They came out with the parts once they arrived. Got everything installed then we realized that unfortunately the ice machine that they got in was a faulty part so they re-ordered and came back out a second time and now it works perfectly. There's a fee for the initial visit which is deducted from your final bill if you decide to move forward with them. He inspected the dryer and discovered that the drive belt and idle pulley were worn out . Since my dryer is an older model, he had to order them and couldn't fix it right there and then. Once he received the parts, we scheduled for a second visit and he fixed it within 30 minutes. I thought the whole thing was super efficient and really appreciated the promptness. While I'm not sure if the price was standard ($200), it was cheaper than replacing the whole thing so I'm not complaining.
