I had been coming to this nail shop for a while now because loved the way Brian and John did nails. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience which has resulted in me never returning. On a busy Saturday, both John and Brian were booked so Brian suggested to have another lady, Julie, do my nails. She did a horrible job. After leaving and going home, one of my nails broke! Literally 30 mins after getting them done. My nails continued to break throughout the week over the simplest of hands gestures. Just breaking for no apparent reason. A week later , after FIVE broken nAils, I returned to the nail shop and explained to the receptionist my issue and asked if Brian could finally do my nails. She asked me to wait and I'll be next. The receptionist walked back and forth between Brian and Julie to discuss my concern and Brian looked visibly irritated. After 30 minutes of waiting, He walked over to me and asked me a few questions, which I explained my concerns again and to my surprise, he said "well can somebody else do them?" I said "no, I would like you to do them because having someone else do them is what got me here" he says "well I'm going on break, then going home" It was 2:30 in the afternoon. This was my first (and last) time getting my nails done at Euro Nails Spa. I went 4 days ago with my friends to get my nails done for Valentine's Day and MY BROTHER'S WEDDING and was pleased at first with my nail color and shape, square acrylic fill with a soft pink color, for the price of $26. After 2 days the color started to turn brown and I thought that it was my own fault for staining them and so I tried washing my hands and wiping them. After realizing that the same thing was happening to both of my friends nails we decided to go to the store and either ask for our money back or have them do our nails again. When we went back the "manager" and "owner", that he claimed to be, was inadequate and incapable of handling the situation. His argument was that we waited too long, 4 DAYS, and instead should have come the same day. I'm sorry sir, but IT DIDN'T HAPPEN UNTIL TWO DAYS LATER. This nail salon doesn't care about customer satisfaction whatsoever and needless to say we will never be going back. The only thing that he offered us was for them to redo our nails for half price. UH I'M SORRY I ALREADY PAID FULL PRICE I WANT YOU TO DO MY NAILS AGAIN FOR FREE. When another individual came in and stated that they would redo our nails for free we looked for our color and once we found it the guy said "oh never mind we can't do it anymore". This place is full of cheap individuals who have no concern for their customers nails and low quality service. My friends went here a few days ago to get their nails done and the service was horrible. After a few days their nails started changing colors (from pink go brown) and so the decided to go back and ask for a refund or for the place to do their nails again. The manager was inadequate and clearly did not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. He refused a refund and refused to do their nails again, unless they paid again. I've been coming to this nail salon off and on for the last 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I went in yesterday and received a full short set, painted one color and a regular spa pedi. Jasmine did my nails and she did an awesome job. My nails are even, paint is smooth and even. I even did a color change right when we started painting my nails because I just didn't like how it was coming out and she helped me pick a red no problem. I am very happy with her. John performed my pedi. He did a good job, the only this is that my massage seemed really short. Maybe times are changing and I am just not aware, because I don't visit often, but the massage didn't even feel like it was 5 minutes long. That part was really disappointing. I come in to relax and treat myself on a tight budget and I felt disappointed. I believe I was charged for a nail trim...is that okay? Isn't that part of a nail service. I do not like being nickel and dimed and not told about it. Upon leaving I saw the Yelp review sticker on their window and decided I'll take a look and leave a review. After reading many many many negative reviews and then my okay experience with my pedi yesterday, I will be finding a different salon to visit. I work very hard for my money and I just cannot take a chance of it going to waste and being treated like I don't matter. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER EVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. My friends and I came here to get our nails done for Valentine's Day about 4 days ago. We began to notice the pink colors fading on all of our nails (we all got different shades of pink) and turning a weird brown color as you can see from this picture. Theirs was a lot worse than mine, but regardless, we were all dissatisfied and extremely unhappy since this has never happened to us before. Today, my friend and I went in to speak to the manager or whatever he was and he said that he wouldn't do anything for us. He claimed that we came in too late and should have came in within 1-2 days for him to fix it even though it has only been 4 DAYS. He said we would have to pay him $20 for him to do it again. We argued about customer satisfaction with him for a good 45 mins but he was so inconsiderate and didn't care at all. He just walked away and ignored anything we were trying to say after that. No one should have to deal with this kind of customer service. I WAS IN COMPLETE SHOCK when he said he can't do anything about the discoloration and instead blamed us for it and saying we ruined them. I am never coming back here again. I wish there was a 0 star option because they deserve nothing more. I would never recommend this place to anyone! There's a place right next to this one, so avoid this place if possible! read more

