They gave us both flavors because they had run out of the one we ordered. Yay for us! Chicken Thighs - 5 - Thick, meaty, juicy thighs. Tri-tip - 5 - Very tender. Beef Brisket - 4 - I forgot to ask for "Juicy" and some of our slices were on the drier side. That's my bad. Smashed Potato Salad - 5 - Excellent! Cole Slaw - 5 - As expected. Cowboy Caviar - 5 - I don't remember trying this before so I don't know how it compares to that of others, but we liked it just fine. Would we order it again? No one felt they got inferior service and our service was great. Buck's has a really nice lodge bar/bistro ambience. They have good music on Thursday nights.
