Bad service. I…read moreasked the gentleman to match the back windows as close as possible. As you can see in the pictures, the driver and passenger side do not match the back windows at all. The job was done in our garage and so we thought maybe it looks like this because its inside but its worse outside. When we spoke to the technician, he agreed and said he understood but finished work says otherwise. Not to mention but there is a giant bubble on the front windshield in the passenger side and another one in the top side of the driver side. At this time. I cannot recommend this service provider. I am disappointed and upset over the money wasted. ***update. The manager called me to apologize and rescheduled my appointment for their next available which was a Wednesday before my final exam. I had to do a 3hr round trip drive because I dont live in LA. However, as you can see in the videos the job was so poorly done the first time, I had to get it fixed or get my money back. The manager didn't seem willing to refund. So fine, I spent more money on gas than I needed to. The guy who did the job came back. Took pictures. Apologize and went ahead and attempted to fix it. Super sweet dude wonderful customer service. However, it took a minute and extra help for the material to adhere to the window edges. I had to give it help by adding towels to keep it in place and parking my car under the sun to help. Now, the ceramic is doing its job and it has helped tremendously reduce the temperature inside the car. However 2 trips to LA and long convos with the manager trying to convince me that the job was well done its too much of a hassle. On top of that, tell me why I have their manager texting me on a Saturday evening, as I am actively attempting to celebrate my graduation, pretty much harassing me about my review. Waste of money. I regret getting the work from this place and I don't recommend this place.

The wait wasn't too bad, about 2.5 hours and there is a waiting room with TV, bathroom and pool table and also a McDonald's next door so you won't be bored too crazy while waiting.. Definitely will be bringing all my cars here in the future and recommending all of my friends who are looking for a great tint job.

Response to Business Manager:…read more I'd like to clarify the "critical details" you mentioned were left out, because everything in my review is documented with receipts, phone recordings (with disclosure), and written correspondence. I was never given a full price breakdown or final total before or after my tint service. All the breakdown's the girls told me over the phone were all estimates as I was not sure if I wanted to get ceramic or not. I was never asked to authorize the $728 and $156 charges to my card -- the only payment I consented to was a $50 deposit. It took eight days and repeated requests before I received an invoice, which metadata confirms was created on October 7, not September 29. Upon picking up my car the same day, I expressed to Jorge (the owner) that I was ready to pay and he said "Oh it looks like the girls already charged you before they left". The claim that I was "extremely happy and posted photos of my tinted vehicle" is misleading. I posted an Instagram Story at the owner Jorge's request, as part of a discount agreement where he offered to tint my panorama sunroof in exchange for a promotional post. Once the billing issues and unprofessional treatment began, I withdrew that promotion so no one else would experience the same situation. I never not once said I am going to "leave bad reviews everywhere", as said I have the entire phone conversation recorded where I simply requested a refund for the unauthorized charges or I will have to go through with disputing it through my bank. During that call, is when I was told, "Maybe I should be making a police report against you for trying to get money out of us," which was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, the 4% credit card surcharge was never disclosed before payment, which violates California law on card surcharges. I was repeatedly given contradictory information by employees using different names, including "Melissa," who identified herself as the business manager, so it's unclear who actually manages this business. My review is accurate and supported by evidence. The purpose of sharing my experience is to ensure transparency for future customers.

Lost - $480 dollars…read more I was told , "this is lifetime warranty " anything happens to tint to come back and they will repair free of charge . Unfortunately, they can't keep their word. I called and spoke to an employee who told me to contact the manager . To which he provided his phone number. I called , and no answer ... I left a voicemail and text ... and no response... Extremely frustrated and disappointed to poor customer service.... And the quality of the tint was thrash ....
