So.. Can't say I recommended business or don't recommend this business but what I can say is the ability to look at the equipment before you commit, this particular location on Oswell Street doesn't seem to be the practice the other two locations. The office staff here seemed rude , and already over it, so any request to see the equipment and facilities would not come to fruition. She seemed skeptical as if that's why I was there. So I just left with no confrontation to ask the office manager or any of the therapists on site, However, the same day I called two of the locations and they were glad to welcome me for a visit when only the physical therapist were there. Something the Oswell Location didn't even mention or consider.. The Oswell location said there's no way I can get a tour of the location on any circumstance as customers information was everywhere ( I'm not sure the customers know that ) The other locations also had stopped at same professional, and willing to help. and able to oblige me looking at the equipment and Facility before I decided to make this my place for my rehabilitation guess I won't be going to this Oswell location. I assure the (agency) is aware of my situation and treatment regarding the Oswell Street location. Good riddance..

That's all I wanted in the first place so I'm satisfied. However I've decided I won't be returning. Therapists are great, receptionist not so much. I had missed two sessions in a little over a month's time due to illness (but called to let them know I couldn't make it) & was told I could make those up. Then I was in a car accident recently the evening before another scheduled session, left a message, then called first thing in the morning to work out a reschedule as I live over an hour away and Wednesdays at 8 AM were the only slot she could accommodate me with. I just needed time to find transportation (because I was in a CAR ACCIDENT). She told me if I wasn't in the office the following week, I would be dropped from the program, no exceptions, I'd have to start over and she was removing me from the rotation. So I will get another referral when I see my doctor next month to start over but definitely not at the Oswell Street office.

This was my third time coming to this physical therapy spot. I really appreciate the staff there…read more They're really nice and really energetic. Their workouts are really good. The doctors there are super cute and able to assist as needed. It's just a great experience to know that people care about when I'm injured and was able to provide exercising services that really helped me to engage while I wish my insurance would allow me to continue to go and get the physical therapy that I needed they were able to send me home with some tools and work guides that I'm able to continue on. I just really appreciate the time and energy and the great customer service they provide for my well care.

The physical therapist I seen was Dell. His quality of care was excellent. In times where I was feeling anxious he made jokes to lighten the mood. He explained every step of what we were doing and asked me if I had any questions every time. The shared space was clean and not very noisy. They scheduled my next appointment within my work schedule and offered to make any changes as needed. I have been to other physical therapy facilities and this location was the best one by far. Thank you to the staff for making me feel comfortable.

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.
