Kyle, on my left, was a chill and lay back PTA. His manner of getting me to do things was gentle. Cody, on my right, was my OT. His manner was more matter of fact, we're going to get this done. It is interesting that with such different ways of dealing with the patients, they were both so successful in my improvement. I am forever in their debt. My life has changed and they are a contributing factor. The facility is filled with people who truly care about the patients. From the housekeeping staff to the MDs. They are all top notch. With that said, don't look to them for pity when you want to quit, they will help you to get your focus back on the goal of safely going home. Thank you to all of those who helped me along the way. We asked about putting rails on the bed because we didn't want her to wake up & not be able to hold on to something without falling out of bed. The one who was supposed to watch her at night would not assist my aunt in locating her Rosary that fell. She said she didn't hear it fall & would not help her look. My aunt was trying to see if it fell & kept trying to look on the floor. The entire night my aunt was in pain. All they could say was we have to assess her. The next day they were planning on working in her room. Paint, patch holes etc. when we refused they moved her to another room then did it while another patient was right there. The patient was trying to cover her mouth & nose. I honestly never believed that these places exist. But it does.

Visited my uncle and upon arriving wasn't able to enter parking lot. Unsure so street parking it…read moreis. Gate entry is locked & you can only enter if they buzz or let you in. The front office can view you from where they are. You must call from your mobile phone since the gate button doesn't work. Sign says call, they literally mean by phone. Walk in & it's bustling with people whom reside there & staff. Some residents whom don't even know me literally verbally said they want to go home. My uncle with many others were in a hall having lunch. My uncle hasn't seen me in years & although battling with some dementia. He always knows my voice & once I removed my eyeglass shades he lit up. He even said seeing me made his day. He says he awakes confused & discombobulated unsure of why he's there. The some staff were nice & even helpful when I was looking for my uncle room, before I was told he was in the lunch hall. I inquired what the constant beeping noise was going on from nurse station to nurse station & was informed by some residents it was an alarm & they were lined up outside their rooms and told they couldn't go in their rooms unsure why. Asked two staff members one said the noise is communicating with each station? The other staff member advised it's from when the button is pushed by the residents in their room. That noise consistently going off will make you want to leave. I mean for 2hrs I was there not a bit of peace. Smh I commend good nursing staff. Some spoke to my uncle, he likes the attention. He has always been a ham. Good to see him smiling. Although not sure if he will remember I was there. His memory sadly seems limited & comes & goes on what he remembers. I will say that more attention to some of the residents that can't feed themselves & rely on being fed by staff should get more focus. I watched a women bedbound can barely speak, and was needing to be fed & given her water. She continued to say water please repeatedly and when I turned her direction the nurse whom was sitting beside her was talking to another staff member doing the same for another resident. Please remember to treat the residents as if they were your family or a child. Not neglected or ignored. May need to hire more staff that are qualified & not to overwhelm those that are there. They look as if they can definitely use the help. Even residents try to help them & they're there to be cared for. You pay alot for these places. Pay alot for the day to day care as well for quality it should match. Glad my uncle is in a place where family can visit him more he's close to the majority so they can check in on him & make sure all is well more often than not.

Ash is phenomenal I see so much improvement with Grandma sitting up alone trying to do things she hear her instruct me to do with her. I can say this was the best decision I made for my Grandma after recovering from a stroke and seizure and quitting hospice. Thank you from Savannah getting us on schedule to the team in the back that give all there patients exceptional care and support to regain independence in the patients

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

I've been coming to this clinic for almost 2 years because it's close to my house, but…read moreunfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. Every appointment turns into hours of waiting, even when arriving on time. What's even more frustrating is seeing patients with later appointments get called in before me. There's never an apology for wasting patients' time -- only excuses. Yet if a patient is even 10 minutes late, they charge fees immediately. The double standard is very disappointing. I honestly can't tell whether this is discrimination or just consistently poor management, but either way, patients' time clearly is not valued here. After two years of giving this place chances, I can no longer recommend it.

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.
