They're always accommodating, patient, and genuinely kind. Amanda was helping a customer she was so patient and knowledgeable the lady left her car and she didn't seem stressed at all. When I stepped to the counter she greeted me like I was a regular at the shop "Good morning how can we help you today" with a big smile. I told her I was there for a simple oil change she asked if I'd like them to do a tire rotation she said "it's recommended when doing an oil change, but it's up to you" I didn't feel pressured to add services I didn't come for. Amanda was able to get the car taken care of right away I waited about an hour for the oil change and tire rotation, the wait was a breeze. The service tech wasn't condescending when he spoke with me, which if you've ever taking your car to a dealership you know what I'm talking about. After this I will never go to the dealership for service again. I plan to bring my other car in soon. Big thank you to Local Auto Repair. Ordered an exhaust from them for my BMW, the owner asked to send a deposit via Zelle, without…read morementioning it's non-refundable! Plans changed and I had to sell the car in about 3 weeks, I notified them promptly and politely asked to reimburse at least half of my $1000 deposit to make it fair for both sides, but they refused. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction and does a shady business practice as you can see. Stay away from this business and don't give them any deposit, or you'll be out of money if plans change.
