Tried this place today after hearing soo many great things! Our friends raved about the Indian food and that's what we tried! Garlic Naan, Spring Rolls & Curry w/lamb & white steamed rice. Everything was really good and I would definitely order all of them again. We even had some cracker like appetizers with three different sauces and that was cool as well. Our daughters had chicken tenders and ff, a decent kids meal option. There are a few more menu items I would like to try the next time I visit. We ate inside and I enjoyed the atmosphere- which is small and intimate. The servers were polite and did a great job checking on us. 7/10 for me!

Wonderful food and wonderful people I was a bit skeptical about this place from the outside but once I ordered and tried the food I was instantly in love with the place and said this will he a go to spot for sure in the future!! Absolutely phenomenal!! The ambiance here is nice and cozy and just right in a quiet little town couldn't be better!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Everest Kitchen and definitely plan to return! The service was quick, food was tasty, and prices were reasonable. It's interesting that they serve other Asian dishes as well, but for now we wanted to stick with the Indian dishes so we could get a feel for their signature dishes. They start you off with two complimentary pieces of papadum and some tasty sauces. Then we ordered a stuffed garlic naan, paneer tikka masala, and navratan korma. The stuffed garlic naan and paneer tikka masala were really good, just as we expected. The navratan korma was something new that we've never tried before. They are vegetables cooked in a sweet, rich, and creamy sauce and it was so good. We can't wait to return! There aren't many Indian restaurants east of Raleigh and Wendell is so lucky to have Everest Kitchen.

This restaurant honestly now has the best Naan I have ever tasted! No more frozen naan, it's freshly made in-house and absolutely delicious! Not only does something like this put this restaurant a step above the rest, it positively enhances the already excellent entrees and there are apparently more menu changes to come. I look forward to returning! Cheers!

My wife and I stopped in on our way back from a football game in Raleigh. The vibe is really cool. My wife had the shrimp lomein and I had the drunk man noodles, both were great. The service was a little slow but overall we had a great experience. Better service would've put it at 5 stars. We will definitely go back!

Went for lunch on a sunday, plenty of good seating choices for a group. The dishes were plentiful and delicious, and the service was great. We will return.

Great Thai food. Always quick for pickup and polite customer service. I usually order the chicken curry and something mild for the kids.

Delicious Indian food in Wake Forest!…read more Super kind staff and quick service. Our favorites here are the chicken Korma, the paneer palak, and the garlic naan. They do a 1-10 spice level which I love. I think a 5 has a good building heat and there are plenty of options to go hotter or more mild from there. Great for takeout or in person.

Instead, a very kind man greeted me and escorted me to a table. The restaurant is very bright inside and a little industrial, but decorated in standard well-worn Indian fare. Their menu is filled with familiar favorites and a couple surprise stand-outs like momo and some Afghani dishes. And to my very pleasant surprise, they offer goat as an option in several dishes. I love goat meat, and can't get it very often, since hardly anyone offers it. So I delighted ordered goat curry, 7 on the spicy scale, and a side of raita, in case the kitchen has a sense of humor. As it turns out, I thought the 7 was fairly med-mild, but my spice level in near super-human. But the kind waitress brought me "Spicy Sauce@ which added a delightful kick!! The curry came with rice and a nice papadaam/chutney set-up. And portions were large enough that I took half home and enjoyed it the next day (when it was even better!!). So definitely an A+ experience. Highly recommended!! Will definitely be back!!!

Easy enough to find in the back of a Garner business district. Not bleeding parking, but we did…read morejust fine. You can make reservations using the Yelp app, but we got there at 6pm Thursday and tables were open anyway. It filled up in about 90 minutes. Not a lot of pics in the huge menu. They have specials on certain days. After we ordered, we found out about a great deal for Thursdays. It was our fault we missed it because it was written RIGHT THERE on the menu. The lack of pics made it tough to order, though I'd had Indian many times. And the thick accents from the employees didn't help us to decide anything. Myself, I just stuck to curry. I picked mutton because I'd always wanted to try it. Yelp pics didn't help much either because few people write in descriptions what the photos are. Everything tasted amazing. They really know their food. Not to take anything away from the main dishes (I told you I loved them) but the standout for me were the fried pepper appetizers. A mix of just enough outside crunch and soft inside flavor. I'm no fan of chai tea, but I really liked theirs. The mutton was great, but I more prefer my meals without bones in them. Like with oxtails, which are routinely more skeleton than flesh, it's never a fine experience finding your bite to be a mouthful of bone. It's overrated, I promise you. The bill paying system is grossly inefficient. Tell them you want separate checks and nothing happens until the very end where everyone has to tell the server what they ordered, in a language they don't understand, mind you, and she charges everyone, one by one. It took like ten minutes to get through our party of five. It's a really bad method. Since it was my birthday, they played a YouTube video over the speakers. It was a generic "Happy Birthday To Whomever" type deal that worked fine, but they let it play for its whole fifteen minute runtime. It was cute, funny and ridiculous all at once. Wonderful food, nice servers, language barriers can be tough, and some questionable business practices still make this one a solid keeper. Just brace yourself.

What I appreciated the most was that everything was reminiscent of their original dishes, but with innovative and delicious twists- fusion perfection. We got the: - Four Cheese Truffle Kulcha (sharp cheddar, brie, asiago, chilli, black truffle dust, truffle butter, shishito pepper): Love a good bread moment- this one was cheesy, savory, and buttery; appreciated the contrast from the shishito. Added the roasted garlic and chilli dip upon the servor's rec for an extra cost; it was good, but not necessary- I'd probably skip this next time. - Chaat Mate (purple sweet potato & crunchy kale chaat, crispy okra & tuk aloo chat): Loved this! Such cool takes on chaat, which happens to be one of my favorite Indian dishes. Really appreciated all the elements, such good diversity of flavors and textures- crispy, sweet, tangy, earthy. - Nadru Malai Kofta (lotus stem dumplings, nut based sauce, plain butter naan or steam rice): First off, such a pretty dish! The gravy was rich and creamy; the dumplings were so interesting (strong spice essence). - Nigellaseeds Chilly Olive Naan: Got this because I thought the ingredients for this naan sounded unique- it was decent naan, but nothing mind blowing, would probably skip next time. - North Meets South (elaneer payasam, ghewar, rose, hibiscus, coconut jelly, young coconut): Maybe my favorite part of the whole meal! Loved every aspect of this dessert, which seemed so separate but all came together beautifully. Not too sweet, which was great too. I've never had anything like this before. Service was great. We mentioned to our server that we were rushing to catch a show in an hour, and he was so amenable! Ambiance is really nice, definitely one of the prettiest restaurants around. There's free valet parking in the adjacent deck. 10/10 would recommend!
