For those of us that intend to keep and drive high-mileage diesels long-term; I think i'm also making my diesel ownership relevant by using "high (cetane) performance renewable diesel" in my 2017 328D, with smart preventative measures...115K miles and 3 years later. Well to be honest with you, I wasn't happy at all. I called the week before thanksgiving and was told that Tuesday morning the 26 would be the best time to bring my car down. So what I did I brought it Monday night so it will be there Tuesday morning, hoping It'll be the first car to get look at! I was wrong? Wednesday came no call! So I called the front guy said that not yet and he will call me soon he hears something, I hear nothing! It is now Monday 12/2 no one called. So I called he said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car... I was so frustrated! How in the world they couldn't find anything. I told them what was the problem and still nothing? So came to your shop hoping so speak with anyone! Well prior to that someone supposed to call me if they find anything.... no one bother to call me! Well I decided to come to see what the hell is going on? Talk to someone and he replied sorry I'm just watching the front. I'll get someone for you... few minutes later the front person came out then soon after the mechanic explained to me that he drove the car nothing came out, so I asked about the noise that making when you drive it, I said seems to me the turbo. He said well it's not coz it's fine. I must be an idiot or senile coz when I drive that car it don't even want to accelerate! So I said to him I brought it to BMW for oil change and I just want it a second opinion. So I told him what I told bmw exactly the same. Except BMW did an oil change your shop didn't. I told him what the BMW found out about the message on my dashboard . I'm so annoyed coz why in the heck I'm telling your mechanic what's wrong with the car when his the one supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car? And on top of it I have to pay the diagnostic when I'm the one who told him about the diagnosis.... Never in my life ever heard of it! I pick up my car because I was so so disappointed annoyed to the people who works there who doesn't have no consideration of calling people back! Also to tell me you guys were close on Friday after thanksgiving... I wasted so much money on rental car coz someone in your shop don't know what the heck to do with my car... and for people who doesn't call you back.... you know I went YELP and online to read all the reviews and it was good so I decided to bring my car to your shop! Well, each and every one of those reviews are fraud? Nothing what it says in that reviews are true! I'm so so so disappointed... I will leave an honest review... Finding a new garage to work on my Porsche is something of a challenge my last repair shop told me I had metal shavings in the oil and the extended warranty did not cover the repair unless the engine died and my extended warranty was ending in 2 months. After taking possession of my late father's Volvo V40, I noticed the check engine light coming on and the car going into limp mode. After looking around the Murrieta and Temecula Valley I found a few auto mechanics that actually worked on Volvo vehicles. I took it to one mechanic who used a programmer to fix the issue. After a few days the problem was back. I took it back to the same mechanic and I was told it was going to cost 1600.00 for a transmission issue when I knew it was a selector switch.. I decided to get a second opinion and I am glad I did. I found European Autowerks who also work on Volvo's. I called them and they were able to schedule me an appointment that worked around my work schedule to where I was able to drop off my vehicle after hours and not worry about. Additionally, they diagnosed the vehicle with what I believed was the issue. They went through the vehicle and made sure there were no other problems and provided me with some recommendations to follow up on at a later time. They were very professional and genuinely cared about my car issues. The cost, especially in the times we are all going through, was a fraction of what the other mechanic shop wanted to charge me. They even called me one month after I had the service done to the car to see how everything was going. That is what I call customer service. Scott and the team at European Autowerks are the best I am sure they could fix anything but I have taken two german cars to them and they have done great work especially with my VW Passat which I had taken to the dealership and another mechanic which did not fix the problem and they wanted astronomical amounts to fix the problem which European Autowerks was able to resolve for literally less than half what the dealership quoted. I highly reccomend them for all car needs but especially with VW, they are fully VW certified and in my view did a better and much more affordable and better job than the dealership. 5 STARS, Best auto shop in Riverside County by far. read more

We schedule an appointment here a couple of months ago. We requested for an oil change and tire rotation. We arrived for our scheduled appointment and were told we would be contacted when the Porsche was ready to be picked up. The day passed so we decided to call them at 3pm for an update. They told us they needed more time with the car and would be keeping it over night. I don't understand why a standard procedure with a scheduled AM appointment would take so long! The next morning, we didn't hear back so we called them. They told us that we need to change our the transmission because it had a leak. I told them not to do that and I would be picking up the car. Something didn't seem right so I told them not to do my oil change either. They said it was being worked on at the moment. I don't understand why they were doing my oils change 24hrs after my drop off time. I picked up my car a couple hours later. Asked why it took so long. They said, short staffed and apologized. We called our previous mechanic that's located in LA, scheduled an appointment with him. We had the car fully inspected and he told us we did NOT have a leak in our transmission. Scott is a top notch guy and runs his business very fairly and has excellent customer service. I had an unknown electrical issue with my Toyota that 2 other mechanics were unable to diagnose. Scott and his team figured it out and charged me a fair price even though it was a difficult job that took them multiple attempts and approaches. He also called me daily to update me on their progress and make sure I was good with my car situation (the car he was working on was my commuter car). The thing I appreciate the most has been the follow-up. Scott has texted me a few times since my initial visit to make sure my car was still running well. I brought my Mercedes CLK350 into EA for the very first time since I moved to this area, for its A service. I scheduled my appointment online (very simple process) and was called a couple days beforehand to let me know an opening was available that day if I wanted to take it, which I did. The communication between me and EA was great - they let me know what other issues I need to keep an eye on via text and email. I've been battling no A/C all summer and even brought it to 2 other shops that required more testing and more fees after the initial diagnosis and the Mercedes service center that would have charged me at least $2500 to repair. They gave me one affordable quote to inspect and test the system , called me with an update on price and work that was involved and fixed it.
