This was an amazing experience with Dustin. It's nice to know that there are still honest and good Machanic's out there. Took my car in to get the a/c fixed. He did the diagnostic and he advise me that i should change the condenser since it's all beat up. I told him I can change it over the weekend and bring it back in. Instead of trying to convince me to let him do it so he can make more money out of me. He gladly went over everything that I should do when I change out the condenser and he even tell me if I run into a problem give him a call. I'm a DIY guy. I haven't taken a car in to a shop in almost 20 years. My cars, my wife's and my kids cars I do all the maintenance service and fix it myself when there's a problem. I love working on cars. The main reason why I decided to learn to work on my own cars is because not only I love working on my cars but the main reason I was tired of dishonest shops and poor quality of work from so many shops out there. That's not all shops I have found good Machanic everywhere I moved. Brought my car back to Dustin on Monday and still the ac doesn't work. He work on my car for almost 6 hours to get the ac fixed. He did not stop until he found the problem. My a/c got fixed and it's working well. This guy is amazing. He's honest and up front with you. He does great work and he stands behind his work. He's a one man operation and that is such a great thing for me and for any customer. Because not only you get to talk to him directly and get updates but he will give all his attention to your car until he finds the problem. He will not just throw parts in your car until it's fixed. He will make sure he finds the problem first and then advise the customer on what to do. This is my first review of anything. My 15 yo VW TDI was leaking, had weird vibrations while driving... although still running great in every other respect, time was obviously catching up with it in a big way. I'd been looking for a good mechanic for a while and decided to try Eurospec, based not only on Yelp reviews, but all the pictures the owner posted of the engines and mechanical parts he worked on. I liked that I was seeing more photos of vehicles' insides than vehicles' outsides. Took my car to Dustin, initially thought it might be a transmission problem... oh, boy. Well, it wasn't the transmission, and although my car needed quite a bit of work and some parts replaced, Dustin kept the costs down. More than that, it was really important to him that he fixed my car right and get my TDI in great shape to run another 150k miles (or more!). I really appreciated that! Stupid check engine light came up on my mom's 20 yo VW (gas) right before she needed smog testing. Dustin was able to take it right away and get it good to go for my mom. Dustin (shop owner) is very welcoming to new customers. I had a problem where I had misfires in my Volkswagen GTI and decided to check out his shop. Dustin was very welcoming on the phone and in person, and gave me a diagnostic on what was the problem and what needed to be done. Turns out I had a vacuum leak in my intake manifold, which needed to be replaced with a updated part and I needed carbon cleaning. I also had a job done that is most common to fail on a MK6 GTI, which is the timing chain tensioner. He does a great job on his projects and not to mention his prices are cheaper than most shops and dealerships! Overall, I recommend this shop to any euro car owners! read more
