When I arrived, I was told the alignment technician was running late and to come back later for a call. However, I noticed the technician was already at the shop and thought to myself maybe they're busy. After waiting and never receiving a call, I returned only to be told to reschedule the appointment I already had. Very disappointing experience and to think I had an appointment set up a week before. They told me that the alignment machine was not being used at that time and that they could complete the work immediately if I brought the vehicle in. I was also told the cost would be $129. I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work. All news about my vehicle was good and he had no problems with the service on my vehicle. I will definitely return if I need front end alignment work in the future.

what a horrible experence i received from shane holcomb. i dropped off a vehicle for an alignment…read moreon tuesday 4-14 and the lady i handed the keys to (shane's wife) told me that the vehicle would no be aligned until tomorrow (4-15) and i told her that was fine. i called the next day around 4pm to check up on it and called left message no return calls, they pick up and put me on hold and the phone hangs up this happened twice and finally i get a hold of them and shane's wife tells me that the vehicle is next in line that was on 4/15 a/m and she told me it will be done the same day. well i called around 3pm to check to see if the vehicle is still on target to be aligned and again tryed calling again phone calls go into voicemail and of course no return calls. called the next day 4/16 and again calls go into voicemail, no returned calls back this went on all day me trying to see whats going on and i called today 4/17 and phone is immediatly picked up on the first ring and was shocked on the tone of voice of the person that answered (shane holcomb) and he sauy 'why do you keep blowing-up my phone?" boy did he unlesh his frustrations on me i had to tell him to calm down i'm a prevoius customer and i told him that your wife had told me that they will have my vehicle done on 4/16 and shane says "no she didn't!... i was standing right next to her." why would i lie i had a co-worker with me and he herd her say it as well. shane then tells me "man come pick up uyour truck and hangs the phone on me. really! and this is a co-owner of the business. what a disgrace to the company.
