Jennifer was my contact person at EV Pros, she answered my call promptly, was pleasant, answered all my questions, texted me back when I had more questions. I sent in a video and some pictures and she was very responsive. When I was ready to install, she had me scheduled right away and the installer arrived less than 18 hours later due to a cancellation in their schedule - now that's service! I've had more trouble making appointments with almost anyone else. Additionally, Jennifer gave me more options than just the next morning. Efficiency = A+ I was highly recommended to EV Pros from a friend who is very particular about his vehicles. We are in the process of preparing to charge for our first Tesla that is coming soon with a wall-mounted charger. Meanwhile, the previous owner of our home had been plugging in her Tesla to the dryer-type wall outlet in the garage cabinet. Our installer explained that the wiring on the existing outlet could have caught fire because the wires were not the right width and could have overheated over time, they would not able to handle the load. Kwan (our installer) was kind enough to remove the outlet and covered the opening in order to deter any future owners of trying to plug in. Expertise = A+ Not only did Kwan expertly install our new charger (that looks like a fuel pump) in our garage, he took the time to place it; he was mindful of the space and the door opening and the accessibility to the unit. Then he rearranged our entire electrical panel and explained the safety features of this type of charging. He is so informative and cleaned up after himself; you'd never know he was here except for installing the beautiful charger. Professional = A+ Kwan made sure, after the installation, that the gas dryer and the AC were still operating properly. I would hire EV Pros in a heartbeat. They didn't rush out because the installation was done. They answered my questions about connecting to the internet (which they had done). Jeff and his team installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage a few weeks ago. No problems so far in terms of actual use. Overall, the experience was positive. Jeff is very kind and responsive, and had a technician come out promptly to install the outlet. We ran into a situation where I was left a bit unsatisfied with the initial install. I had approved a location on my wall, but in actual practice, the location was unusable due to clearance issues with my charging cable. I reached out to a 3rd party electrician to double check and they also let me know that the location was a poor one. So, although I was responsible for approving the location to begin with, I wish EV Pros was a bit more adamant about overriding my decision in regards to safety and use. After all, they are the professionals, not me. Jeff and his team were understanding, and although didn't offer a complimentary re-install, did work with me to get it fixed at a very reasonable rate, which I appreciated. If Yelp allowed half stars, I'd probably give EV Pros 4.5/5. However, despite the unfortunate situation, Jeff and his team were class acts, and I was always treated with kindness and respect, so I know that on average, I'd have more 5/5 experiences than 4/5. read more

I just had an installation of a Tesla wall connector done by these guys 3 months ago, and it works flawlessly. Christian was very quick to respond to my questions and offered a fair price and competitive price compared to the local market. Kwan was the man who came and installed the device to code and was extremely professional and knowledgeable in how he explained what he was doing. As a side note, I had trouble with the City of Anaheim in obtaining my permits due to a failed inspection where the city inspectors claimed I used a different device when they came (essentially lying to cover their mistake). I called Kwan back, and even a month after the original job, he and Christian went out of their way to advocate on my behalf to convince the Anaheim inspectors to return and redo a fair inspection. They gave extra effort for me despite the mistake belonging to the inspectors. These guys go over the top, and they absolutely have my endorsement for anyone who needs a charger installed. Nothing but great customer service here, and you will not be disappointed. read more

I was able to schedule the job in a reasonable time from when I originally called. They arrived in the arrival window, had everything they needed, overcame any unexpected issues, did a very professional looking job with higher quality materials than I expected, minimized holes, maximized appearance and cleaned up any mess made by them (it was in a garage). We bought our own juice box charger as the EV Pro team suggested. They arrived on time in their cool truck that has all the necessary tool. Nick and Kwan started the installment process. I was out buying some big tree decor and when I came back they were working in the garage. They opened the back door even though they were working since I was carrying this big artificial tree (thank you!!) I came upstairs, took a long nap, and when I woke up everything was done. I had my Tesla wall charger installed yesterday by Kwan. He was right on time and super polite. My job required running conduit from the panel in the backyard to the garage. I had assumed that he would take the "safe" route and just run conduit outside my walls. He did a thorough walkthrough of my home and mapped out an option I was not even aware was possible. Long story short, he was able to go into a crawl space and hid the conduit up to the garage. Once completed he configured my charger and it looks beautiful. He also cleaned up afterwards. This was an extremely Professional job. I could not ask for more. The job took him longer than planned due to some unexpected surprises but he did not rush through it and compromise quality. Jennifer in the office was great also. She had me send pictures and a video from my panel to the garage and was able to send me a quote. The price was very reasonable and the quality top notch. I could not have had an easier or more pleasant experience than I had with EV pros. They were extremely professional and took care of all the permitting necessary to install my Tesla wall charger and a Nema 6-20 outlet for a hybrid Volvo. The installer was extremely friendly and was able to wrap up the entire installation process in under 5 fours. Without even being asked to, he made sure to future-proof the installation so that higher power chargers could be installed in the future without have to put in new piping. The installation is aesthetically pleasing and tucked up against the roof where possible to minimize the visual impact. I recently purchased a BMW i3 and needed an EV charger installed in my garage. After getting a few quotes, I decided to hire EV Pros. The house is 60 years old, a single story ranch style home with the breaker box located several feet away from the garage. This job required an experienced, resourceful and limber professional like Kwan. He meticulously inserted a wire from the breaker box and pulled it through the crawl space located in the attic to exit through a wall in the garage. He did an amazing and impecable job. So meticulously done that I do not need to paint. He also on his own with the help of Miguel mounted and tidied up the wires on the RainBird sprinkler controller box located in the garage and now adjacent to the EV charger. I found EV Pro off the Tesla website for suggested installers after dealing with a very poor installer the first time. To say the install was not up to code was being charitable. I exchanged text messages with Jeff who did the power calculations and worked out the details ahead of time and with a reasonable quote, we moved forward. Kawan was my installer/electrician and he was professional and top notch with everything he did. He pulled out the mess the last guy left, cleaned it up, fixed the hole, put in the new boxes, conduit and high quality Hubbell NEMA 14-50.
