I have been here several times, and overall I am pretty dissatisfied. I would like to start off with their hospitality, sometimes they offer you something to drink, and some times I went in, they didn't offer. Some lady next to me got the same regular pedicure as me, and she got offered a drink, as well as had a longer massage and session as me. My nail tech was in a rush and didn't seem like she cared to pay more attention to detail. My session started after the lady next to me, and ended before hers! Also, I got a french gel mani and regular polish pedi, and both chipped the same day. I came in the next day to get it fixed- which looked good, but then it chipped AGAIN!! I don't know about the quality of their products, but I'd rather do it myself than to pay $38 for chipped GEL polish. read more

I had been coming to this nail shop for a while now because loved the way Brian and John did nails. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience which has resulted in me never returning. On a busy Saturday, both John and Brian were booked so Brian suggested to have another lady, Julie, do my nails. She did a horrible job. After leaving and going home, one of my nails broke! Literally 30 mins after getting them done. My nails continued to break throughout the week over the simplest of hands gestures. Just breaking for no apparent reason. A week later , after FIVE broken nAils, I returned to the nail shop and explained to the receptionist my issue and asked if Brian could finally do my nails. She asked me to wait and I'll be next. The receptionist walked back and forth between Brian and Julie to discuss my concern and Brian looked visibly irritated. After 30 minutes of waiting, He walked over to me and asked me a few questions, which I explained my concerns again and to my surprise, he said "well can somebody else do them?" I said "no, I would like you to do them because having someone else do them is what got me here" he says "well I'm going on break, then going home" It was 2:30 in the afternoon. This was my first (and last) time getting my nails done at Euro Nails Spa. I went 4 days ago with my friends to get my nails done for Valentine's Day and MY BROTHER'S WEDDING and was pleased at first with my nail color and shape, square acrylic fill with a soft pink color, for the price of $26. After 2 days the color started to turn brown and I thought that it was my own fault for staining them and so I tried washing my hands and wiping them. After realizing that the same thing was happening to both of my friends nails we decided to go to the store and either ask for our money back or have them do our nails again. When we went back the "manager" and "owner", that he claimed to be, was inadequate and incapable of handling the situation. His argument was that we waited too long, 4 DAYS, and instead should have come the same day. I'm sorry sir, but IT DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTIL TWO DAYS LATER. This nail salon doesn't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever and needless to say we will never be going back. The only thing that he offered us was for them to redo our nails for half price. UH I'M SORRY I ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE I WANT YOU TO DO MY NAILS AGAIN FOR FREE. When another individual came in and stated that they would redo our nails for free we looked for our color and once we found it the guy said "oh never mind we can't do it anymore". This place is full of cheap individuals who have no concern for their customers nails and low quality service. After a few days their nails started changing colors (from pink go brown) and so the decided to go back and ask for a refund or for the place to do their nails again. The manager was inadequate and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. He refused a refund and refused to do their nails again, unless they paid again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. My friends and I came here to get our nails done for Valentine's Day about 4 days ago. We began to notice the pink colors fading on all of our nails (we all got different shades of pink) and turning a weird brown color as you can see from this picture. Theirs was a lot worse than mine, but regardless, we were all dissatisfied and extremely unhappy since this has never happened to us before. Today, my friend and I went in to speak to the manager or whatever he was and he said that he wouldn't do anything for us. He claimed that we came in too late and should have came in within 1-2 days for him to fix it even though it has only been 4 DAYS. He said we would have to pay him $20 for him to do it again. We argued about customer satisfaction with him for a good 45 mins but he was so inconsiderate and didn't care at all. He just walked away and ignored anything we were trying to say after that. No one should have to deal with this kind of customer service. I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK when he said he can't do anything about the discoloration and instead blamed us for it and saying we ruined them. I am never coming back here again. I've been here a few times and I noticed their nail files are always dirty and they have tried to use dirty tools so I always have to request a sterilized package... After yesterday, I will NEVER come back. Like normal, they offer a drink. I usually bring my own drink with me but I didn't have time to stop so in accepted a bottle of water. ...I noticed the water level in the bottle was kinda low. I opened the cap carefully to see if the seal was already broken and IT WAS!!! Which means they are reusing/ refilling the bottles and giving them to the next costumer. I'm so disgusted! I'm just glad I noticed it before I drank it.... I've been coming to this nail salon off and on for the last 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I went in yesterday and received a full short set, painted one color and a regular spa pedi. Jasmine did my nails and she did an awesome job. My nails are even, paint is smooth and even. I even did a color change right when we started painting my nails because I just didn't like how it was coming out and she helped me pick a red no problem. I am very happy with her. John performed my pedi. He did a good job, the only this is that my massage seemed really short. Maybe times are changing and I am just not aware, because I don't visit often, but the massage didn't even feel like it was 5 minutes long. That part was really disappointing. I come in to relax and treat myself on a tight budget and I felt disappointed. I believe I was charged for a nail trim...is that okay? Isn't that part of a nail service. I do not like being nickel and dimed and not told about it. Upon leaving I saw the Yelp review sticker on their window and decided I'll take a look and leave a review. After reading many many many negative reviews and then my okay experience with my pedi yesterday, I will be finding a different salon to visit. I work very hard for my money and I just cannot take a chance of it going to waste and being treated like I don't matter. I went to this salon for the first time on Monday. The guy that did my nails was nice at first. I wanted a fill and he did a pretty sloppy job. My nails are crooked, one broke somehow, and they are all chipped, it's only been three days. The first time he painted my nails, he put two coats on and you could see the brush strokes. I left the salon because I was just going to deal with it but I decided I didn't pay this money for no reason so I went back. I asked him to put another coat on and he seemed rather annoyed and said that's how all the regular nail polishes looked and that I should have gotten gel. I let him know that I always get regular nail polish on acrylic and they never look so sloppy. He ended up putting another coat on top and left the salon. Just recently moved to the area and decided to try Euro Nails. Since day 1 I have been very satisfied. Some of the techs offer you something to drink and some dont. But when they do, the cappuccino is yummy. The cashier is always friendly. I like that they are efficient and seem happy to work there. I like that they give their employees days off for major holidays and consider them as people and not just employees.
