The very first time I took a vehicle over to them two years ago, they stated they had to remove my side skirts in order to get the car onto their standard, 2 post lift. They addd the charge to do so and I paid for it. Once I picked the car up, I noticed they had the same lift I have at home, I've never had to remove my side skirts on my car in order to get it up in the air. Two out of two oil changes they made a complete mess of both mine and my wife's vehicle. On my car they missed about two quarts right on my alternator, requiring a replacement needed (wouldn't charge the battery, issue started day 1 on the way home from the shop). I called to let them know, they asked me to bring it back. I asked if I brought. It back and they found the oil spill was the issue, what would they do? They stated I'd have to pay for half of the alternator and install. So, take it back to the shop that already made mistakes, pay them more money, or do I just eat it and know the job was done right by having to take a day and do it myself? Either way, I'm out both time and money because of this shop. I replaced it myself and had to clean up the engine bay. The aftermarket exhaust and other pieces now have oil burned into them, and I have oil dripping ever so slightly everywhere I go. My wife's macan lower engine cover was soaked with oil, and it was very clear they also messed the oil fill hole, tracking the oil from bottom to top. Everything was again, caked in oil. They were the last ones to touch this car as well, and before them, the underpants didn't have a drop of oil on it. Unsure of why they continue to have so many problems on simple repairs like oil changes. I hate that I'm left to either clean up their mess, or bring it back into them and be without a car for even longer, crossing my fingers my car is in one piece when I get it back. They were the "go to" shop besides the local Porsche dealer here in town, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not impressed at all this far. Extremely competent and honest and very reasonable. I brought my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S to the local Porsche dealer for some service. They quoted me over $4000 to have the air suspension replaced. I am mediately called up Christian at Eurosport and have him pick up the vehicle. Pleaded all of that work and replace my brakes and rotors or almost half of that. I drive 150 miles to get here just to have my car serviced. Highly recommended. Here's the longer version: Brought my 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S to have the air suspension fixed. Original quote from Porsche dealer in Boise was over $4000 and took a full week just to get the quote. I called Christian at eurosports and told him what I knew, and he thought he could do it for a lot less and quicker. He picked up the car the next day and in less than a week later the car was ready for less than half the price including replacing my brakes and rotors too. These guys are the best. They're honest and smart and quick. What more can you want in a repair shop. Now they are taking care of my 1974 BMW 3.0. I drive 150 miles each way just to see these guys. They are that good. I purchased a 1987 Porsche 911 after having this shop perform a pre purchase inspection. I was from out of town and really wanted to be sure the car would get me home. They recommended two repairs be handled before I left Idaho and a few more I should handle later. They were accommodating of me paying remotely and did an excellent job keeping me updated. I highly recommend this professional and courteous outfit! Update: Was disappointed to learn from my local porsche shop in Seattle that all fuel lines on the car were brittle and cracking and that the rear stabilizer bar and mounts weren't even on the car. This wouldn't have impacted my buying decision but these items were literally more important than any item called out on the PPI I got from the original shop in Idaho. read more

When you choose to drive a vehicle that is no readily available in your area, there are times when it bites you in the trunk.. I got lucky! After facing what I thought was a transmission issue with my 2008 Smart ForTwo, I was panicking, knowing that my own wonderful mechanic does not have the capability to deal with the onboard computer in NOMS (yes my car has a name..LOL). Thankfully I had encountered an former employee of the guys at Eurosport and he had told me that I should check them out if I was ever in need. NOMS 'got sick' on Sunday. We checked the battery and fuses, but could not get it to start unless using a proscribe 'limp' mode which, like having a 'donut' for a spare tire, is meant ONLY to power the car to a mechanic or home. I called Eurosport on Monday and spoke with Aaron. He asked me to 'limp' NOMS over on Tuesday and that they'd get a look at it, but it may be Wednesday before they were able to fit us in. I 'limped' down to Eurosport (which is on Chinden between 44th and 45th streets, right next to a O'Reillys) early Tuesday morning and dropped my keys in the night drop box. Late on Tuesday afternoon Aaron called. I was expecting the worst.. a transmission job that would cost upwards of 1k.. but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Aaron and his techs had been able to work with the onboard computer to discover it was a communication issue with the computer and the transmission.. they had it FIXED for just over $100. Needless to say, I now know that I have somewhere to go when NOMS needs some computer related TLC. I was treated with value, and my needs were more than met. I found Aaron and the guys to be very kind and welcoming, AND they don't talk to me like I'm a few pistons short of an engine block when I talk about my car. They respect that while NOMS is NOT just off the showroom floor, it means a great deal to me. I like that. A LOT. read more

Traveling from Virginia in our MINI Cooper the check engine/half power light came on. We were referred to Eurosport and arrived around 3:15 PM. We were told they could check the engine codes but couldn't do a diagnostic until the next day. Christian checked out the car and found the oil level was very low. They did an oil service for us, reset the codes, and checked everything out. That fixed the problem. We were charged a very reasonable price for the job. And we were on our way by 5:00 PM. Was a consistent customer for seven years after switching to a car Hurless Bros doesn't work on and I held them in as high regard until my last visit. The new mechanic the owner hired was rude & angry that I didn't accept his recommendation for an oil change & a new battery. Unacceptable behavior I never experienced in my many previous visits. After speaking to the owner he said he stood by his mechanic's opinion, adding that my battery was dead. Well a year later it's still fine, in fact I immediately had it checked at AutoZone after leaving & it was well within acceptable levels.
