He was able to replace a poorly designed and broken LG compressor with an Embraco compressor, which wasn't a simple drop-in replacement. He wore a mask and explained everything he was doing while he was doing it. He knowledgeably answered all my questions. I don't know a lot about fridge repair, but I do know enough to know that he didn't take any short-cuts at the expense of quality. I have a Kenmore dishwasher that decided to take a break on us. I reached out to a few places and tried postponing the inevitable service call. Fortunately for me Noah responded quickly and asked me a few questions. We set up a service call and he stopped by right on time. Noah came in and got down to it. We had a dishwasher that was not draining. I watched the usual YouTube repair videos and troubleshooted the best I could. I tried cleaning the filter and the components as well as flushing the drainage line. I realized that the drainage pump needed to be replaced and it looked a lot more complicated than I could handle. If you are thinking of repairing your own dishwasher, be warned it is a lot more complicated than it appears! I yelp messaged several repair companies through the app. Noah replied to a quote on Father's Day. He was super friendly and gave useful advice on different options. I contemplated buying a new machine but wanted to try his repair service for the environment. I felt bad throwing away a 2-3 year old GE dishwasher. His quote was the most fairly priced. He came and diagnosed the problem and went through exceptional efforts to not only repair the drainage pump but tidy up several latent issues that would of been a problem down the line. He was professional and you could tell he took pride in his work. Although the scope of the problem was larger than originally anticipated, he fixed the additional issues.
