I really enjoyed my experience here. I go to UCR, and I've tried the places scattered near campus on University Avenue. All of those places are absolute shit. They barely have any people working ever, do a terrible job, and the salons are dirty and hot. Euro Nails is clean, spacious, and has a fun Greco-Roman theme going on. There are also plenty of people working, which is such a relief. I was greeted immediately at the front desk during my walk-in and even asked for a beverage preference! Someone came out with a cup of iced Coca Cola for me. WoW. I wanted to get fake nails that weren't the typical white-tip for the first time since I was going to Vegas, and had been hesitant after seeing so many examples of tacky designs at other salons. But here, there is a revolving case showing precisely what each design looks like. There was a diverse selection of cute, attractive designs without being flashy or trashy-looking. I had my nails done by Tony (whom I connected with because we share the same first name!) He was thorough, gentle, friendly, easy-to-talk to, and very professional. I've never seen fake nails look this good (no bubbles, no overlapping, and they meet in perfect conjunction with your natural nail). It was pricy, but I think it was worth it. The whole experience cost $45, but I wouldn't go elsewhere again. The white-tip acrylics elsewhere cost about $25-30, and the colored/glittering tips are $35-40 anyway. Also, fake nails never looked as good until Euro Nails and, for me, typically need to be removed after 1 and a half weeks at the latest. For $45 I had a beautiful "seashell manicure" with tiny pieces of real iridescent seashells and glitter that not only lasted, but remained shiny for THREE weeks. First time me and my fiancé went here and get pedis we loved it had a great experience now I've been there 3 times since The 2nd time I got myself a full set and my 8 year old daughter a manicure with gel they charged my 8 yr old 25 for a mani Just cause it was a gel if you look at there prices kids manis are only 9 dollars they should do an add on charge like other salons of only 10-15 which Id know cause I am a licensed cosmetologist and have worked in a nail salon; but also I wanted a simple design on my nails and I asked the guy to do it and showed him photos he could not do it so I showed him myself how to do it then he pretty much washed away what I did on the same nail showed it to me and asked if it was right I got frustrated and said no just forget it I'll do it when I get home and paid still tipped not as much as I normally would but still did. Now the 3rd time me and my fiancé went my pedi was awesome I wish he'd used a different sugar scrub but it's just me being picky lol now on the other hand my fiancé had ruby she didn't do the callus remover right and if you didn't know if done in properly you can eat away at someone's healthy skin; they burned her feet and didn't even get all the dead skin off. Okay for last time I went was today I need a nail repair and a fill I tried not to let my last few times effect my choice in this shop just to make sure I didn't get the guy who originally did my set cause I still wanted the design I asked for last time and so I sat down asked her if she could do the design she said she could so I had higher hopes I have almond shaped nails and just needed them cut down do to work no one wants to get stabbed when getting a hair cut lol so she filed them down and they looked round and I was like okay she'll fix them no they look fat and round ugh and I just said whatever I don't feel like fighting with her then came to my nail polish and she couldn't do so I said nevermind just paint the whole nail cause I wasn't going to go threw it again with another shop I don't think this shop can do designs beyond french tips and should post something about it. Well for those of you have had a good experience at Euro nail, you're the lucky one!!! After waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment the service was not even kind a good. I asked for a simple manicure with a clear coat. Not only did I not get a clear coat I didn't even get my cuticles pushback or clipped really. I mean really? So then, my daughter(who's birthday is the reason for the trip) was getting a manicure and a pedicure. Let's just say the manicure never happened. She asked for a black matte finish on her toes and she got shiny black on her toes. I know everybody's trying to get back on their feet, everybody's been closed down for a long time. But I think that if you are trying to bring business back in if you would listen to what the customer had to say and to what they were asking I wouldn't be writing this. So we had to go over the number one nails on Paris Boulevard and get everything re done. Not how I wanted to start my day. If I could've rated this place with a half a star I would. Possibly the best massage i have ever gotten(Linda). She is very friendly and takes her time; I could tell she cared about my experience. Its a bit pricey for Moreno Valley, but it was totally worth it. They offered me a beverage as soon as i sat down, that was nice. Unfortunately my manicure experience was not as good, which is why i gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I HATE when i get a med/pedi at the same time. The pedicure isn't as relaxing when you have to turn your torso to switch hands every few minutes and the young manicurist made me bleed on both ring fingers while tending to my cuticles. Inside is tacky and definitely not European. I got a regular pedicure from one of the guys. The woman who did my nails was fabulous. She did an incredible job. I love my nails. The reason for the four instead of five stars is that they could improve with customer service. I have been going to Euro nails for the past 2 years. They've always given great service and beautiful nails. But this last time I went was a day before Valentine's Day and they did the worst job. It was a younger guy that did my nails. He didn't say a word to me and it was awkward. I was rushed out. It looks like my nails needed a fill after the next day. Here's a picture of my nails 4 days after and they look absolutely gross. I was going to give them a call and ask if they can can redo them but I read a review that someone already did that a few days after they got their nails done and they told them they couldn't help them. My thing as a small business owner is that people are paying YOU to do your JOB and go to you for a great experience. If it doesn't get done RIGHT you should fix it!! read more

Went here for wax job, really happy that they were open on a Sunday. They were pretty quiet because they had just opened. Got my brows, lip & chin done for$25. She was professional and nice. Didn't try to upsell or offer products. I got what I asked for and that's all. They did offer a Mani and/or Pedi while I was waiting (she was setting up), but that was all. We had an appointment at 4, there was 3 of us 2 pedicures and 1 fullset. They sat us (2 pedicures within 5 minutes) but had us sitting there for like 30 min before they even helped us. My Neice that was getting the full set waited almost an hour before she was sat down. My pedicure lady wasn't great. My Neice full set for the opposite of what she wanted. Also they charge extra if you use a card twice. So basically the pedicure is 20 but since yours using debit card price goes up to 23 but when you go to pay they charge an additional 1.50 because you are using card just makes no sense. I've been coming here for some time now but I think it's officially time to part ways.. my last visit I had a mani and pedi. To start with the mani, it was a basic nail polish mani, no gel. It literally started chipping the next day.. now I know gels always better but I didn't want that because I'm trying to regrow my nails, Also I painted my partners nails(same day) with a polish from Walmart and it lasted way longer then my professional mani.. the lady was super sweet which is why I debated about this. The products seemed old, you can tell when a nail polish is old, it's clumpy and stringy and that exactly how most products were. Now for the pedi, I always get gel on my toes because like I said I know it stays longer.. my gel nail polish is literally chipping.. I've never had gel do this to me before.. so all I assume that the products are old which is kind of weird being in they raised prices for "higher quality" My experience with the lady doing my toes wasn't so great, we had a miss communication even tho I tried explaining to her and the host at the front what I wanted.. I was so nice about it too, I hardly ever speak up.. anyways I try and correct her and she gets so upset.. I can tell she's just saying some type of negative comment.. it was instant after I corrected her.. I didn't understand what she was saying so I shouldn't be assuming but you can just feel when someone's talking about you lol.
