I was excited to find out about this place because I have been looking for a nice and clean shop. The first time I went there, I got a full set by a very nice guy named Peter and he was great. He is very gentle and makes sure everything is done to your liking. He also does not give you attitude if there is any thing you would like to change. I was very happy with him, and I liked the salon because it was new, clean, and they even offer you a complimentary drink. The second time I came here, the younger woman (probably mid 20s) that works there did my nails. She truly has the worst attitude I have ever encountered in all my years of getting my nails done. She was rude and snappy to her fellow employees in front of the costumers and also to myself. The man that runs the front counter was also very rude and pushy. I was just very disappointed because I really thought I had found a good shop. My friend also went to this shop and had a bad experience with the younger woman because she did not do a good job and gave her an ingrown toenail in addition to having to deal with her horrible attitude problem, my friend said she will not be returning. I will give the shop one last chance because I really did like Peter, and will make an appointment with him. Try to avoid the rude woman if you can! read more

I went for the first time ever on sunday waitied over an hour and a half they took us to a table right away but there was no manicurist available, they didnt say anything until i tries to leave they apologized and said we were next tht others had appointments but we were next. After and hour and a half I expected a nice manicure. Not only did they not have the colors i had selected they when i selected another shade, they assured me it would be easy. Had the worst manicure, they didnt have the 2nd shade i had selected but lied to me i didnt realize untul she started painting my nails and she said it was similar, its not. I've been coming here for months now! Every since my "regular" shop down the street turned me away, because they were about to close in 45 minutes! Anyway, I always & only get gel manis and Euro has THE biggest selection of gel colors. If I get a pedi, I do regular polish, so it's nice that they also have the same color for regular polish as gel if you did want to match up your fingers & toes exactly!! Also, I always have a new person and have always had a wonderful experience. I like that I don't have to worry about not going to "that girl/ guy". Just bring cash, because there's a fee to use credit! Also there is no tip line to sign if you do use credit! read more

