If you are looking for timely service this is not the locksmith you want. When initially speaking with the dispatcher I was told that the locksmith would be there in 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes later the locksmith called and said it would be 20-30 minutes before he could get to my place. I figured fine no big deal. An hour went by and I received another call from the locksmith saying it would be another 15-20 min before he would show up. Needless to say at this point I was a little pissed. I was going to give them 2 stars based on this alone but I just received a phone call from the dispatcher asking if the locksmith contacted me but before I could give my full feedback they hung up on me. Moe from Everywhere Locksmith is the most brilliant locksmith and mechanic. He's a genius when it comes to cars and locks - honestly. I locked my keys in the trunk of my Audi Convertible - which unbeknownst to me, is like trying to get into Fort Knox. His knowledge of cars, locks and the mechanics behind how they work is incredible. My BF and I spent 4 hours with Moe, who was determined to get my keys out, and I am forever grateful. So here is what happened... I locked my keys in the trunk of my convertible, with no spare key. I explained this to the dealership, who said all we needed to do was get into the main cabin and unlock the trunk using the unlock button (go figure), a switch possibly located in the glove compartment, or pulling the backseat releases and crawling into the trunk. It took Moe maybe 30 seconds to get into the main cabin of the car - easy peasy. The alarm goes off. We try the glove box, and because the alarm was set, everything locked. Buttons inside the car were useless. We look for the backseat release - no release. Apparently, because it is a convertible, there is no interior release or switch to open your trunk from the interior of the car (this is so you can safely lock belongings in your trunk with the top down - now I know). Moe wasn't worried at all, and said he could pull the trunk release on the inside of the trunk with one of his tools. He climbed into the back seat in 85 degree weather and attempted to do so, but unfortunately, because my trunk was literally stuffed to the brim with clothes and bags (meant to be taken to donate) he was unable to get through all my sh*t and find the release. We move to option 2 - try to release the seats to crawl into the trunk. Moe ends up removing the bottom seat portion of the backseats, but alas that doesn't work either. At this point, I was ready to give up. My car is being taken apart with no luck or end in sight, and according to Audi, at this point the only way I was going to get my keys from inside my trunk was to tow my car to the dealership and for $225 they would assess what needed to be done to retrieve my keys (retrieval of keys were not included in the $225, of course). Moe asked if we could try one more thing. He explained that we need to turn the alarm off, which would allow us to use the unlock button from the inside of the cabin, hence unlocking the trunk. In order to do this, we would need to take the driver side interior door panel off, reach the lock mechanism, and manually turn/adjust the lock, which would tell the car it's being unlocked by a manual key, shut the alarm off and allow all buttons and locks to begin working again on the interior. And that is exactly what Moe was able to do. Removed the door panel, and manually (literally with his finger) rotate the lock mechanism and voila - alarm turns off, unlock button works and we open the trunk to find the keys. I've never been more relieved. After that, Moe put my car back together and had me test all buttons to make sure everything was in working order. He is literally a genius and I am forever grateful he was the locksmith who came out that day. He had never walked away from a job without getting the keys out, and he said he wasn't going to walk away from this scenario without retrieving my keys. I will never forget this experience - and as I promised Moe, made a spare key and removed all the Ikea bags and clothes from my trunk. Thank you for everything!!!! read more

I was locked out of my store today and I needed to get in. I called Stewart and he came within 30 minutes. He got me in my store changed my deadbolt lock got me a new dead bolt re-keyed my other locks so that my keys are matching and honestly it couldn't have been any easier. Stepped out in the middle of the night tonight for a smoke and stupidly left my keys on the dresser. I tried another place (Eric) and got no response, so I called Everywhere Locksmith. The guy, Moe, came over in about 15 minutes. He went right to work and let me watch (I found it super interesting). The lock was a little troublesome, but he still got it open pretty quickly. And this place apparently unlocks the door without breaking the lock, so I didn't need to get a new set of keys. Once we were in I had to verify that I actually lived there (good idea). It set me back $120 -- I don't know what a good price for a locksmith is, but it was definitely worth it. I hope I don't need a locksmith in the near future, but if I do, Everywhere will be my first choice. read more

How did he ever get these good reviews? I do not normally do this Yelp thing, but I felt it is my duty to write about this locksmith. Firstly, he said he would be right over then arrived an hour later. He made some flippant comment about how he was busy smelling the roses. My problem is this, he drilled a hole for a dead bolt and left the drill dust all over the floor. And later I noticed one of the door knobs is missing a screw and is loose. On top of that, I have to hold the door knob a certain way to get the key to turn. When I called him about this he said to spray it with WD-40. Arrogant guy who does sloppy work! read more
