you notice or check for. read more

He has been asked many times but just refuses to do what he should. I felt he got creative when he suggested a repair to the headlight assembly instead of replacement (as the estimator's book recommends).
