My car was overheating, but after they replaced the radiator, I haven't had a single problem since. So when my Maxima recently started leaking oil from multiple places -- the valves, valve pan, and O-ring -- I didn't hesitate to bring it back to them for a tune-up. Once again, they did an incredible job! My car now runs like it's brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. The team is not only highly skilled but also professional, honest, and very forthright. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I was especially impressed by how the mechanic remembered my car from two years ago! He hadn't seen me since 2022, but he knew my vehicle right away, which shows the level of care and personal service they offer. The quality of work and customer service here is so impressive that we've officially replaced our dealership with them! I recently dropped off my Nissan Rogue for repairs, and we plan to bring my son's Honda here as well. This is the shop we trust for all our vehicle needs going forward. Incompetence and horrible customer service!…read more I showed the attendant my coupon when I first arrived. They said they would take care of it. Got the oil change and told to pay. I tap my card and then I was given my receipt. I see that the discount was not applied. Attendant starts the conversation by telling me it is my fault and that they can give me the discount next time. Asked if I could get another service and get the discount on that. Originally told yes but manager vetoed that and said I already paid. I literally showed the coupon when I first arrived. Attendant never told me the price nor showed me the final price before telling me to pay. Manager will not let me get the discount on a different service. They must be hurting for business and I see why. I will not return.

Most recently, I brought my old car in for brakes and possibly shocks and struts because it seemed to not bounce back after bumps like it used to. He told me I did not need shocks and only needed front struts and new brake pads. If I had walked in most places, especially as a woman, I would have probably been told I needed a thousand dollars of work, if not more. It ended up taking 5 hours because they needed to find the last tire at a different shop. Luckily for me, I had a ride and didn't stay at the shop for the entire 5 hours.
