Had a great experience with this team, we had a couple of onsite visits to work out a strategy for my installation because it was non-standard (outside and several feet away from the power box). It felt like a good partnership where we discussed my options and price implications and we were able to get a solution I'm super pleased with. One of the breakers in the box for the charger was faulty and they came and fixed it right away next day. They pulled a permit for the work and scheduled an inspector to come take a look and it all passed with flying colors. They did an outstanding job installing a Tesla Universal connector aside with a 120V outlet. Kyler provided some recommendations for future upgrades, that I appreciated so much and we will take in count. Highly recommend! Requested a quote last Thursday, got a call same day to go over details and installation options/route. I think they could have done the install the next day, but I had to order a wall charger, so they did install on Monday. They showed up right on time, did work efficiently and super clean install, and were happy to answer questions. The EV Guys just left my home a couple of hours ago, and to say I am pleased is an understatement. The appointment was scheduled for Noon, and my doorbell rang at two minutes prior to the scheduled time. As my new vehicle is a plug in hybrid (PHEV), I didn't need a wall box as max charge is only good foe 40 miles. Thus the fastest charger was not important. They did however install a 220-240 volt circuit which allows me to use the like powered charger provided along with the car. These guys did a great job, and answered my questions as the work progressed. They were very understanding as my questions were numerous, and sometimes off topic. The job included cutting into the sheetrock which made it a bit messy. They used wire and a NEMA 14-50 INDUSTRIAL quality outlet that was over spec'd for the job to provide the safest end product possible; plus they cleaned up the work area to where it was cleaner than they found on their arrival. Both Kyler and Behrang were very polite and professional. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone needing electrical work in their home. read more
