This place is the absolute worst. A nightmare, to say the least!! Avoid, avoid, avoid! The lady who runs it, Trini, is unorganized, has a temper, and has no qualified candidates. She placed a live-in with me for $220 a day who spoke back to me on multiple occasions and scared my 2.5 year old daughter on multiple occasions. I obviously fired her and had already paid Trini her $2,200 fee. She never took notes on what I was looking for and sent replacement candidates who were not qualified and didn't screen any of them. THE WORST AGENCY!!! I paid for unlimited replacement and when she sent the first person and I didn't like them, Elizabeth (owner) blocked my number and doesn't answer any of my calls or texts. No respect for paid clients that are coming in good energy and in a very polite way to ask for a proper solution after they paid. You really don't want to have them as your agancy. When I asked for my replacement as the person they sent over - had the worse energy and attitude (I won't be surprise if she stole from us but unfortunately I don't have cams in the right places and I trust people so I don't check too much). This agency is one of the best I've seen. They are unlike other agencies where they have anybody that comes to them. They are careful and selective and do all the screening for you. Elizabeth made the entire process very easy and was very attentive to my needs. She paired me up with very good and hardworking nanny very quickly. After my initial luck with my first housekeeper I had to fire because she was lying to me I contacted this agency again and couldn't of had a worse experience...she sent another housekeeper who seemed great, I paid another fee and magically in 2 weeks she disappeared and never came back to work. The agency then proceeded to send the crappiest replacements possible, no experience, not legal, no english and several items have just gone "missing" from my house. Trini wouldn't even talk on the phone with me again, she has her rude assistant talk to me and she can barely speak english herself. A horrible experience and when I asked for a refund I was told no refunds..what a SCAM! I don't even know where to start, most importantly do not use this horrible, irresponsible and rude agency. We got to this agency through a friend referral and after a few months of searching we found a housekeeper named Magda who we hired. We did pay the referral fee for the agency and started using the housekeeper . After five month we have noticed very valuable things are missing from our house and soon we confronted her of noticing jewelry and money missing. The housekeeper admitted she stole and unfortunately we had to get the police involved. It turned out she was illegal as well, dishonest. We are extremely disappointed! All the referrals the agency gave out for previous work experience for her was fake! After the unfortunate events we contacted the agency to complain and to warn them that their worker is a criminal. They were extremely rude and told us that they do not care and not responsible at all. They did not even offer to refund the referral fee we have paid! This terrible agency deserves to be shut down, they are irresponsible, not accommodating and careless. Due to this agency we have a huge loss now and had to be involved in a criminal case. read more

This is the worst agency in Los Angeles. Trinny does not do background checks and sends any crazy person to anyone's house. She is only concerned with sucking as much money she can out of anyone she can. The first housekeeper that they got for me ended up not showing up one day without calling, and completely disappeared. Then a month later, she called trying to come back. I told her I had filled her position. ( she was also very bad at everything house and baby related) The second lady that Trinny sent me ended up being a LUNATIC ( I am a psychotherapist and I can confirm this) my husband was out of town, and when I got home from mommy and me with my 1 year old baby, she came into the living room and started yelling at me at the top of her lungs in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, and my baby started CRYING really hard, as he was really frightened. Turns out, she was upset that I asked her to sweep the garage. She was yelling profanity at me, and gave me her phone to speak to her son. Her son started saying profanity in English to me when I was being extremely polite. I told them that she can pack her things and leave. She refused to leave, and after two hours of locking my son and I in the other room in fear of what this stranger might do, I called the police. They had to escort the psychopath who I only knew for about a month out of my house. I was shaking trying to calm my son down. I had no idea what she was capable of. The third lady I hired from Trinny, threatened to leave if we did not pay her an absurd amount of money. We also found out that she lied on her resume and lied about EVERYTHING. When I called Trinny, she kept blowing me off for weeks. Then, finally when I explained to her that as it SAID IN OUR CONTRACT that I needed another girl, she started yelling at me on the phone. She blamed me and told me that it was my fault and hung up. She ignored my phone call after that. She was a HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. Who knows what those crazy women did while I wasn't home. Stay away from this agency! I was looking for someone to clean my apartment. I said I needed someone to deep clean and gave specific instructions on what I need done. Trinni said " yes I have someone that specialises in deep cleaning and everything you need."That lady came and only half way through told us that she doesn't do a,b and c. She left after four hours when my place takes a minimum of 6 hours to clean if it's only one person cleaning. Our place was still dirty, dust everywhere, finger prints on the mirrors, kitchen counters filthy, etc. Paid $30 an hour for garbage work and never got a call back from the owner. These people charge you $25 just so they help you find a job. They send you to a household for a week and then they tell you not to go anymore. what they dont tell you is that they r going to send someone else. they tell u that the client said u werent good enough. This agency is dishonest and a rip off. I would highly advise against using them. They do not know anything about their candidates and bad mouth them to the clients. The candidates are unreliable, lie and are unqualified. They just send you whoever walks through the door. Even with the replacement guarantee once they have your money they do not send good people as they send them to new clients to make extra money. At two weeks salary fee this is not something I suggest people risk. Trini and Elisabeth are both cunning and dishonest. They pretend to have your interest in mind but all they care about is taking your money and running. It's very difficult to find a good nanny in the first place. We leave our children in their hands, and children are like sponges where they can be very easily influenced with whom they are around with. For this reason, my husband and I are very particular to whom we hire. My cousin had referred Eva's domestic agency to me. I have worked with several agencies before and I have to say that I can't say enough good things about Eva's Domestic agency. I worked with Elizabeth who carefully listened to my requirements and she would pair me up with possible candidates. Finding a right nanny is no easy task. We all know it. Their working habits have to blend in with your lifestyle and schedule and not every custom is the same in every household. Thus it takes patience and work to find a good match. The first two nannies did not work out however, I know that it's really not the agency's fault. Unfortunately there were just differences. However, what was most important is that each time when I knew the nanny would not work, I had called Elizabeth and she would listen to why it didn't work and she would put thought in it and find another candidate for me. I've met many agencies where you pay them the first time, it doesn't work out and when you come back for a replacement, they don't give you the same treatment as the first time. That was clearly NOT the case with Eva's agency. Elizabeth would listen to what the differences are and evaluate to me what kind of candidate she should look for next candidate. In the interviews, she would pay special attention to let the candidate know my areas of concerns and what was important. She spent patient hours defining to the new nanny what I expected and made the job so much easier for me. I am not sure why the other reviews say that they are not responsive. This is one of the biggest applaud I give to Eva's agency. They are EXTREMELY responsive and attentive and she would even call me during the evenings to help me with communications with the nannies. When my first nanny didn't work out, she would ask me to come in that same afternoon to interview with another candidate. She was considerate enough to also have arranged the nannies to start working right away that very same day of the interview so I don't have any lapse being nanny-less which is a big thing for me because my work is so busy. Elizabeth paired me up with a wonderful nanny and I am very grateful. Elizabeth was very sincere and worked hard to pair me up with the right one from beginning to the end. If you are one of the parents looking for a nanny, we all know that we go through tremendous stress when the wrong candidate comes to our house. This is a horrible agency. Be careful of them, All they care about is their referral fee. They don't do their due diligence in checking their nannies. And they certainly don't care about you, it's all about money money money with them! The 1st time I selected someone and called her reference, the reference was staged, at 1st they didn't remember who the nanny was and then later they gave an amazing reference. How do you not remember the nanny that took care of your newborn till 2 years? The 2nd time I interviewed and checked references, I hired her and let her go in 4 days, she was horrible with my 6 month old baby. She put my baby face down buried in the couch with his arms behind his back as she folded a blanket. He couldn't roll over, couldn't pick his head up. Was the worst 10 seconds of my life watching this over the nanny cam. The 3rd time, I interviewed and called the nanny's reference several times, i got no call back. One did not have an authorization to work in the US so she did not have a DL and after a few weeks of working for me she was not able to coming in the gated gate because she did not have a DL on her. Elizabeth who runs the office is a super polite, attentive and respectful lady that I spoke to many times everyday for a month. She was so patient with my needs, returned every one of my calls. They listened to my needs and provided me with what I needed. Also if they didn't have a person with the qualifications that I was looking for, they would ask me to wait until they found someone fit for the job. No stars