I took my vehicle to the dealership and they gave me a whole list of issues with it. I don't necessarily trust a dealership, so I brought it to Joe. I never actually met with Joe. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.

The manager was busy when I first got there, but he still took the time to come outside, get under my RV, and personally explain exactly what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The prices were fair, the repair was done correctly, and my RV is back on the road. On top of that, they even have free coffee while you wait! It's hard to find a trustworthy repair shop these days, so it's good to know there are still honest professionals in South Florida. Jerry explained that he could not repair the trailer lights because he believed there were issues with my truck that prevented him from connecting the lights. Despite discussing and arguing with him about the trailer light connection, he did not resolve the problem. Billing and Outcome: After this unsatisfactory interaction, I decided to leave the business. I was presented with an invoice totaling $600.00 for approximately three hours of labor, which I felt was excessive given that my main concern was not fixed. I am currently having to use my own money and funds to repair what they broke because they won't answer their phone or they will tell My Husband that they will reach back out to us when they have more information. I'm tired of doing that dance for four months. I saw that was also the same complaint for someone else that they damage the car and don't give a damn about fixing it so use them at your own risk. And I know that damage wasn't there before I took my car in because I got a car wash immediately before taking my car in and actually hand wiped down my car and I know that damage was not there.
