Lost a Customer - Unprofessional and Misleading I went to this shop for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation after seeing a sign advertising $49 for the service. I had a $59 coupon but thought the $49 deal was a steal compared to other local shops. I stopped in to confirm the price included a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and they assured me it did. So, I made an appointment. Feeling a bit skeptical due to the low price, I marked one of my tires to see if they actually rotated them. For my vehicle (a VW), a proper rotation involves moving the front tires to the rear and vice versa, which means all four tires should be moved. When I got home, I noticed the marked tire was still in the same spot. Either they didn't rotate the tires at all, or they only swapped the front two, which is incorrect. When I returned to the shop and asked about it, they initially seemed defensive but quickly offered to redo the rotation when I showed them the marked tire. This time, the marked tire was in the front, but who knows if the other rear tire was moved as it should have been? This experience felt unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. They claimed the rotation was included, but did they just reverse the front tires? Did they even perform the oil change with full synthetic oil? I'll never know, and that's the issue. I won't be returning, and I'll gladly pay more at a trustworthy shop next time. You've been warned. read more

I'm beyond satisfied with the professional service I've received at this car shop. I typically don't take the time to leave a review but when I'm taken care of and feel valued I have to go that extra mile. The lobby itself is welcoming and cozy while the technicians are knowledgeable and extremely efficient in their occupation. I had to come here twice for tire changes and my tires had to be ordered on both occasions but it was a mere 2 day wait, got an appointment immediately after receiving a convenient confirmation text. The pricing is comfortable unlike other shops that want an arm and leg for servicing. Did I forget to mention they have a coffee station, seriously if you are reading this give them your business, they'll take good care of your vehicle. read more

i took my car there because it was making a funny noise and acting funny. They suggested some repairs costing a little over $1000 dollars. A couple months later. i took the car in for the same issue, "oh we missed something, this time it's $2,600 dollars." Not even a month after that I have it towed in cause it died on the highway. Then they say I need a new engine. So either I needed the new engine the whole time and they were charging me for unnecessary repairs. Or they're the reason I need a new engine. Tried speaking to manager and never heard back. Don't use, save your self a headache and money. read more

The whole crew at the Orange City /Deltona location rock. I dropped my truck off for service and repair and I left it for a couple of days . I went out of the state , so trying to communicate with them was a challenge. Joanna went above and beyond the call of duty with helping getting my truck repaired. She called and emailed a couple of times to let me know of the repairs needed to keep my truck running. She explained everything clear enough and painted a good picture of the repairs needed. Thank god they use SNAP there. I was able to get all the repairs done in timely manner. This is the only place I take my truck for repairs and tires. Keep up the good work. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I was even able to talk to the mechanic after the repairs were done and he was very professional. read more

Took my cadillac for right driver side bearing replacement which I told them that it was the bearings. They told me it was the struts. $1400 later...grinding from bearings still present. still had to replace bearings which i bought at autozone. they replaced my bearing free but i still had to pay for struts i may have not needed!!! beware of these guys. i wont be back. read more

I took my Honda CR-V to be aligned and they just couldn't get it right. Took it back and I was told my front tire was 20lbs off, hence the imbalance. I eventually took my car to another place, Tires Plus. My car is finally properly aligned. I would not recommend this place for 4 wheel alignment. read more

Make sure you check their estimate before you sign any work to be done.I only asked for a tire rotation and a brake fluid flush and the service writer writes also an oil change in the estimate. I even told the guy that I do my own oil changes on the car before signing the estimate and I took it for granted that he understood me and signed the estimate without looking at the work to be done on the car and the guy does not even tell me how much the work was going to cost me. Logically you cannot get a refund on an oil change already done and logically I won't go back to this place. read more

Have taken my car here for almost two years. They are up front and honest. They always have a list of things that are needed on my car. Can I always afford them? No but they prioritize them and make sure I'm able to get to work safely. Recommend dropping off car and not waiting as the waiting area is tiny but if you are stuck while they work the tv is always in something interesting and Tom is good for a chuckle. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had a 2:00 appointment to get an alignment done which I know from experience doesn't take any more then an hour to do. Not only did it take them over 50 minutes after my appointment time to actually take my car back to start the alignment but more then an hour and a half later my car is still not ready. I specifically ask the lady how long it would take so that if it was going to take more then an hour I would have had someone pick me up and drop me back off when it was done and she said it would be ready in 30 minutes yet over an hour and 45 minutes later they are still not done I am beyond frustrated because I have been sitting here for over 2 hours. read more

This is a place that does not car about their customer. I have paid to have them tell me why my wipers stop working on my BMW and was told it was a general module and it would cost me 969 dollars. It turned out after going to another mechanic it was a wipers relay that shorted out and total cost with parts and labor was 300.00. I also bought a battery from them with a 5 year warranty for my BMW and when it went bad, I had to jump thru hopes to get them to replace the battery, they kept saying it was good and charging it. It cost me time and money to keep coming back just for them to charge it. I will never give them anymore business, stay away from crooks like this read more

Took truck in to have the slave, master cylinder, and clutch kit replaced, came back with a transmission problem. Truck ran perfectly with exception of needing a slave cylinder replacement, (it's best to have it all replaced when someone is already under there) a relatively easy process and common in trucks with 100k miles. Brought it in a second time as parts and labor were guaranteed for 'x' amount of time. They didn't even look under the truck, just drove it around and said "I didn't hear anything"... That's it! Grinding noise continued, took it back a third time and finally told them to get it on the lift. They then just tell me its the transmission (the same one that was perfectly fine before hand) and I could pay them to fix it. How convenient for them, I know. Did they do something to my transmission? I can't prove that, but that timing is awfully coincidental. Buyer beware. read more
