Went in for an oil change. upon completion of the servic, went home about 4 miles away. Parked in the garage for a couple of hours. Went back out to take a short trip only to see oil had leaked and run through the garage making a huge mess! Dealer didn't even attempt to address their error that left the mess in our garag! Bunch of amateur!!

This establishment is a hoax of a dealer. At their service center they attempt to defraud the unaware. No one needs to pay a dealer for a battery. Any auto parts store replaces, recycles, credits, and installs (for free) auto batteries. The clerk attempted to argue with me. She lied that a KIA battery is too specific for an auto parts store. Despite my disregarding her commentary rebuttal, she persisted. My parent is a senior citizen and the clerk attempted to persuade and insist. She went as far as to state she knew my recently deceased father BETTER than I. My deceased father would NEVER pay for a battery, service fee, and labor at a dealership. Regardless of her ignorant argument, I walked out as I stated, "I hardly believe you knew him better." If my Fiat battery is replaceable at an auto parts store than surely a Kia is within their expertise.

Unbelievable markup on base model Kia Rio!

Worst car shopping experience ever. This dealership is charging an unbelievable mark up which is listed in the picture as an added on window sticker, "market adjustment." For a low end, base model Kia Rio that has MSRP of $17K they want $25K. The salesman put a dealer sheet in front of me with an out the door price of $27K that included my trade in. I seriously thought I was being pranked. They were offering me $750 for my trade in, a 2008 Honda Accord LXP sedan, runs great has 140K miles. I left and bought a 2022 Corolla for $20K out the door at Milton Reuben Toyota. They gave me $4800 for my trade in. Was in and out in less than an hour with a test drive. Car arrives within a week from the factory. This is how you sell cars Kia, take note!

While the staff try their best it is painfully obvious that Gerald Jones Ford is all about the money and the finance person, Kirt Dolittle and the sales manager Martelli that calls himself a man of GOD when you call him out on his of deceptive practices. I agreed to Co-sign for my granddaughter. Two days later I find out that I am not the Co-buyer but the primary on the loan. Why would they not be upfront about this, for one thing they did not want to lose that cut of the pie. See when a dealership gets you a loan, they make half or more percent of the total Interest Paid. If they had told me that I was going to be the primary I would have gone to my bank. I would have then got 5% loan and not a 6.5 or so loan. That is around $800.00, it does not sound like much but for a college student going to school full time and working part time it is a lot of money. If I could do it all over, I probably would have gotten the Jetta at CarMax and not these lying cheating group of people. Martelli keeps saying it is the same thing, and yes, he is right, but it is the principle of not saying it. It seems management hides things to maximize profit. Gerald Jones is not the worst dealership out there by any means but with so many options I would look elsewhere. I will contact the State Attorney General Office, and I will file deceptive practices claim. It is insane that dealerships think they can get away with this today. UPDATE: Hello Getina Cato let me make this clear. This is not my first car buying, this is not my first time co-signing, I did it for both of my children. Explain to me how I went from co-signing to primary loan holder. I told your sales manager Martelli if I had to I would co-sign, I never agreed to being the primary on the loan if Mr. Martelli and his deceptive practices would have told me that I was going to be the primary on the loan I would have said no to the interest rate and gone to my bank and got 5% loan. Your dealership deceptive practices is what has brought us here.

Due to my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. After my vehicle stalled on Washington Road due to an auto start/stop failure, I brought it to the dealership. Despite my prior research identifying a specific recall and extended warranty issue (23-009) related to my Honda Pilot, the service department failed to address it. They performed two service bulletins (23-008 and 23-010) but ignored the warranty extension. This oversight led to a dangerous situation while I was traveling on I-95, where my vehicle stalled in traffic and failed to restart. Upon returning to the dealership, the staff refused to acknowledge their failure to complete the necessary service bulletins or address the rear suspension recall. Furthermore, the Service Manager, Colby, was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. The dealership subsequently attempted to charge me $1,900 for a starter replacement that is directly covered under the recall and extended warranty. Given the lack of accountability and the safety risks caused by their incomplete service, I am deeply disappointed in the quality of care provided by this dealership.

I never had to call once for a status update. The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided. I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I follow the OEM service recommendations pretty meticulously. One of the listed services at 100k miles is "drain and refill transfer case fluid". I come in at 92k miles and ask what the Christian Brothers recommend. Of course they recommended over 3000 dollars worth of service. I declined more than 2,000 of it. One of the service's I didn't decline was "Transmission fluid flush". This was a service Christian Brothers recommend. I didn't bring this to them. It was recommended to me. A quick google search, "Should you flush the transmission fluid on a high mileage vehicle", says "If your fluid is old (over 80,000-100,000 miles) and has never been changed: Do not flush it.". 10,000 miles later. My transmission is trash and needs to be replaced. Another shop says it's 2 quarts low and full of metallic shavings. This other shop was immediately concerned when I told them it was flushed 10k miles ago. Says they never perform flushes on fluid this old. I would like to give Christian Brothers the benefit of the doubt and assume they are just unintelligent novice mechanics running a shop that's good for oil changes and that's about it but I can't help but wonder if they just recommend as much service as possible. Either way, avoid this shop at all costs.
