Brooke helped me and did a great job of letting me lead during our appointment, but also helping to pick some other dresses I may like based on what I told her I wanted without being pushy or rushing us. My experience with this boutique was incredibly disappointing…read more Not only did I discover on my wedding day that I had not been given all the pieces of my wedding dress, but the way I was treated afterward was just as upsetting. Instead of showing empathy or taking any accountability, I was met with excuses, blamed for the situation, and spoken to in a way that I found rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. As a bride, you expect a bridal boutique to pay attention to the details and to genuinely care when something goes wrong. That was not my experience. Once they had my business, I felt like customer service and accountability were no longer a priority. I hope other brides never have to experience the stress and heartbreak of discovering on their wedding day that their gown is incomplete and then feeling dismissed when they ask for help. And they threaten you when you leave bad reviews even though I have receipts and photos to prove everything I've said.