Just recently moved to the area and decided to try Euro Nails. Since day 1 I have been very satisfied. Some of the techs offer you something to drink and some dont. But when they do, the cappuccino is yummy. The cashier is always friendly. I like that they are efficient and seem happy to work there. I like that they give their employees days off for major holidays and consider them as people and not just employees. I've been here a few times and I noticed their nail files are always dirty and they have tried to use dirty tools so I always have to request a sterilized package... After yesterday, I will NEVER come back. Like normal, they offer a drink. I usually bring my own drink with me but I didn't have time to stop so in accepted a bottle of water. ...I noticed the water level in the bottle was kinda low. I opened the cap carefully to see if the seal was already broken and IT WAS!!! Which means they are reusing/ refilling the bottles and giving them to the next costumer. I'm so disgusted! I'm just glad I noticed it before I drank it.... If they don't care about how dirty/ unsanitary something is that's touching my mouth, they aren't going to think twice about the things they use on our feet. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here. I go to UCR, and I've tried the places scattered near campus on University Avenue. All of those places are absolute shit. They barely have any people working ever, do a terrible job, and the salons are dirty and hot. Euro Nails is clean, spacious, and has a fun Greco-Roman theme going on. There are also plenty of people working, which is such a relief. I was greeted immediately at the front desk during my walk-in and even asked for a beverage preference! Someone came out with a cup of iced Coca Cola for me. WoW. I wanted to get fake nails that weren't the typical white-tip for the first time since I was going to Vegas, and had been hesitant after seeing so many examples of tacky designs at other salons. But here, there is a revolving case showing precisely what each design looks like. There was a diverse selection of cute, attractive designs without being flashy or trashy-looking. I had my nails done by Tony (whom I connected with because we share the same first name!) He was thorough, gentle, friendly, easy-to-talk to, and very professional. I've never seen fake nails look this good (no bubbles, no overlapping, and they meet in perfect conjunction with your natural nail). It was pricy, but I think it was worth it. The whole experience cost $45, but I wouldn't go elsewhere again. The white-tip acrylics elsewhere cost about $25-30, and the colored/glittering tips are $35-40 anyway. Also, fake nails never looked as good until Euro Nails and, for me, typically need to be removed after 1 and a half weeks at the latest. For $45 I had a beautiful "seashell manicure" with tiny pieces of real iridescent seashells and glitter that not only lasted, but remained shiny for THREE weeks. I'll definitely be faithful to this place and no other in Riverside. Thanks Tony! read more

This is the most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to. I tried in person booking an appointment for five people for prom when they insisted we call a few days in advance instead. I proceeded to call a few days before where I then was debating with this lady on why we were not able to book an appointment because we needed to book with specific people. I told her then to book us with specific people and she proceeded to say no we have a ton of people working just walk in. I was hesitating and said are you sure you don't want to take note that way they are prepared for us to come in and she responded no. Faster forward to today we go into the salon and they tell us 45 minutes to wait. This was very frustrating given we were told we could walk right in. We got over it and just decided to wait. After waiting an hour, the girl at the front comes up to us and tells us she can only do half of the services because they didn't have enough time!!!! I was like you didn't know an hour ago that you wouldn't have time??!!!! This was extremely rude and unprofessional and just preceded to say yah I'm sorry. Nobody come to this salon! They are more worried about seating as many people as possible and are not considerate of their clients. I left pissed off that I just wasted time for no apparent reason and did not want to give my money to this business. A couple of my friends stayed and tried to charge them more than double of what their prices state on the brochure. The fumes as well are extremely strong even with a mask on. I went to this salon for the first time on Monday. The guy that did my nails was nice at first. I wanted a fill and he did a pretty sloppy job. My nails are crooked, one broke somehow, and they are all chipped, it's only been three days. The first time he painted my nails, he put two coats on and you could see the brush strokes. I left the salon because I was just going to deal with it but I decided I didn't pay this money for no reason so I went back. I asked him to put another coat on and he seemed rather annoyed and said that's how all the regular nail polishes looked and that I should have gotten gel. I let him know that I always get regular nail polish on acrylic and they never look so sloppy. He ended up putting another coat on top and left the salon. I don't usually leave reviews for places one way or another, but this place is really awful. I've gone here multiple times over the past few years and have never been fully satisfied (I get a gel manicure) but continued to go because it's cheap and I'm a college student on a budget. However, after my most recent visit, I will never be returning. I walked in with beautiful LONG natural nails, one of which had broken a little bit. The woman doing my nails took of my gel polish by using the acrylic electric file on my nails, then soaked and scraped my nails into oblivion, with way more force than necessary, breaking three of my long and strong nails. Then, she proceeded to use the electric acrylic file on my BARE nails. It burned so bad, and she even filed right through my nail to my quick on a few. I should have walked out then, but stayed because I didn't want to be rude! She poured alcohol on the bleeding nails, and then cut off all of my remaining nails to the same length as the ones she had broken off! I protested saying that I wanted to just keep them and grow the other three back, and she literally refused! Again, I should have left at this point! She then very roughly filed and buffed my already paper thin nails AGAIN, and finally painted them. But it was too late. Even with a base coat, three coats of color and two top coats of gel, my nails are PAPER THIN and bend like crazy!! I walked out almost in tears due to the physical pain of the service, as well as the emotional disappointment of having gone from long, strong, healthy natural nails to gnarly, thin, damaged nails that will take at least two months to fully grow out. The people here really are nice, very kind and fair, but I've had one too many disappointing manicures here and I just can not justify it any longer. read more

So I came here to get a medium length full nail set with a gel top coat! Lynn did my nails and at first I loved them and even tipped her really big! As the day progressed my cuticles starting itching bad. As I paid closer attention I realized she didn't push down my cuticle to apply the acrylic, she put the acrylic on top of my cuticle. Today you can tell my nails grew out a bit and ripped the attached cuticle more my fingers. My cuticles are now all torn and bleeding. It really hurts and it's as if I have paper cuts on my cuticles. So painful, I feel like that was one of my worst experiences. Especially for the price. My daughters nails came out gorgeous but Lynn really did a number on my hands. They hurt really bad. read more

They said they were going to charge me an extra $20 for pink powder and to file my nails...? on top of the $22 to get a full set...?