Do not go here! While getting a pedicure my toenail was cut so far down on one side I was bleeding. I was told it wasn't blood and my nail wasn't damaged. I had the manager look at it and four other employees came over and some of them laughed while they all concurred the blood was old nail polish. I was offered no apology. First time me and my fiancé went here and get pedis we loved it had a great experience now I've been there 3 times since The 2nd time I got myself a full set and my 8 year old daughter a manicure with gel they charged my 8 yr old 25 for a mani Just cause it was a gel if you look at there prices kids manis are only 9 dollars they should do an add on charge like other salons of only 10-15 which Id know cause I am a licensed cosmetologist and have worked in a nail salon; but also I wanted a simple design on my nails and I asked the guy to do it and showed him photos he could not do it so I showed him myself how to do it then he pretty much washed away what I did on the same nail showed it to me and asked if it was right I got frustrated and said no just forget it I'll do it when I get home and paid still tipped not as much as I normally would but still did. Now the 3rd time me and my fiancé went my pedi was awesome I wish he'd used a different sugar scrub but it's just me being picky lol now on the other hand my fiancé had ruby she didn't do the callus remover right and if you didn't know if done in properly you can eat away at someone's healthy skin; they burned her feet and didn't even get all the dead skin off. Okay for last time I went was today I need a nail repair and a fill I tried not to let my last few times effect my choice in this shop just to make sure I didn't get the guy who originally did my set cause I still wanted the design I asked for last time and so I sat down asked her if she could do the design she said she could so I had higher hopes I have almond shaped nails and just needed them cut down do to work no one wants to get stabbed when getting a hair cut lol so she filed them down and they looked round and I was like okay she'll fix them no they look fat and round ugh and I just said whatever I don't feel like fighting with her then came to my nail polish and she couldn't do so I said nevermind just paint the whole nail cause I wasn't going to go threw it again with another shop I don't think this shop can do designs beyond french tips and should post something about it. We had an appointment at 4, there was 3 of us 2 pedicures and 1 fullset. They sat us (2 pedicures within 5 minutes) but had us sitting there for like 30 min before they even helped us. My Neice that was getting the full set waited almost an hour before she was sat down. My pedicure lady wasn't great. My Neice full set for the opposite of what she wanted. Also they charge extra if you use a card twice. So basically the pedicure is 20 but since yours using debit card price goes up to 23 but when you go to pay they charge an additional 1.50 because you are using card just makes no sense. I've been coming here for some time now but I think it's officially time to part ways.. my last visit I had a mani and pedi. To start with the mani, it was a basic nail polish mani, no gel. It literally started chipping the next day.. now I know gels always better but I didn't want that because I'm trying to regrow my nails, Also I painted my partners nails(same day) with a polish from Walmart and it lasted way longer then my professional mani.. the lady was super sweet which is why I debated about this. The products seemed old, you can tell when a nail polish is old, it's clumpy and stringy and that exactly how most products were. Now for the pedi, I always get gel on my toes because like I said I know it stays longer.. my gel nail polish is literally chipping.. I've never had gel do this to me before.. so all I assume that the products are old which is kind of weird being in they raised prices for "higher quality" My experience with the lady doing my toes wasn't so great, we had a miss communication even tho I tried explaining to her and the host at the front what I wanted.. I was so nice about it too, I hardly ever speak up.. anyways I try and correct her and she gets so upset.. I can tell she's just saying some type of negative comment.. it was instant after I corrected her.. I didn't understand what she was saying so I shouldn't be assuming but you can just feel when someone's talking about you lol. Possibly the best massage i have ever gotten(Linda). She is very friendly and takes her time; I could tell she cared about my experience. Its a bit pricey for Moreno Valley, but it was totally worth it. They offered me a beverage as soon as i sat down, that was nice. Unfortunately my manicure experience was not as good, which is why i gave 4 instead of 5 stars. I HATE when i get a med/pedi at the same time. The pedicure isn't as relaxing when you have to turn your torso to switch hands every few minutes and the young manicurist made me bleed on both ring fingers while tending to my cuticles. I used to really enjoy coming here to get my nails done- I've been a customer for 3-4 years. I went In to get my nails done a few days before a wedding I was attending; I asked for a specific style, 1/2 moon at the bottom of the nail and solid color on top. I was quoted $36, $11 more than what I usually pay for a gel manicure. Totally understandable. I tried to show the manicurist the picture of what I wanted, but she told me no, she didn't need a picture she already knew what I wanted. Ummm, okay. She ended up painting my nails 1/2 gold and 1/2 clear. Not at all what I requested. She also kept layering on the gold so my nails were uneven and gunky. I left unhappy with what I had paid for. I decided to go back a few days later and request them to be redone. At the salon the front desk lady asked if I had gotten them done there and who had done them. Ummm, yeah. It was 2 days ago and you were there. They decided to charge $15 for the redo, again understandable. The man who did my nails was visibly upset he had to do them. He was throwing 'tude and did a poor job. One layer of each color, which just 3 days later they're now bubbling and peeling. I've paid $51 for a bad gel manicure that won't last more than another day or 2, plus $10 in tips. I won't be coming back Euro nails. Sad to end things, but I work too hard for my money to waste it and I value the time I take to come in and get my nails done. Loyal customers shouldn't be made to feel bad when there's an obvious reason why they're coming back. read more

I have been going to Euro nails for the past 2 years. They've always given great service and beautiful nails. But this last time I went was a day before Valentine's Day and they did the worst job. It was a younger guy that did my nails. He didn't say a word to me and it was awkward. I was rushed out. It looks like my nails needed a fill after the next day. Here's a picture of my nails 4 days after and they look absolutely gross. I was going to give them a call and ask if they can can redo them but I read a review that someone already did that a few days after they got their nails done and they told them they couldn't help them. I got it for $7 off the original price($45) that day. This is the most amazing pedicure ever! My feet and my legs feel so damn soft. I also got a manicure and I have to say that my nails look awesome, especially after taking off acrylics close to a month ago.
