Not only that but the only have 3 really good nail techs the rest are mediocre. Those artists are appointment only but guess what you have to make that appointment thru Instagram. Front desk is horribly rude and will ignore you if your a polite person or not yelling in there face. I've had the front desk lady ask me what I wanted for nails just to tell me what I want nobody can do my nails come back tomorrow? Like WHAT??? You will spend 30min just to get checked in to be told you have to wait another hour. Just terrible service here. No customer care. Take your business elsewhere. You've been warned y'all! read more

I usually have a good experience but every time I get this lady "lily" everything changes. She's very rude and always seems to set the mood. Without asking she started using the sanding machine on my toes thinking it was gel. Then asked me to put my feet in the water. It was scorching hot and I had to pull out my feet. She asked me to put them back in again and it was still hot. Then asked me what mail color I wanted, I said 219 and without checking she said they were out. And then she said "oh, never mind, we do have it. She is the only reason I wouldn't come back. Everyone else is pleasant. Also, the whole time she was murmuring as she was working on me. I decided I'd write a quick review to let other yelpers know that this is a great spot. I tried calling other places but to me their prices were either too steep for bad quality and bad customer service (reading reviews) or didn't fit my needs. I went to one spot by the 99 cent store but didn't know until I got there that they only accept cash. So I called this place and they gave me a price and said they take walk ins and weren't busy and accept all forms of payment. They greeted me nicely and seated me right away. Today I decided to allow them to do a manicure, which I normally I don't trust anyone to do my nails for this very reason that I'm about to explain. They have done a decent job with my pedicures ( only been at this place twice) that I figured I will give them a chance. It was a mistake because now my fingernails are extra thin and the cuticles have been damaged. They over drilled my right hand despite me pulling my hand away a few times from the pain. Then she cut so much cuticle that she was cutting into my skin. I also pulled away a few times again. So much of my nail was drilled. She could not tell the difference between the bond layer and my nail that she kept drilling. My nails are now extremely weak and fragile. I had 3 rounds of drilling and I mentioned that there is a lot of drilling and nails can't handle that much drilling, actually no nails should be drilled that much. I got a French manicure gel, but asked for dip powder with a French manicure so clearly she was not understanding. I just let it be cause I had another appointment. Nails were crooked and I had to redirect her for her to even notice. My nails were all different shapes . I told her square round afterwards when I saw all the different shapes. I was upset, but I let it be. Don't get me wrong the technician is nice, but clearly inexperienced and I'm paying the price. I clearly stated to put me with sometime with experience because I am particular when it comes to my fingernails. I even came early in the morning so they don't rush on my nails. From a distance they look nice but up close you can see the gel on my cuticle and skin and stuff being in the corner from the drilling that is trapped in the gel. I took pictures so you can clearly see what I'm talking about. It very evident. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went to this place because it had good reviews and stars but I was wrong. I scheduled a mani and pedi combo which was around 40ish to 45 dollars and I asked for gel for both my nails. The guy that was doing my toes did them fine I was happy how it came out but I was very uncomfortable because I knew he was talking about my feet to his coworker next to me. Then a lady came up to me and was doing my nails but didn't wait until the guy who was doing my toes to be done. I was under the impression that they were going to sit me in a chair after I was done and start doing my mani. But no, she had me bending all over the place and it felt like it was being rushed. I asked for a mani but did not get what a mani is supposed to be. She was drilling my nails over my clothes and had to keep dusting myself off and she never shaped my nails, cut them down, or even pushed my cuticles back! My nails look horrible and so unprofessional she did not bother to clean up the glitter around the designs and it just looks so messy. The worst part is that my nails are starting to chip and the chrome is coming off after 4 days I didn't get regular nail polish I got gel so I don't understand why it's starting to chip so fast. I was very unhappy with my service once I left I paid $120 for my nails to look horrible! I want my money back! I do not recommend anyone to come here unless you want to walk out with a horrible experience. read more

