He went out of his way to set me up with rides to pick up and drop off my car while it was being serviced, and he also offered taking me to work at 7 in the morning when I my car was out of commission. Be wary of the work you're asking to get done before you go here. I brought my Chrysler 200 which is a 2012 into the shop for problems with overheating. It should have been an easy hose to fix but it was not. After they fixed my overheating issue. I got the car back and every electrical component in the vehicle died on me. It took me 6 weeks (45 days) from the initial drop off to get my car back. When your car is one of the newer ones (apparently even 2012) you have to be conscious to what mechanic you bring it to. Bringing my vehicle here caused all sort of turmoil for me. After 6 weeks of not having the car, I get it back fixed. Hallelujah right? Well I get the car back and there are some noticeable differences in it. It now sounds like they took the muffler off. No when I accelerate the vehicle is extremely loud. Now when I bought the car one of the initial buying points for me was that it was so quiet. But now after bringing my car to them it sounds like a completely different vehicle. Among some other inconcistencies like a couple nuts or bolts being missing from under the hood, plastic being broken and general components missing. Overall just bring your vehicle to the dealership. Thankfully Ivan was a good businessman and helped me get through the situation while accommodating me the most. But just bring your vehicle to the dealership it's not worth the time and if you don't get a good businessman like Ivan they won't help you after they fuck your car up read more
