i feel bad to leave a low rating only because my tech was very sweet and service was good i guess. i signed in and was serviced immediately. (I only got my nails done here because my usual home tech was booked out about 6-7 weeks) to start, the moment i sat down and saw the tools it was an instant regret for me. there was nail dust everywhere, the sanding band on the nail file was VERY worn out, the nail file was also VERY worn out, the brush that was used to brush off nail dust was basically pointless because it just left more nail dust on my hand from PREVIOUS customers. i asked for a simple pink and white french tip with a narrow square shape. the hand painted french tip isn't horrible but definitely wasn't to my standard - it looks lumpy and doesn't look as crisp as i would like for it to be and not every nail tip was properly painted. I asked for a narrow square shape but got more of a squoval (rounded square shape) that also looks kind of like a rounded coffin shape? the acrylic application was ehh - some nails are thicker than others and the length on every nail is slightly off. i got medium length and it was a simple french for $70 plus the $10 tip. this was definitely a desperate nail set for me and i don't think i would go back. this experience definitely reminded me why i no longer go to salons and why i go to home based techs. sorry, Euro nails you gotta step up the cleanliness. read more

THIS PLACE HAS BECOME INCREDIBLY UNORGANIZED! AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! After being told by the receptionist that there are no appointments due to having full staff, they were only accepting walk-ins, I decided to stop by. Once I got there, I was told (same person) that the wait was 30-40min. I agreed and came back. Upon arrival, I waited an extra 15-20min. Upon requesting a French dip rather than color dip, I was informed that I needed to wait 1 hr more. When I told her how ridiculous it was, she just laughed. Alleged person came out and told he I was no longer welcomed, because I was starting trouble, which was false. Ladies... as you can see... This is DISAPPOINTING, and RIDICULOUS among other things. I can't with this BS ASS establishment I literally waited around for 4hrs to get my nails done all to be turned down saying the person assigned to my nails couldn't do a full set or take them off. This is poor management! They try to say yea to everyone coming in only to turn them away as closing hours near. I could've taken my business elsewhere there are plenty of nail shops nearby but they had me wait here from 4:30 and it is now 7:48! My birthdays in 2 days with no days off coming up! Since visiting this Salon as a walk in customer 5 months I have experienced the best in nail care. I went to several salons seeking who can style my nails in the coffin style. When I met John here at Euro Nails, he "nailed" it...no pun intended. He captured the look I wanted and I have been returning to John ever since. Thank you John for always making my hands look pretty. I also love the ambience of the Salon. Always neat and clean, beautiful massage spa chairs & foot bowls. I hate this place!! I got my nails done on Black Friday in the morning & it was lonely!! I went with Adam and he did my full set !! He applied my nails well and my color was amazing !! After the first week my nails were already coming off! I knew it was because of that nail spa because I usually get my nails done somewhere else & I last two months with them plus a refill! & I asked for coffin & when he was done they weren't even coffin they were regular square. Contrary to some of the pictures above, this place is absolutely horrendous. To elaborate, their sense of customer service is completely missing. My friends went in to get their nails done and after about two days the nails somehow transformed from pink to a brownish color. Common sense would allow them to assume that they would give them a refund or at least fix the nails. However, instead of doing that the worker blamed it all on them. This place is extremely disgraceful and does not deserve anyone's business or recommendation. If I could dissuade people from coming anywhere, it would most definitely be this business. I am very pleased with my acrylic nails that have 3 different design on them which are really good. I have never been pleased with designs before at other salons but I am impressed with the time and perfect she spent on my nails. However it is not exactly what I asked for which is no big deal because I still like them however they can not do ombré nails which was a huge disappointment for me. My nails were breaking so bad due to a guy doing my fill, who clearly didn't have a license. I rescheduled to have them repaired. Upon arrival I was told Vivian didn't want to do my nails. I'm usually the only black woman in the shop but I was completely shocked that ppl are so rude and bold with their hate for black people . The manager said she said I was too picky. I tip well...