for this agency! This agency is horrible and a SCAM so beware. They do not fulfull their part of the contract. They kept telling each person that we interviewed what to say before they came. They promised us ladies who were fluent with english if we paid more and they gave us nannies who didnt speak english. The first nanny and last that we hired worked for three weeks and was fired because she lied about everything we asked her to do and could not be trusted with our baby. She also failed to provide proper documentation and lied about her references. She presented only one reference which she lied about it being her daughter. We didnt hire anyone else but kept interviewing more ladies and giving them two trial days which Elizabeth said would be okay and that those ladies did not count as our replacements. One lady fed my baby solid food even though i told her he is on breastmilk only. Another lady dropped him on the floor next to the dog and went to the bathroom with him crying hysterically. Thank god i was home. After i asked her why she did what she did she couldnt answer and just left. Im very happy that i have cameras in my house and i have voice recordings of this incident. Every lady did not want to work. Even though they had multiple breaks in between and full 11 hours of sleep each night they complaimed about everything. When i discussed this with the agency they said everything is my fault and that i have a bad attitude, yet Trini and elizabeth both yelled at me and hung up the phone on me and my husband numerous times when we just asked for an explanation why they sent us unprofessional and unethical illegal workers without any paperwork. BEWARE!!!! When I contacted Eva's "Trini" she told me "I would be happy, I would love who she is going to send, that she has someone that is perfect for us"...all a lie, as all she does is go into the office and grabs the first girl there. She blatantly lied to me. I told her that I was interviewing woman and two agencies, and she talked me out of hiring the woman from the other agency as she told me that they "charge the girls". She told me that she "DID NOT DO THAT", and I asked her again, are you sure, and she promised me that her company did not do that. About a as I think that is terrible. The following week the woman that came to work here told me Trini's office called and told her she needs to pay 100.00 (after the 25.00 application fee that only lasts for 6 months). So, I called Trini, and tried to discus this with her. She yelled at me told me she would call me back and hung up on me. She never called back! Then the nanny she sent me told me her husband doesn't want her working so many hours, which was what the job was for 48 hours. She then left here, lying saying that her grandmother fell in El Salvador and she had to go and she would be back in 2 weeks. I contacted Trini to tell her she left, and she had no idea who I was...she said she would call me back...no call. I then called the office, spoke with "Elizabeth" on March 18th, who said she ha someone good for me and she would call me back. She didn't call me back. I called again on March 24th and Elizabeth told me she didn't call me back because she was busy! She will look and see, and she has someone for me...who is sitting right there, and she sends her to me. This woman Vilma is trying to get me to do who knows what, as she is collecting unemployment...I said no to her. I called back to the agency....Elizabeth will call me back, I said will you really call this time? She said yes! NO CALL BACK! On April 6th at 1030am I called again and spoke with Elizabeth. She said she has a name for me, she will call back, nothing! I called back again at 3:11pm...she will call me back...she actually called me at 352pm with two names...one of the women was looking for part time, and the agency lied about that...I am looking for 48hrs/wk. I hired one woman who stayed for a week. The agency told her to lie to me about the age of her children, and that the agency charges them one weeks salary if these woman "really" want a job, this way they get to the top of the list. WOW! At the end of the one week employment, she told me her car broke down, and the hours were too long because she has to pick up her children, and she is here too late---again, these are the hours stressed in the interview and given by the Agency and Trini! All this to say, that since last week April 25th, I have called Trini twice, and still no call back! For obvious reasons I have not called her at this point! I just want my money back! This is a woman running a coyote business and all us customers are being ripped off! I wish I had read the reviews before I paid her! So much for a 6 month guarantee...she rides it out, so it will expire and you still end up with nothing! read more

She is the template from which all of my friends, relatives and clients measure. It is a daunting task to find the person who will raise our children in a dual income family and keep our homes and lives organized so we can enjoy our time together as a family when we're not working. To me, this is the most important job in the world. I found Eva's Domestics quite easily. I'm a designer, so I'm in a lot of homes. For one year I observe a great deal of dynamics between nanny's and children. Every home which had an amazing nanny came from Eva's Domestics. Our nanny is a part of our family. She has a daughter who is an A student and goes to college. I can count on one hand the number of days she's called in sick. And this is not an isolated case...
