The meat reminded me of the spicy sauce that Korean spicy pork bulgogi is made from, but toned down a bit to not be as spicy. The slaw complemented the meat perfectly. This sandwich was just the right size and it came with a side of ruffles style potato chips. I'd like to try some of the other traditional Korean dishes the next time I come back.