I stopped coming here bc it's way expensive. But I went in today bc they offer discounts sometimes. Wanted my gel nail polish off my finger and toe nails. A mani pedi is $40 whatever. No where on their site says a gel polish removal is an extra charge. Nor was I told prior to my services. So I did the $40 mani pedi. Came out to $51. I thought that was crazy. Thank god I had the discount. But if I had known a gel polish removal was extra and if I had known they were going to do a half ass shit job on all my nails. (Cut my toenails the ugliest unflattering shape that I didn't ask for. Left hand fingernails weren't even shaped the oval shape I did ask for. Right hand fingernails were the only good ones.) I would've just asked for a gel polish removal service and then done my own mani pedi clean up at home! I thought $51 was insane for a bad job. Just because I didn't get any acrylics or polish doesn't mean I should receive a half assed service. They should add removal prices on their site and those prices should be stated prior to services so people can ask for them separately if they want to! read more

My daughter brought me here to get my nails done for my B-day, her treat. Annie was the tech who did them. My poor daughter paid an outrageous $$$$$$ for an awful job I also had brought my youngest daughter to get her nails done. It took the guy forever!! Her total was $80 for a set and nude color. NEVER will I pay again an insane amount for supplies that aren't that expensive. The fact that they scam you out of more $$$$ if using a card instead of cash it's ridiculous. Update..... after going here for months I went and got my nails done and they were great for 2 days and then they began breaking. I went back in and they gave me the same person. But even though 7 broke they only repaired them rather doing a new set. Well 3 days in...... they broke again. I am extremely sad at the fact they didn't stay. On top of it my real nails snapped because of it and they were shaped differently. So now I have 4 broke nails and no way to fix them. Very disappointed. I came here with friends who treated me for my birthday. I showed the worker what I wanted for both my feet and hands as a design. A simple red bow with white polka dots. She messed up several times due to failing to understand what I wanted even though I verbalized the description and showed her pictures. That's not why I got upset. I got more upset because she didn't speak fluent English didn't ask for help sooner from another coworker for clarification. It was both a source of frustration for her and me because she had to keep erasing what she was doing on my nail. The design in the end was not well executed. It's cute, but definitely not worth the high price they charged to my friend. I also had a chipped nail and asked if there was anything she could do to glue it. My question was never answered, again due to failure of understanding what I was asking. I'm willing to try this nail salon out again, perhaps with a different manicurist. I know my friends really like this place. It's unfortunate I didn't have that great of an experience. I've been coming to Euro nails for a while now I'm basically a regular coming in every two weeks and don't get me wrong the place is always so clean the ladies in the front is always friendly and they always welcome everyone when they come in also everyone that works in the business is friendly. That's why I give them 5 stars !! But just today my nails didn't come out the way I wanted it to be, idk if the nail tech that did my nails was in a hurry but usually my nails always come out very beautiful but I guess just today I wasn't satisfied with my nails and how my hand looked after. Every time I get my nails done the nail tech/nail techs that does my nails or toes always ask if I want my nails a certain way and my nails and hands always come out beautiful and clean but the nail tech didn't even acknowledge if I want my nails cut down or a certain shape and left my hands looking like the skin is peeling like I dipped them in glue or my hands look like they were healing from a sunburn. Idk maybe she was in a hurry but maybe she was having a bad day. If it was me that made her feel not comfortable or maybe she was just having a bad day, please tell her I do apologize for making her feel not comfortable or if she was having a bad day tell her I hope her day gets better .. The person who did my acrylic full set put way too much product and now 4 of my nails are glued to my finger underneath the nail. it is very painful. She also broke my skin on one finger when trying to separate the glue from my skin, causing it to bleed. After I left, I noticed I had lots of residue around my cuticles. Painful and sloppy. Not quite sure why the reviews are so good here. It's like a cattle call but for nails. The actual massage was literally timed for 5 mins for the basic pedicure which is still $33.00 I thought that was the main point for a pedicure. I couldn't communicate at all with the person doing my pedicure. All staff still wears masks so it's very hard to hear already. Just happened to be in the area and couldn't make it back home to my normal place. So I won't be back. Too expensive for a less than mediocre pedicure.
